   I was very disappointed in the chocolate lava cake because the peanut component was Invisible or whatever is the equipment for taste. But the onion soup and lamb was superb. I would go again.

   Once again we had a great evening at the Tavern. The reception and the seating were great, so was the food and the service. Two of the Managers stopped by to welcome us back and to make sure all was well. I am happy to report that this restaurant has maintained a high level of hospitality and care. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   If the weather is good, eat outside. It's in the middle of Central Park, which can't be beat for beauty at this time of year. The food is delicious and the service is great. Recommended.

   Food and ambience was nice, I would recommend the burger and the appetizer with fig from the Brunch Menu. Service was terrible, waitress was basic and not kind, and since we complained she started to try to fix it but experience was damaged already. Also a guy with a short hair tail that seemed like a manager or supervisor, complained about my baby being somewhere not disturbing anybody or doing any damage. Definitely not a friendly place!

   We were 2 families with kids, we loved our experience at the Tavern on the Green from start to finish. Great food/great service, a definit 5 ☆ overall.

    This was our first time there as a girls' weekend, and the food was subpar. The fries were cold, the eggs benedict were cold, but the salmon was fantastic. The waitress was very nice and attentive. There was live music that was perfect. I would go back to have drinks but not for a meal.
