This was wonderful place to have tea with my teenage daughter. It was just a Mom and daughter day out and we had a lovely time.

It was a wonderful way to spend a birthday celebration. The service was outstanding, the food was very delectable, with just the right variety. The ambiance was relaxing while engaging. I would definitely recommend the wonder Tea Lounge to others! Ladies remember to wear your head piece! Adds to the entire experience!

It was nice. However disappointed that we made reservations far in advance so we could have the window table for anniversary and didn’t get it.

Treat yourself like royalty at high tea. I love this lovely spot. The tiny venue is beautiful and quiet. The tesaare magnificent and tea sandwiches, desserts and scones are a delight to look at and scrumptious. Why does ham and cheese taste so much better when it comes as a little crustless triangle? Service was impeccable and my waitress was so friendly and always checking on me. I have taken friends here before but this time I just decided to treat myself and it was a joy. They have a million dollar view of the strip too.

Came here as part of my bachelorette weekend. Food was great, desserts were amazing and the tea was splendid.

This place was really nice. It was our first time, and we were celebrating a birthday. Their options for tea were great, but their sandwich options were very limited, and they were literally bite size. It's better to balance out the sweets with the sandwich options. They're were a plate of sweets, like a couple pieces of chocolate and a couple pieces of cake, and then a plate of scones. I was allergic to walnuts, and their chicken curry sandwich, they weren't sure if it had walnuts or not, so our waitress did not give me that sandwich, but she also didn't offer me another sandwich, which I thought was rude. I had to look at the menu myself to ask her about it, then she offered to give me another sandwich. I don't know our waitress name, but I think if you're in the customer service industry, you could have gone above and beyond to make the customer's experience wonderful. I would come back again, but I'd like a different waitress.

Food was such a disappointment. I enjoyed the savory sandwiches. However, the scones were too hard and not as soft and flaky as I would have expected. Also, the desserts were a big miss. They looked pretty, but did not taste good at all. I’ve been to other Afternoon Teas at other hotels in the US, and I will not be returning to Mandarin Oriental unless a group of girlfriends will want to go for the new view and ambience.

Overpriced afternoon tea. Uncomfortable seating and ho-hum wait staff. Food was great but have had better in England and Victoria BC.

Positive -
The view was beautiful and the sandwiches and pastry were delicious

Negative -
The set up could use some improvement, especially with our round table - it was way too low and too tiny for a party of two. My husband's knee kept banging against the side of the table and the table was barely big enough for our teaware, sugar bowl and creamer, etc. We had to be extremely careful when reaching for the tea pot in order not to knock anything over. There was also no tea cozy to keep the tea warm.

When we reached the lounge, it took atleast 10 mins or more to get seated at the reserved table, as there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait until someone finally noticed us. We had called the hotel help desk, & they called the Tea lounge reception but no one answered (we were standing right there!). But after being seated the food and service received from the waiters was amazing. Tea appetizers and scones were amazing. Tea ‘pastries’ were not so good, except the micro-mini chocolate eclair with a micro-mini macaroon at the top. The tea pastries are better in other restaurants. Overall ambiance was good, with a view to the Las Vegas Strip.

Love the ambiance, view, tea and dessert (did the tea lounge set thing). Service on arrival and depart was good. What fell short was the service during tea lounge. The excuse was short handed so service during was rushed, border line heptic and difficult to find server. The service was counter intuitive and disruptive to the serenity the ambiance was trying to bring.

This was a really disappointing arfternoon tea experience. It sucked actually. It’s def not authentic English/London Afternoon Tea Experience. The vegan options were stale and lame. It was just awful and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Better places to eat in Vegas.

The lounge is an interesting place as reservations are encouraged there is potential to stumble upon this strip gem. The location offers great strip views without the feeling you are on the strip. The tea variety allows for a different experience for the party and I would highly recommend selecting different teas to try as many offerings as possible.

Elegant yet relaxing. Saundra Silva (spa manager) let them know it was my birthday and they made it extra special for me. Beautiful tea selection and even though the finger food was small, there’s enough to fill you before you leave. Just delicious and relaxing.

Very, enjoyable afternoon tea. The tea was amazing and the food was very good. Only critique is we had to wait quite a bit to be seated despite having a reservation and tables being open, and the service was just okay. We've been to afternoon tea around the world and expect a high level of service.

I have had high tea in a few lovely places: London, Banff and Memphis. I assumed the Mandarin Oriental would be top notch, and it was not. The seating area was comfortable if you were sitting back, just enjoying a beverage, but not good for eating. No place for your legs or feet. The service was just average. The food was not special. I wish I could recommend it, but I can’t.

Love the tea house. Has the most beautiful view of the strip. It’s very calming and relaxed. Service is always spot on. Such a beautiful setting. Scrumptious food.i would like to see new chairs, some are very uncomfortable and beat up. The carpet needs to be replace. And it was noisy mostly due to the check in right there. Some people let their children play and make noise. 🤫 over all a great experience and have already scheduled a reservation for our next visit.

My Mother and I have been coming here for the last 3 years and every year is an absolute pleasure. The food is delicious and the tea is *divine*. As an added bonus, we tried the mimosas this year and their house champagne is very good. I highly recommend going, it is definitely a lovely experience.

I was very happy with the outcome of our event! Also, we got complementary champagne because we were having a bridal shower! It was amazing and unexpected! Always loved the view from this Tea Lounge! I highly recommend anyone who wants to do a not too fancy afternoon tea! And inexpensive at that considering it’s on the strip!
