   Dinner was awesome...the setting was perfect for an elopement dinner. I have eaten at several places in the keys and this was a true delight.

   One of the best places to eat in Key West. Great selections, good drinks, good value for the money. Can't go wrong with the Prime rib! Great service. Especially from Roy.

   Had to park in a parking deck. Couldn’t find an appetizer that we wanted so we tried both of the only salad options. Unremarkable. Catch of the day and prime rib were cooked perfectly and would get again. Bread service was excellent. The key lime dessert was underwhelming. The server was stretched thin and inattentive for a restaurant at this price point (water not refilled once even though glass empty, salad plates were left throughout dinner, silverware not changed out, etc). The server definitely tried to upswell to the most expensive items. I probably wouldn’t return.

   Meal was very good. Made reservations and got in quickly as we were a little early. Special occasion was my birthday and received a free entree which was delicious. Service was attentive and our waiter was very informative about the menu. We ordered a bottle of wine and the wine service was very quick. Extra person was there cleaning up plates very quickly which was nice. We enjoyed our meal and if we lived in the key west area we would definitely be back. Thank you for a great meal and night out for my birthday!

   We were there because they recommended happy hour and indeed, everything was excellent, delicious! We tried the special potato soup recommended by our waitress Maria who was very attentive and kind! the food was excellent and the presentation was immaculate 11 out of 10

   Had reservations for dinner. Was seated to a table full of crumbs all over the seat and not set while the table next had a reservation and fully set. Ordered from server we’ve had before and always been pleasant. Got appetizers and waited almost an hour without a word from server . Then when he did return he asked if we wanted dessert! We hadn’t even had dinner! He went over to computer and looked like he put our order in he said they were working on it. Her roast beef was clearly reheated annd charred but also a bad cut full of fat. Sprouts were cold. We didn’t want the free dessert offered and accepted a glass of wine to split before the dinner arrived. The roast beef was left butchered and barely touched. My meal was delicious (fish). Perhaps an ounce of meat was eatable on hers. Just a bad experience. We arrived 7:30 it wasn’t packed. The bill was not adjusted except for the birthday meal for me which is custom. We will return for happy hours but not to eat in dining room in foreseeable future.

    We were on vacation staying at the Marriott. I had the seafood special, Red Snapper. It was excellent. They were very nice about substituting pasta for another vegetable. My friend had the prime rib and enjoyed every bite! Restaurant was loud because of piano player who was very good.

    I had reservations for dinner. Very fast seating. The place was crowded and busy but my server was there and ready. The restaurant is very dark but quaint. My bench was a tad dirty but evilest was clean. All of my food came out fairly quick but once it arrived it was excellent. I ordered the local fish and it was red snapper. It was very very good.

    Service was very poor, it was over 20 minutes between courses at a point, people at our table were served their dinner and finished up before we received ours. over all of that disaster. When I complained to the server, he blamed me because the people with me didn’t have the same thing ordered as we did. At that point I ordered the rest of our food to go. What was supposed to be a wonderful valentine special meal was being eaten cold at home.

    My wife’s $84 steak was ordered medium and came out well. Retuned it which took too long for the replacement. My fish dish was also overdone. Drinks were good and service was ok. Not a good value.

    We had an amazing server she was attentive and knowledgeable. I wasn’t crazy over the food, pizza salty and the hamburger wasn’t worth the price it was dense and not very tasty. The atmosphere was upbeat. I will definitely try it again and try the happy hour menu.

    Service was awful. Waited 25 minutes to get our check after asking repeatedly. Barely saw our waitress and when we did she was very flustered and was literally running around the restaurant. I can only assume it is a staffing shortage like every where else. We were seated right across from the open kitchen and all we could hear was the cook staff yelling orders to each other and plates clashing. Would have been nice to actually hear the live piano player they had

    A group of seven. Three did happy hour first. Excellent! Dinner was nearly perfect As advertised, the French onion soup was delicious. Prime rib was not quite on par , a bit on the tough side 😔

    There were six people at dinner. The service was wonderful. One person wasn't happy with the prime rib while the other guests enjoyed their dinner, especially the swordfish special. Someone mentioned the prime rib to the server, who immediately had the manager stop by the table to answer any questions or concerns (IMPRESSIVE). I would eat at Tavern N' Town - Marriott Key West again. It's definitely worth a second visit.

    What a disappointment in every sense of the word. We were having a great day in Key West and decided to just eat at this restaurant at our Marriott Beachside Hotel. We had a 6:30 reservation. We were looking forward to having a lingering, relaxing dinner with cocktails, appetizers, salads, entrees and dessert at what seemed to be an upscale restaurant. Not a single person greeted us at our table. After about 10 minutes a server came to our table and took a cocktail order. During the next 35 minutes the server came back to our table 2 times to apologize that our drinks had not arrived and said the bar was extremely backed up. He asked us at that time if we wanted to place our entree orders. We explained we wanted to have cocktails before ordering our entrees and that after our cocktails we’d order appetizers. At some point he brought a whole loaf of bread with a butter knife, making it impossible to cut the bread. It did not interest us to fill up on bread before dinner. We witnessed the table next to us with two elderly people who received their entrees before their drinks arrived. After 45 minutes of waiting for our drink order to arrive, we got frustrated and mentioned it to our server who told us it was not his fault. We told him nor was it ours and that perhaps a manager could assist. When that didn’t work I reached out to the manager myself and he indicated it wasn’t his fault either! He kept asking us what he could do for us to make us happy. I suggested they don’t continue to seat people, knowing they would not be able to be served and all we ask was to have our drinks, dinner etc. He could not guarantee that wish so we left. After an hour of being there and a waste of time it was so frustrating and disappointing. Don’t go here, spend a fortune and be disappointed! Instead head 5 minutes away to the Hog Snapper Bar and Grill, a lovely local restaurant with live entertainment and wonderful food and service!

    The front of the house is super nice, doing all they can to give the diner a great experience. However, the kitchen is not on top of the meals. They do not pay attention to special requests or temp of food

    Food OK, the service beyond lousy. The place was half full, so cant really attribute to the pkace being super busy. 45 min to get the first round of drinks, and place an order. 1.5 hrs to order the second round of drinks. 2hrs to get the food. Ordered pizza for my kid, the waitress said that they were sold out. To our surprise a few tables around us got the pizzas no problem, naturally hard to explain it to the kid.
