as always. food and service exceeded expectations. You can't go wrong with anything they serve
My husband, my 4 y/o, 2 y/o and I went for lunch on a Saturday about 1:30pm. Our first time. Lots of people were dining. Not packed though. Families and couples dining. The staff was friendly, the food was tasty. We noticed a few tables had pitchers of sangria so we decided to try it. The pitcher poured 4 large glasses. Very yummy. We had regular pizza, Margherita pizza with chicken, caprese salad, and mama’s meatballs. The pizza is very doughy, thick crust, my girls didn’t mind. But I do prefer a thinner crust. The meatballs were delicious. And the cáprese salad was fine.
The service was great and we didn’t even have to wait for a table. The food came out quicker that I thought. I just wish there were more options on the menu to choose from. On the chicken dishes, I just wish there was more pasta on the plate to balance out the three pieces of chicken. Overall, good experience here.
Tarantella's serves great Italian comfort food at very reasonable prices. We had the Veal Saltemboca and the Chicken with sausage, mushrooms, and olives in a brown sauce. Both were prepared as if it was being served in someone's private home by a chef who understands and appreciates that simple preparations leads to good results .
This was one of our best experiences we have had in a long time waiters are very attentive and friendly and accommodating, the owner is a gem he was very enjoyable.
Excellent service and the food was delicious. Very good option in the area.
Great resturant and outstanding service. Olga is amazing!
We go to this restaurant frequently and have never been disappointed. Food and service are
excellent. Highly recommend and it has a great menu.
The food was great, the service friendly, the atmosphere inviting. I enjoyed the experience very much and will certainly return. Lasagna and cannoli were amazing!!!
The waitress was great. Bar needs more seats. Food was good.
The place is fantastic! No more words to say! We just simply love it with all our heart!
We arrived at 7:45pm for a reservation at 8:00 pm and we told the wait was 20-25 mins. However we were seated at 7:55 pm which was great.
Unfortunately, Our food took almost an hour to arrive. Our server apologized . She explained that a party of 20 had walked in. Maybe it was because we were no longer hungry but by that time none of us were very impressed with our meal. No one finished. We asked for the check and with no desire to take our leftovers home, called it a night...
Enjoyed dinner here on Valentine’s Day 2018 but eat here occasionally. The food is always freshly prepared and outstanding. I often order a dish that is no longer on their menu but they make it for me every time. Very accommodating!
Quiet area for talking
Delicious food served beautifully
The picture is worth 1000 words they are very creative talented and accommodate any unusual request
Excellent food and service!
Lovely meal,Olga our server was very nice and John the manager was very gracious
Very good Italian food at reasonable prices. Service is excellent.
I have not been to this restaurant for around 10 years. Thought I would give it another try. It was New Year's Eve at 7pm. The restaurant was fairly busy got more so as time went on. Excellent waitress. We started with capresese can't really go wrong. Tomatoes could have been juicier. My husband ordered linguine and clams again fairly basic. Had good flavor. I decided on something different. I love risotto, have eaten it at different places and make it myself so I know what it should be like. It was risotto with fennel, shrimp, dates (did not get these as I don't like them and not sure why they would be in a risotto) and caramalized walnuts which they forgot to put on the dish. This dish was $32.00 and should have gone back. However, the flavor was good but the risotto was watery instead of being creamy. The fennel was not caramelized or roasted, I think they boiled it. I must have put in a cup of Parmesan to soak up the liquid. The shrimp however were delicious. Shame that an Italian restaurant either doesn't take the time or does not know how to make a risotto. Might try again 10 years from now. There are at least 5 Italian restaurants in Weston. They need to up their game to compete.
We love it here
The veal chop was absolutely outstanding our waiter ALBAN superb
Food was very good. Our server, Olga, was very attentive but not overbearing and the wine was reasonably priced.
This is a good Italian restaurant that was open on Christmas Day. We made dinner reservations and were seated promptly. The noise level was high due to some families with crying babies that could not be avoided. The service was very good and food was tasty and plentiful. Good value for money. I will not hesitate to eat there again. Friendly atmosphere and neighborhood feel. I recommend it.
The food was fine but nothing special. Overall service was slow on Christmas night.
Very nice experience. Service was excellent
food is always outstanding. Our waitress (Olga) was amazing!
Menu was considerably downsized over time. Food is good but not great so in my view it is difficult to justify paying those prices.
One of our faves!
We have been there many times and it always serves good food and provides good
service. Highly recommended.
Food is always excellent
Made our reservation 20 minutes before arrival, host greeted us w/out issue. We all loved Tarantella and would go back if in the area again. All employee interaction excellent; server timing great (he didn't bug us too much, was there when needed, offered good suggestions). I ordered something not on the menu without problem. They let us enjoy our meal at our own pace. When in Weston, go to Tarantella!
Great food great service!! A must go !!
Our favorite local restaurant!
Great place for good food and drinks, excellent service. Extensive menu but still accommodating to requests for special preparation or variation on selections offered.
Food was fantastic and Beatriz and Aldo were very attentive without hovering. We loved every thing about this place. Can you please open one in NH ? :).
We certainly loved this restaurant. When we were seated, the waiter noticed several children at the next table being quite loud. He gave us a wink and took us outside to dine. It was quiet, perfect and romantic.
The food was excellent! Authentic Italian which is what was expected.
I highly recommend this place....
For starters the on line menu prices are much lower than what’s listed on The actual menu at the restaurant. For example. Veal as you like it (parm, picata, etc) is listed at $18 on line. On the menu it’s $24. Just an example of the treachery. The place was dingy and pretty empty for a Saturday night at 8pm. Less than half full. I know why. The prices are high and the food is pedestrian at best. Not horrible but nothing I couldn’t whip up at home we split an order of clams oreganata and they were the tiniest clams. Mostly used for sauce not baked clams. Very cheap. Very simple food. The pizza dough was not proofed properly so the crust “broke” rather than folded. The pizza was tasteless and only had a small amount of cheese in the center I guess to skimp on costs. My wife’s salmon was just okay. A baked portion covered in parsley, yawn. The chairs are horrible. Wooden ladder back with slightly padded seats. I have a bad back and felt like I was being tortured. I couldn’t wait to get the check and get out. Very common food. More like a pizza place with poor pizza than a dining experience. Very disappointing. I won’t be back for certain.
Love this place
Food is always excellent!
