Excellent experience as always! Service is friendly and accommodating, food is delicious with lots of choices.
This was our first time at Tavlin and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Though a lot of people were at the restaurant, it was not noisy and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was fantastic from the salmon to the rib eye steak and the hummus bowl to start. It was a real treat to listen to music during dinner-not to loud or too soft. Would definitely go back again and again
Excellent Israeli food. The salads and meats were all great we al enjoyed it.
I had to ask for water 3x and ever got it. We felt ignored.
We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant had a band. The band was ok, but it was so loud that we could neither enjoy the meal or hear our own conversations. The food was quite good, but we will never go back when they have a band.
Thank you for taking good care of our group. We enjoyed our meal.
No words.... Absolutely Incredible
Humus bowls with meat delicious . Chicken and beef dishes good. Shwarma good not great. Nice overall meal. Decent value for a kosher restaurant.
It was excellent. First time at this restaurant and was very pleased. Food was excellent. Service was excellent.
Terrible dinner. The noise level was extremely loud. The service was terrible. Will not return
very happy and really look forward to coming back for future special occasions
Nice restaurant wih friendly staff and very tasty food.
While the food was delicious, the noise level was unbearable. Normal conversation was impossible. The waiter did not give us enough time to finish our appetizers before bringing on the main course. He seemed bewildered by our request to take back the food until we were ready. The owner came over to talk to us and did not seem to understand the concept that "the customer is always right." While that is not always true, we certainly thought so that evening. We wanted to leave as soon as possible so we did not order tea/coffee or dessert.
Took three teenage grandchildren there for dinner prior to their summer vacation trips. Had a nice corner table - great for conversation. food was excellent but the wait staff was not very attentive and frankly, not very friendly. Enjoyed the dinner and would return.
Ate at Tavlin this week with my girlfriend. The food was interesting and delicious, and the servers were polite and kind, though they took a very long time to take our order and deliver us the bill. It was very nice to see the owner taking such an active role in the needs of the busy restaurant. Overall, very nice experience, and definitely somewhere I would visit again.
When we arrived we were placed at a table for 6. We were 8 people. We asked to be changed.
They were able to move us. The service was extremely slow.
Service is subpar but thats how all the kosher restaurants are. The food is outstanding
Fantastic food, horrible service, the beef hummus and pulled beef hummus bowls were outstanding
We traveled over 1 1/2 hours to eat at Tavlin because we were seeking great Israeli food and it was well worth the trip. The Hummus bowls are unique and delicious.
Great food and service.. nice portions. Went for daughters birthday and she felt special.
