My Fiancée and I haven’t been here in a while honestly and wanted something a bit different then the norm . So we headed out to downtown Bethlehem … we grabbed most small plates / shareables since we couldn’t decide what we wanted haha . We had calamari ( one of my go too apps everywhere ha ) fries ( her go to ) the beet salad and steak flatbread. Again we both kind of compromised on some things the other liked . I hate beets but this salad hit !!! I would eat it again tomorrow , they were subtle and the salad overall was not overdressed and light . The steak flatbread - we both don’t enjoy blue cheese but didn’t mind it in this , wasn’t too much. The steak … THE STEAK!!!! It was more tender and flavorful than some steak houses I’ve been at . They also have a cachette menu with crepes and dessert crepes so a lot of options ! Drinks were also really good , she had some kind of berry sangria ( not a red wine drinker ) and loved it . I had a blood orange mule… amazing . All in all I think we paid like 80 bucks and left full and content. Server was amazing … we will be back . Maybe during the week for a sangria flight !!

I can’t speak to the food because we didn’t get to eat here. We arrived for our reservation on time and waited at the host stand while they sat the group in front of us. No one addressed us. Finally got to the stand and they asked about our reservation, it was for the bar area. They sat us at a table near the door in the bar area. No one came to our table. A table seated in the bar after us was helped right away. Someone finally came to give us water. 15 minutes into our experience our server asked if we were ready for a drink order, we said yes! Drinks and apps. He said hold on and left our table and didn’t return. We got up and left.

Delicious food. Original, well balanced cocktails. Warm inviting atmosphere. Friendly, accommodating service. The Spanish teriyaki lamb chops are inspired. The paella is like a trip to Spain.

Sad to watch a restaurant we used to love lose its way. Food quality has deteriorated, staffing is entirely college kids (with no one to guide them on how to deliver an exceptional experience) and it's no longer a 'tapas restaurant'. The menu and specials are 'large plate' oriented rather than true to the tapas concept, there is no little emphasis on Spanish foods or cooking and delivery is 'all at once' rather than staged or staggered in the way true tapas style should be. And then there is the 'co-mingling' with the French crepe restaurant next door (or is it 'same door'?)...What are you 'Tapas on Main'? You are NOT a tapas restaurant.
