Food is excellent. I give 1 star to service. This was not my first time at Tatore and the servers are very good, except the last one. If you get served by a tall girl with lenses, ask for another one. She complained because we needed to change a dish, did not offer us the dessert menu and never smiled. Worst service ever.

I came to this restaurant with my family to celebrate my sister’s and niece’s bday. Ever thing with off without issues until my food was delivered. First I ordered a chicken parmigiana with Alfredo sauce and placed a to go order for a quinoa salad. I told the waitress to pause on the salad as I did not know if I wanted the salad and she said just let her know what I wanted for the to go and she’ll put it in. Minutes passed and the quinoa salad I told them to pause on came out. I told the waitress it was for to go and I asked the waitress to pause the order as I was not sure I wanted it anymore. The chicken parmigiana came out with fries and I told them I order pasta with it and the took it back. Then the chicken came back with penne paste in Alfredo sauce. I took a bite out of the chicken parmigiana and it had marinara sauce on it. I called the waitress back and said I ordered Alfredo. She said, “yea, the pasta.” I responded, “no, I wanted Alfredo as the options were marinara or Alfredo.” I was annoyed by then and said I did not want the food anymore. The waitress said they could remake it and I declined. I was just over it as my food kept coming out wrong. I just shared my niece’s food with her. The bill comes and I reviewed and they have 2 chicken parmigiana on it (my brother ordered one too). I told the waitress one of the chicken parmigiana was returned and she said I would still be charged because it was made. I told her I did not eat it so why would I be charged and I was never told that I would still be charged if I sent it back. She responded that they offered to remake it. I then responded, “yes and I declined. I never ate the dish so why would I be charged?” She said her manager said to still charge me. I asked for the manager and the dish was removed from my bill. PLEASE tell your patrons when they are sending food back that they no longer want due to your errors that they will still be charged so they can make a decision at that moment.

Desserts are all with Dulce de lecche so no dessert except ice cream The food was really salty Homemade pasta were ok but the sauce carbonara was not good and Alfredo neither.

Tatore offers a variety of pastas that are very good. We especially liked the raviolis. The flatbread however was not as good as expected; the cheese did not cover the entire bread and was lumpy in places. Pizzas were good but not excellent. The pavlova dessert was very good but the gelato not so much.
