   The restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holiday. The food took too long to come out and was cold. We sat for 12 minutes with no water during our meal. It was a cool experience but we will never go back.

   Wonderful meal and service for the holiday brunch. They just need to be mindful of areas of the restaurant that get direct sunlight that really affect their guests’ experience.

   We had to stand in the crowded atrium for 50 minutes after our reservation time waiting for our seat. Once seated we told our waiter we had an appointment and she was able to get our order in quickly. The food was mediocre. We went outside at the end to take a picture and could not get to the Christmas tree and immediately came back to get to the tree from the inside and we were told we were not allowed to to re-enter due to a private party. The whole experience was a huge disappointment. If you are going to make people wait for almost an hour beyond their reservation you should at least provide them a comfortable waiting area and be hospitable.

   While the food, service, and ambience was very nice at Tavern on the Green, the handling of reservations is atrocious. I made a reservation the day they opened for the next month for 1pm On a Friday. We arrived at 12:45, and were perfectly fine with needing to wait til our reservation time given that it was Christmas time and we were early. We ended up waiting til 1:55 til we were finally sat. I visited the host stand multiple times and was given the option to speak to a manager but didn’t really feel like there was a point. We just wanted to be sat so we could eat. The restaurant needs to seriously evaluate how many covers is reasonable and how quickly tables actually turn. It really soured our experience in what should have been a special Christmas season lunch.

   This is a beautiful place especially decorated at Christmas time. The food was spectacular and original flavors. The chefs are amazing at presentation and all staff was welcoming.

   Long time between ordering and eating. Would love breakfast options at 11. Not enough bathrooms for capacity. Keshawna was lovely!

    I made a reservation 2 months ago . We were set in the bar area . It was loud, dark & our server kept changing . Service was poor & food was just ok .We were disappointed to say the least .
