Excellent overall. Been wanting to visit for years. My brick chicken was exceptional but my husbands sea bass was very small,lacked flavor except that it was very fishy! The environment, decor and such was exquisite. Will definitely visit again. A must do iconic spot in Manhattan.

Servers were very attentive. Food was a little better than average. Ambiance was extremely noisy. Expensive.

If you want a beautiful outside setting, then choose Tavern on the Green on a sunny day. The garden setting is a far cry from busy city centre eateries. Food is excellent 2 had the salmon burgers, 1 had lamb cutlets. All excellent. Portions are large so we had to share dessert! Certainly worth a visit.

My guests and I had an amazing experience at Tavern on the Green. From the moment we arrived the restaurant treated us with outstanding service. The food was delicious and our table was wonderful. I must give a shout out to our server, Emory. I am so grateful to her for making our experience at the Tavern unforgettable. She was so attentive and kind. Thank you so much Emory for making our experience at the Tavern absolutely amazing.

The iconic Tavern on the Green was everything we expected. The staff were on the ball and very knowledgeable about the history of the Tavern. The food was quality, however, I was disappointed with my choice CHILLED JUMBO SHRIMP COCKTAIL (GF) Cocktail Sauce, Lemon Was exactly 5 jumbo prawns in ice with a small tub of sauce, could have been more exciting.
