If the Michelin people could find this off-the-beaten track gem they would quickly award it a star or two. Everything about Tarragon is top-notch, from the magical forest setting, to the attentive staff, to the simple but luxurious ambience, to the drinks, and of course, the food. Wow! Such a wonderful surprise for our 43rd anniversary. We will return, even to go way out of our way. Spectacular!

I booked the reservation for an anniversary. If people could bring in their own sealed bottles of wine that would be a great adjustment as personally I am very picky with wines and would like to enjoy stuff that I know and enjoy. But other than that this place per usual is great as this was not my 1st time there and I frequent the area often. Heather was an amazing waitress as her hospitality was top tier. Excellent service! Great food and time so thank you especially to Heather and the male who checked me in and that made our drinks.

A significant advantage to staying at the Inn at Honey Run ... besides the quiet of nature ... is being able to eat at the Tarragon restaurant. Breakfast or dinner - the food is always great ... tasty and filling.

Tarragon is such a lovely restaurant. You cannot beat the views from every table in the lounge and restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service from Cortney was superior. You can enjoy a cocktail in the lounge or out on their deck which has spectacular views. We stopped in for breakfast too and that was delicious. There is no lunch service at Tarragon currently, but they are hoping to bring that back soon. Highly recommend! Online reservations for dinner highly suggested.

The food was good. The artichoke side dish was not up to par. The chicken was prepared very well along with the wedge salad. The complimentary pizza appt was delish. Service was very good. Although the waiters personality was somewhat arrogant and stuffy, needs to loosen up.

This was about the fifth or sixth time that my husband and I have dined here. The food is always good and this time was no different. However, the menu used to change with every season, and I felt like it hasn’t changed in quite some time. Also, I was very excited to order the salmon, which I was told you were out of, that was disappointing. I feel that with the menu, not changing as often, it will be very stale, and not enough to bring us back again anytime soon unfortunately!

I ate dinner at the restaurant. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Cocktails were also very good. Menu is limited but includes a beef, pork, chicken, lamb and vegetarian option. Atmosphere is quiet and intimate.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary at The Tarragon Restaurant at The Inn at Honey Run. We were warmly greeted and seated at a wonderful table overlooking the woods on two sides of the restaurant. Our server was outstanding in answering our questions concerning the menu choices.

Enjoyed soup and salad for appetizers. Both delicious. Chicken entree was okay. Would've enjoyed more with a different side dish perhaps. The artichokes were good, however. My better half enjoyed the pork chop entree very much. The creme brulee was fantastic. Service is always impeccable.

Excellent service. I enjoyed my meal however the food in February was beyond delicious. This time it wasn’t the same. I ordered the exact same thing and so did my husband. He enjoyed his steak but felt the same way. This is a beautiful place I just expect perfection for the price. I mean I can go to Outback for half the price. Our dinner was 200.00 plus tip. It could’ve just been a different chef or he could’ve had a off night . I will go back of course.

Quite a lovely breakfast for a special occasion. Midweek misses any crowds, making a leisurely breakfast calm and peaceful. Gazing out of the many windows at the woods and birds, continues the mood. Chef does a magnificent job! Not to miss! Thanks, Isaiah for great service.
