About Tango Restaurant
If there is a single food that can represent Argentina, it is beef. The rich grassland plains, the pampas, rest in the shadows of the Andes and feed the people not only their wheat and corn, but also the grazing land for the cattle and sheep. Argentine beef is highly prized for its flavor and tenderness. It is our wish that at Tango you will experience a bit of Argentina and enjoy this authentic and unique cuisine. Buen Provecho!

Tango Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
The food at Tango Restaurant was fantastic. It was for a mom's night out and my friend and I shared 4 appetizers and a dessert and all were well flavored and delicious. It's a bit of a loud ambiance, but everyone is very friendly and it's definitely kid-friendly.
We went a couple weeks ago too and the skirt steak was unbelievably good. Last week-end things were good, but the steak was just not what it was the first time. It was still good, except the steak tips were chewy (should have gotten the skirt steak again) but I wonder why it was so different/not as good. We were excited to bring a friend there because we'd raved about the steaks and we were all underwhelmed. We'd definitely try again because the service is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, the avocado appetizer amazingly good and we're sure we can recreate our first try again sometime soon!
Tango is special - I enjoyed learning about Argentine food and culture. The drinks, food, atmosphere and service are top notch! We chose Tango for our wedding anniversary dinner on a quiet Tuesday evening. It was our second visit. My husband is a big steak fan and gave their beef two thumbs up! I discovered my favorite appetizer of the year - polenta with a Malbec mushroom sauce! The butternut squash bisque soup special was so tasty and beautifully presented. And the side of mashed sweet potatoes is a perfect addition to any plate. This "meat place" has such tasty vegetarian options! My excellent entree was a huge portion of the Milanese Chicken a la Napolitano - a cross between chicken parmesan and cordon bleu. I highly recommend Tango when you're ready for a marvelous meal!
Tango, is a an exceptional restaurant. Warm, attentive, and inviting service, amazing flavors, creative appetizers, brilliantly seasoned, expertly cooked steaks (meats in general), superb wine choices and excellent guidance from the staff. And should you have room, delicious desserts! Generally conducive for conversation with lightly ambient music playing , but I'm told there is live music on Friday nights.
This Argentinian Steakhouse is really a great find. Comfortable atmosphere very friendly vibe.
Cocktails are well prepared and the wine list is good. Had the avocado appetizer along with the special brussel sprouts and bacon both of which were really great.
My partner and I shared the lamb chops which were cooked as ordered and well seasoned. The Tango potatoes and sweet potato / squash sides were great and we were very happy with the quality and quantity.
Our waiter was ok although the ordering process where he used a tablet to enter what we wanted was very slow and awkward as each of us waited for him to be ready to take every aspect of the order. And then, within two minutes of him taking the appetizer and drinks order, the appetizers appeared before the drinks could even arrive. Just a bit odd but certainly not a show stopper.
Great place, great food, live music and not too expensive. Give it a try.
The food and service are always fantastic. At 7PM on a Saturday night, it is very busy, and a little noisy. Every time I've gone there, everything has been outstanding. The steaks are always cooked to perfection, and the purée is our of this world delicious! My favorite restaurant in town.
we brought friends and were celebrating a 70th birthday. always anxious bringing people to a restaurant for the st time but they loved the steak and sides and would come back.
the only down side was the noise....
Tables are colse together and it became increasingly difficult to talk as the restaurant filled up.
We went to Tango because my friend is from Argentina and I thought it would be a nice place to bring him. We had empanadas, sweetbreads and bife de chorizo. The empanadas were good, as were the sweetbreads. The bife de chorizo was perfect!!! The tango fries which are Spanish fries were not as crispy but they were ok. The wines were a little pricey, especially the Malbecs. The service was very friendly as my friend was able to interact with her very well and she new what she was talking about.
The service was very good, but food disappointing. Big portions of unremarkable food. We had the lamp chops and the steak, with sides of mixed greens and puréed butternut squash. As with much restaurant food today, the sides were overly sweet which we assume is from added sugar or another form of sweetener. We miss a time when vegetables were prepared in a way to enhance their natural savory or sweet character without the candied flavoring. The meats were ok, but nothing special; even simply grilled meat can appeal more if especially tender or juicy. These were merely acceptable, which given the price, is not enough. We would also like to see the bar offer more options for diners who would like an evening without alcohol, or less of it. Thanks.
I've been to Tango several times for dinner; which is always great but sometimes, I might not want to have a whole meal. Their Sunday-Thursday $5 Appetizer special is just terrific, especially when coupled with a great bottle of wine. The wine selection has been well curated with many price points. The bartender is also very knowledgeable about the wines and the food and is especially gracious. If you're lucky, you'll drop in when Edison is working! He just made the evening! Especially good: lamb chop app, meatballs, chicken skewers, and the flan.
