Tapas y Tintos
My husband and I loved this placed. We enjoyed the show over Sangria and Tapas.
Our server was very attentive and his suggestions were on point.
Definitely recommend it .
Excelente calidad y atención y no muy caro , relación precio calidad y atención acordes
The food was good, not exceptional. The entertainment (flamenco dancer, classic guitarist, singer) started late and was good, not exceptional. We enjoyed ourselves but would not likely eat here again. There are better food quality options in this neighbourhood and the entertainment is not a big enough draw to come back.
The restaurant was not crowded, probably because phone reservations were not available early in the afternoon.
We went there for dinner. The location was great. The service was nice and the price reasonable
Service was great. Food ok. In a touristy section but fun.
Food was very good. Lots of flavor. Combine it with wonder gin and tonics and a wonderful show and you have a magical night out.
Overall, good experience. Paella, we got both the meat and seafood, was very good. On a crazy busy street, so people watching was good.
The flamenco dancer and musicians put on a great performance
Not happy w service , waiter was ok but not much knowledge, host and Mananger very disappointing !! For food poor taste and quality !! Feel bad for had give a try !! But never again !
Amazing experience, love the place ,the service was excellent
Always great food and fun atmosphere.
Overpriced and not good food. I got a croquettes bacalao, but there was only the taste of a bacalao. The rest was a cream... and the paella was “just rice with some shrimps”... no taste at all.
We ordered the meatballs, cheese and ham platter, the seafood paella and the jamon croquets. The appetizers were pretty decent especially the croquets. The paella was awful!!! No taste whatsoever. We need to add lots of salt and pepper and it still was barely decent. Not going back for dinner but maybe an appetizer.
Quiero recomendar a todos este lugar es increíble la pase fenomenal. Era mi cumpleaños y no me arrepiento para nada haberlos escogidos bonito y agradable lugar gracias
Great experience!! My husband enjoyed the birthday surprise. The staff was wonderful.
We ate at Tapas y Tintos last year, and it was much better. This time, we were disappointed in several things. First, the music was so loud we couldn’t hear anyone—the servers or each other. We were able to move to a quieter table, and that helped. Second, the pan con tomate was not prepared as we have ever seen before. Instead of rubbing or grating the tomato on the grilled bread, it was served as a plate of plain grilled bread and a small bowl of tomato sauce for us to spoon onto the bread, not what we expected or wanted. Finally, an online menu included jamon Iberico de Belotta, but the printed menu we were given included only jamon iberico. When we asked about the de Belotta, the server was told they were the same. That is not true. There is definitely a difference. Although we had some disappointments, we enjoyed several things. Though it was not Belotta, the Iberico was good, and the garbanzo dish we had was excellent. Our server was quite accommodating and pleasant. It was not a bad experience, just not what we enjoyed in the past.
It was an AMAZING experience and the food was great!!
Love the energy but you dont go there for food. Very overpriced but so is everything in south beach .
It was a great night. We really enjoyed flamenco. Sangria didn’t meet my expectations but Flan did by far.
We love the food here, just wish the portions were a little bigger. For example, the meatballs in tomato sauce is excellent however they serve 3 small meatballs, one of which was about half the size of the others for $15. We don't mind the $15 just wish we had more than 3 bites. The other items, fried calamari, potato croquettes and Spanish Omelette were a little more reasonable.
Very nice place. The food was great, but pricey considering what you are eating. It’s on Miami Beach where places are typically expensive. Also they charge $6 per person to sit inside which you don’t find out until you arrive.
very good food and Flamenco dancing show
Had the best ratings on Espanola Way so wanted to check it out. Nice place, good ambiance, super fun flamingo performance, but food is just “so-so”.
Went back to this restaurants as we had a very good memory from our 1st visit 1 year ago, but very disappointed on this 2nd visit. Although we made a reservation inside, the host wouldn’t give us a table although it was empty so I told him to cancel and when I started to complain, he then said it was a mistake.... Seriously?!?! Food was horrible but our waitress was at least very courteous. Would not recommend this place at all and would caution to avoid it as they try to take advantage of tourists. They even charged us for a “Resort Tax” which I have no idea what that was for a restaurant...
Analia is a great server! She has great recommendations and spirit! So happy we chose this place. Go late for the flamenco show... you'll be dancing in your seat. Order the octopus and jamon ibecero,...you can thank me later...
The flamenco dancers are absolutely FANTASTIC! A must see,,,
( maybe raise the stage so more people can see the dancers feet)
But please hire a new chef... food needs to improve
The food was good and the waitress were very nice. We just hope the service was better. We made reservations in advance and requested to seat close to the show. When we got there the host inform us they were sold out for the night and sat us close to an exit door. We were there for almost 2hrs and the seats we requested were never occupied. To our surprise there was also an extra $6/ per person fee to be seated in site for the show. We wouldn’t mind paying for it. I might have miss it when I made the reservation. It just caught us by surprise when we were inform of the fee after we had order our food. Overall is a good tapas restaurant and have some wines to choose from. The flamenco dancers and singers are absolutely amazing!!
Really nice experience. Good food, great service, reasonable price (for South Beach).
Food is too expensive!
Food was good and so was entertainment. However, even though they have a special posted in their website, they did not honor it. Appetizers are overpriced and are ok not excellent. Even though we arrived early, we were seated all the way in the back, harder to see stage. And as place got full...everyone is cram together. Very uncomfortable eating a foot away from adjacent table.
Food ok-ish. They actually did not have any tapas. Touristy. Espanola. Hmm.
This used to be a good restaurant. It’s now a tacky tourist trap. All of Espanola Way has become a schlocky tourist trap. Some people like that carnival type atmosphere. It’s not for me. I won’t be back.
Our waiter Frank from Alicante was incredible! The performers, amazing!
The food, spectacular.
One of the best date nights I've had a very long time! Simply magnificent! The staff made this visit to the restaurant worthwhile.
Excelente cena , bebidas y ambiente.
El servicio muy cordial . Volveremos próximamente.
meh. the food was ok. The wine list is outdated? - they didn't have the first two bottles of wine i selected from their menu. The food came out all at once. I was hoping they would spread out the tapas. it felt like they wanted our table (although they were far from packed.) Not a bad experience; but there are too many other places that are better...on the same street.
The service was terrible and the Waiting time for the food and drinks take to long.
We arrived with our Open Table reservation 10 minutes early. The hostesses looked at us, looked at my phone and said hmmm someone already checked in under your reservation. I showed her the confirmation so she politely said, no worries we’ll seat you right away. Well we had the best table in the house and best server as well. Our waitress was amazing. The Flamenco show was one of the best in the states that I’ve seen. The food was on point. Everything came out fast great flavors and fair quantity. The octopus was plenty and very tender. The cod croquettes were delicious and everything else was very good. I don’t often highly recommend a restaurant, but I do this one. Can’t wait to return.
My wife and I celebrated our
41st anniversary at Tapas & Tinto and had an awesome time. The tapas were amazing although a little pricey but being in the area of South Beach it’s expected. The servers are very helpful when deciding what to eat and drink.
