Taza - A Lebanese Grill (Downtown Cleveland)
By the same family who brought you Aladdin's Eatery!
Excellent food and service. Will return.
This was my first time eating at Taza. The meal was outstanding!!! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys Lebanese food.
Really excellent food with lovely service and a welcoming staff. Valet parking available. The tomato couscous soup was really good as was the kibbe and falafel. Kibbe nayyeh is also on the menu which is a rare treat.
One of our new favorites! Absolutely delicious food.
We had an excellent night out at Taza. Everything was to our liking. We appreciated that the meals came in small and large portion options, because we tried a few sharable appetizers first and we were only up for smaller entres. The Lebanese wine we purchased was excellent as well.
This was my first time dining at Taza in Cleveland and I was thouraly satisfied. The service was outstanding and so was the food! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. I will be back and recommending this to family and friends.
We love eating at Taza! The food is always top notch and the service is great. They can also accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions and special diets which is huge for us. Highly recommended!
Our server Anna was delightful. Great place with outstanding cuisine. Beautiful private dining room (ask to see it). Seems to have been an office of successful 1920s executive.
This was our first time at Taza. The facility and ambiance are excellent. Our waitress was wonderful. She was very friendly and attentive. I have four complaints: 1 There was a hair on my wife's napkin. I brought it to our waitress's attention and she replaced it, saying that it was not their staff but someone they outsource to. 2. I ordered a "small" version of the lamb kebab and received the "large" portion (I didn't realize it until I received the bill. 3. The lamb was tough, not tender at all. I had to chew it and then discard the tough portions which were consistent for all of the cubes. 4. We ordered the baclava cheesecake and found that the baclava portion was dry and the cheese cake portion was very firm. I don't like to give bad reviews after just one visit, but I was not impressed by the food in general except for the hot Makanek appetizer served with a pomegranate sauce that was very tasty.
The food was to die for.
First time there. Really enjoyed ourselves in a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious.
The service and food were great. We were waited on by Jasmine who was a great server. The food was phenomenal and fast too, even on Valentine's day! Will be going again on special occasions. We love Taza
We LOVE Mideast food, and thus specifically looked for a place when we were passing by Cleveland. It was probably not worthy the special trip, but was not too bad. Serving sizes were big, food was fresh but not special, and the ambience was good.
It’s Valentine’s Day, and the place was ~75% full.
Authentic and delicious! Also healthy. Great service and food suggestions from the bartender. A new favorite place for sure!
Food was good, and service as always, and yet, the valet parking situation was not good. We went outside to leave and the valet was nowhere in sight. We walked back into the restaurant and asked one of the servers where to find the parking attendant, she told us to go around the corner to the entrance of the bar next door. It was a mystery. Eventually, we located him, and he brought our friend's car. It ended a good evening on a sour note, especially considering the friend who used the valet has difficulty walking and standing for too long and wasn't anticipating such a long wait.
First time in a Lebanese restaurant. Overall I thought it was very good, food was well prepared, service was efficient and accomedating, and price was reasonable.
Definitely worth a try, I will be going back.
We had a very nice dinner while meeting with a prospective employer. The food was excellent and the service top notch, we wish we could have tried more of their delicious food!
As always, great food and great service! I love eating at this place. Delicious!
We held our office Christmas lunch at Taza. The meals were incredible and everyone loved it. . It’s the best middle eastern food in town.
Went to Taza tonight for holiday celebration. Very cozy atmosphere. Food was delicious. We had vegetarian appetizer “Taste of Lebanon” that was perfect sampling of hummus baba falafel and tabouli. We ordered cod and salmon dishes that were so wonderfully spiced and fresh. Food was healthy and not filling. Husband enjoyed the Lebanese beer and I had wonderful wine. Felt good and healthy after this meal. Will definitely be going back for more healthy options priced reasonably. It was so festive to go downtown and see the hustle and bustle at Christmas time. Perfect food price and location.
Such a lovely place with delicious food and wonderful service!
Real authentic Lebanese food that tastes great and expertly served with traditional Lebanese hospitality. If that's what you're looking for, look no further!
Food was awesome and the Potato Cilantro is incredible. Claire was a fantastic server who helped us pick the perfect dishes for our first time.
I was in town to visit the Hall of Fame and found this restaurant on the Open Table app. The food is excellent and the portion sizes are large — the menu has two sizes for most of the entrees and the large was more than I could comfortably consume— and they have a bottled Lebanese beer that was also outstanding. I highly recommend this place.
First visit; definitely not our last. I'm sure it is usually much more quiet than when full of Browns and Steeler fans. Even with that crowd; it was enjoyable. Food was wonderful and no one left hungry. I got take out for later at the game. I was still too full and enjoyed it the next day with the help of my air fryer. The service was great and everyone was happy in my party.
We had a great time! Excellent salads. Kabobs were wonderful.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Everything was fantastic, service, ambiance, food. Thanks!
Our waiter was delightful and fun. Food delicious and generous servings. We enjoyed our lunch without rush
Great service and food - relaxing environment. Appetizers were fabulous - we ordered three and shared. Waitress was very attentive, helpful, but left us time to talk and relax between ordering and courses.
We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and it was a very welcoming environment.
Really fresh food at a reasonable price. The staff is really friendly. Will definitely be back.
Very tasty. Great service.
Food and service was great!
Hostess was great, hard worker. Started to rain and they were quick to roll out Roof for patio patrons. Very solid meal and experience.
We cannot rave enough about Taza. The food, service and ambiance were all outstanding. A true delight in downtown Cleveland!
I have been to Taza several times and it is always and amazing experience. There hot sauce is my favorite!
Restaurant located in nice area and has Friendly staff that provides quick service. Warm pita bread is delicious! Entrees good size, quality ingredients, taste wonderful. Indoor or outdoor dining and both are very nice.
The food needs much improvement. Only the bread they served at the beginning was good. The bread was actually pretty good. I do not plan on going back.
