Aside from a menu item that they were out of ....... The evening was wonderful... Went their for our son's birthday .... The had a card for him which was nice. Nicole was our server and she was Excellent!!! Pleasant, Attentive, Funny !!!

My 2nd time at Tavern on the Green and it was as amazing as I remembered. Service by Hector was perfect. Food was delicious. Makes me sad Iive in Virginia or I'd eat here once a week!

Immediately, the visuals of this place are great. Very beautiful, both inside and outside. The lady that brought us to the table was very nice. The customer service afterwards... I get checking in on your customers, but in a 30min period, we've seen the staff 4 times, and although they were nice, at that point it feels invasive. The food, I am a bit unsure of what to say. I had the tuna tartare and it was absolutely fantastic, and I'm someone who doesn't even like seafood. The salad with the goat cheese was not bad at all, however for the price, it was underwhelming. And then comes in the 30$ chilled jumbo shrimp cocktail... In other words iced, tasteless shrimps and a tiny bit of what tasted like spicy ketchup. The shrimps didn't even taste cooked... The cocktails were really good and definitely worth the price.

Great place to visit when you are at Central Park. Food and Drinks are excellent. Service is 2nd to none.

Roasted figs and smoked salmon were excellent! Enjoy the brunch bloody Mary’s as well! Service was fantastic! A great Saturday brunch

Tavern never misses. The food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. I’ve never ordered anything that wasn’t delicious, never had a server who disappointed in any way, and have never been seated anywhere that wasn’t so beautiful it felt like a dream. Always excited to bring friends there and introduce them to the world of Tavern on the Green.

We had a very disappointing brunch on Saturday. The menu options were limited, and our server was very forgetful. We placed our orders, and repeatedly had to ask for silverware (our utensils had been cleared and our entrees came and sat for over 5 minutes until we asked someone else for utensils). My husband ordered steak and eggs - the steak was too rare, and my husband asked when they redid it to serve it without gravy; it came back a second time smothered in gravy. The chicken on the salads was very difficult to cut. It's a beautiful restaurant, but the food and service left a lot to be deserved.
