Would have given the food 5 stars but I am gluten and dairy free and never received a response to an email inquiry I had sent beforehand asking for help with the menu.

Went to Teddy’s for the first time and was dinner was wonderful. Had a flight of Old Fashioned’s and only #3 tasted like one. Deviled Eggs with Peking Duck were good. Duck Tartare was fabulous! Cornbread was Signature. Ribs were good as well. Eclectic menu. Small portions. Overall excellent.

Went for a birthday brunch and it was so much fun. The service was great and the dj started off mellow and got more pump up as time went on. I️ really liked it

I had been to this location for a happy hour and was very happy with the drinks and the snacks we had. But when we came back for dinner we were not as impressed. Service was just ok, the entire restaurant was super loud and the food was good but nothing special. Will not be coming back for anything more than a drinkat the bar.

We loved the cornbread, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower and cheese croquettes. All our salads were great. The entrees were okay, nothing special. Our server was just awkward - he seemed kind of annoyed to be there, and wasn't good at knowing when to break in to ask if everything was okay and when to let the conversation roll. The setting is nice but the tables are so spread out that the room feels a bit like a banquet hall. The bar scene looked good - we will check that out next time.

The food simply was subpar. I don't recommend coming here. I view it as a waste of $80+. We ordered the risotto, croquettes, and salmon, in addition to the Rio Roosevelt and sangria drinks. The salmon is awful. The risotto is meh. The croquettes are meh. Oh well. It's a sunk cost.

Food was ok. We all thought our mains were bland, and my father couldn't even eat his ribs - they were the opposite of fall off the bone. But the service, the cocktails and the other dishes made up for it. Still very good.

Historically, a big fan. This experience felt uneven. NY Steak was good. Squash risotto not to liking, same for halibut. Salmon was tasty. Brussels sprouts best in city.

We have frequented Teddy for brunch and holiday dinners. While the food for our latest brunch was not up to previous standards it was good. I think it was too many fries or unhealthy items. Noise level was WAY to high, no way to enjoy conversation with my friends.

When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the smell of freshly baked bread which helped motivate our hunger. The bread was absolutely delicious, as were the cocktails. We ordered several plates to share (three people) including brussels sprouts, butternut squash risotto, and a porchini mushroom dish. All were superb and well-portioned for the price. For an entre, I ordered the scallops and was delighted, while others ordered the day's special and the chicken. After a delicious dinner, we moved to the bar where we had excellent espresso martinis. I would definitely recommend this establishment for a delicious evening out.

Did the Chef’s Tasting Menu with wine pairing and was completely underwhelmed with the food and service. $430 later (4 People) we left unimpressed. This restaurant has so much potential but absolutely pedestrian food that you can get for half the price.

Went for lunch with a business associate, food was overpriced and not flavorful. We had the Cuban and a Caesar salad.

The Cuban was dry and way too small for the price. The salad was cumbersome to eat and looked right out of a bag. I could make it at home in 2 minutes. Dressing was in lumps on the whole lettuce leaves. We will not be back.

Creative menu, modest portions, reasonably priced. Excellent service. Lovely atmosphere with fun yet elegant Teddy Roosevelt themed decor. The cauliflower and cheese croquettes and corn bread appetizers were great. The braised shirt rib (boneless) was delicious. And the cinnamon bread pudding with creme anglais and whiskey raisin gelato was a treat.

Food is always great there! Power Lunch special is a bargain. With all the hard surfaces, even though they put some sound absorbent material under the tables, it is quite loud. I've been there a dozen times and will continue, primarily for lunch!

Sunday brunch music is beyond loud. We’re talking Saturday night at the club loud. Can’t even hold a conversation. We opted to sit outside where we were constantly assaulted by bumble bees landing in our drinks and on our olares. Also very disappointed to find we were charged for the juices we ordered with the non-alcoholic brunch. When we asked if there was a non-alcoholic option, our server listed off the juices available and then we were charged for them. That needed to be made clear up front. This used to be one of my favorite go-to brunch spots, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

There was 20 minutes between the first plate served to one of the theee of us and the third plate. The saving grace was the server’s apology and comping of the bill.

Delicious but pricey for the amount of food to share. The zucchini blossoms were only two tiny ones--difficult to share. I was just expecting at least 4 blossoms. The decor was super--reflective (figuratively and literally), modern with traditional aspects.

Great sounding menu; disappointing execution. Out of three diners most choices fell short and were expensive for what was served. And none of us are opposed to spending money for great food. This was not great. The flatbread was the only win. Will not be returning.

Nice range of food on the menu, but the portions are HUGE! I always leave with a box. Or 2. Also we set up "early" reservations so we can talk -- it can get quite noisy in there when the full lunch crowd arrives.
