Food was ok, but the service is a bit messy. Two waiters came to our table. After the main course we got the check from one of them without asking for it when we had already ordered dessert. They also forgot to clear the table after our starters.

Brought new friends here, parking is limited. Service was prompt, the orders were correct this time, and we each enjoyed what we ordered, a beet salad, a chicken wrap, and a burger. Coffee was strong, which I liked, though one friend did not like it. I will give it another shot.

Pretty good option for Anaheim. They have a nice selection of veggie appies, salads and perhaps a main (but I opted for a salad). Very fresh and well seasoned. Their artichoke dip was also tasty, though the chips a bit generic.

My second visit, came with friends. I ordered a salad with added protein, great choice for me. They forgot to put the sliced almonds on it, but it was still good. Three of the others ordered the short rib & grilled cheese sandwich. All were very pleased with the food. Difficult parking, but still worth coming back again.

Went here for breakfast. Really enjoyed the short rib egg Benedict. Very friendly service. Food was a little slow but very good. Before leaving wait staff offered us a cup of coffee to go which was a nice touch.

This was a great place for lunch during convention. the staff was great, food really good, location perfect for convention, and the ambiance really nice outside by the pool. I will be back for sure.

Outstanding service and great patio ambiance. Very relaxing friends lunch and never felt rushed. Dining staff let us take our time ordering and eating. Brought in our own bottle of wine and corkage fee was very reasonable.

Our first visit, pleasantly surprised. My food was very good (a kale salad and strip steak), presented beautifully, the best part of our visit. One of my guests ordered a burger, and desperately wanted pickles with it, alas, there were none! Our waitress was nice, though overall a bit slow as it was not at all busy. Parking was available for dining guests in front of the hotel's restaurant, but if it were busy, not sure where people would park. I'd definitely return, as would my guests. (We hoped they'd have brunch, and were actually given a brunch menu, but it was leftover from Mother's Day she said.) Overall, we enjoyed it, so we will be back to give it another try.

Expensive for what we ordered
My wife had a salad. it came with no bread or crackers. When we asked for bread, they said they didn't have any. I had a sandwich.

Excellent hotel dining. Best breakfast I've had in ages. We ate breakfast, lunch and late night here while staying and even after check out walked back from Disney to have a meal. Very pleased. Will be back.

Place was not busy at the time of the reservation, to much waiting time for the meals, they forgot one dish for one of my friends, so that caused more delay, while we were waiting for that dish, the other meals got cold.

We came here last year and we really enjoyed it. So I brought my husband back who happens to be a chef too. It was a very different story this year. We ordered the ceviche and received shrimp salad. The waiter was nice and exchanged it for us though. They forgot to toast my bread for my eggs Benedict so I had a bit of a soggy mess. But at that point I had already sent everything back. My sister ordered the "Better than In and Out" burger and was disappointed. My husband liked his Hanger steak though! I think they should go back to the old menu--it was a winner!!!

We made a reservation for dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised. The inside reminded me of the old Spanish Missions, and there was a nice patio at the rear of the restaurant. The menu had a variety of choices for both the adults and the children. The beef short rib was amazing, as were the fingerling potatoes (which were cooked in duck fat!); my son could barely finish his kid's entree because the portions were so large. This was a great find, and right next to Disneyland!

The staff is outstanding; Miguel was our server, and he was prompt, attentive, fun, and had answers to all our questions. The appetizer, Warm Artichoke Dip, was yummy. The Chicken Tacos were meh to okay. I asked for salsa and they brought a bottle of Tapatia. The drink however, was awful. The last ingredient listed was soda; since this was a cocktail, I presumed (my bad) that they meant club soda. Nope. Sprite. It was a gin and cucumber based drink, with Sprite. Yuck. Yuck. The ambiance was lovely, but it is a family hotel and the patio is next to the pool so family and kids. Typical Anaheim food (nothing exciting-tourist friendly).

This was my 2nd time in Anaheim and I definitely wanted to return to one one the best dining places I stumbled across last year. The ambience, service and food is absolutely great! The servers are very knowledgeable about the food that is being served and made us feel so comfortable. Even the manager came by and asked if everything was good. The food was as delicious as I remember from the year before (braised short ribs off the bone over mashed potatoes) and we even came back for breakfast ( i had brioche french toast w/bacon AGAIN)...same as last year! Yummm! We asked our server about the walking distance to downtown Disney and she gave us the shortcut to take thru the California Hotel. It was closer then we thought and after dinner it was the best way to walk off the food! Thank you Tangerine Grill. I also love your hand painted fruits on your walls. I felt like I was in Santa Fe, New mexico and not Anaheim. Looking forward to returning next year on my business trip!

Pretty good for a Disney hotel restaurant. We live close and had never been here. Easy to get in. The service was a little slow but we enjoyed the food and the prices were reasonable.

They did not recognize my reservation :( but their hall was empty, so we had no problem getting seated right away. Food was delicious, but portion was quite smaller than expected . Service was good.

The food was very good but took over one hour for it to arrive and only after we inquired about the lengthy wait time. We were told the kitchen was backed up. This should have been communicated during our wait time but we were essentially ignored by the busy wait staff.

This is the first time we ate at this restaurant and found it a nice place to eat. I had the huevos rancheros which were very good. My daughter had the french toast with fruit toppings which was incredible! The service was pretty good and the prices are very reasonable for the hearty servings.
I would definitely recommend it.

This is the second time we've chosen the Tangerine Grill to host a business breakfast during the Natural Products Expo. Parking is relatively easy and accommodations are perfect. Also very helpful with the gluten free diet that two members of our team require.

Overall it was an acceptable choice for our group dinner to honor an employee with over 40 years of service to our company. The menu was quite limited in choices but acceptable. The outdoor setting was excellent.

I visited Tangerine Grill on a very cool night, and the staff went out of their way to give us the warmest table on the patio, and to make sure we were comfortable. After having been at many very crowded and loud restaurants during the holidays, the ambiance was very much appreciated. The tables were a little further apart and we were able to converse easily. We decided to share soup, salad and an entree. The chef split all three for us and the presentation was lovely. I also felt the servings were quite generous! The chicken noodle soup was almost thick with tasty noodles, chicken and broth. The beet salad was delicious and the salmon with artichokes was especially tasty.

This restaurant is "hidden" inside the property of the Anabella Hotel in Anaheim, near Disneyland. The restaurant is very big and spacious. The entire property feels like you've entered an old California Mission. We chose to dine on on the patio. It was a warm night and the patio was very inviting due to the wonderful landscaping. It's located next to the pool, thanks to the landscaping this is not a distraction.

All the cocktails were $12 each. I ordered the Blackberry Old Fashion(at least I think that was its name). It was really delicious and I am going to hopefully recreate this at home.

We both decided to have appetizers. I had the bacon wrapped dates and my husband had the crab cerviche. The bacon wrapped dates were delicious. Again, a little pricey. You got 7 dates, about 1.5" to 2" long and not thick around for $9. The cerviche was $10 and honestly, it was not like any cervice we've ever ordered. It looked like canned crab..the meat was gray rather than white and flaked very thin, just like the crab from a can. It didn't taste right, and our waiter, who was very nice and professional said he'd let the manager know, so it could be removed from our bill.

For dinner I ordered the Steak Frites. It was made with hangar steak, and to my utter surprise was extremely tender. It was pretty much the least expensive entree on the menu..around $19. My husband ordered the hamburger. It was very good.

I think for what we had for dinner the bill was a little high. It was original just over $71.00 before the removals of the crab cerviche appetizer...still we spent $24 just on two cocktails...I realize no one forced us to make that purchase...but we wanted a drink w/dinner and it was either pay that or have no cocktails.

The meal was okay. The service was excellent and the ambiance was wonderful. Dinner options were VERY limited and pricey. I think there was 4 entrees to choose from (not including salads or sandwiches).

OUR WAITRESS, A YOUNG LADY NAME ERICA WAS OUTSTANDING. THE RESILING WINE WAS GREAT AND YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THEIR SPECIAL GRILL CHEESE SANDWICH AND THEIR CHIRO CHOCLATE DESSERT.

Breakfast was fine, dinner was not so good. Very limited menu, and lacked flavor the steak frite was tough weird salad,salty salad, weird. Burger was OK as burgers go bun was really soggy. Wine was awful, I had a merlot, was not offered a taste before the pour. The pour was away from the table. Very disappointing.

We had Mother's Day lunch on the patio. Beautiful day and lovely to sit outside. There is a bar on the patio, very pleasant, casual atmosphere. Ordered off the regular menu. Not a large selection, but the food was very good with nice presentation. The portions are not large, however perfectly sized for our group as none of us are big eaters. Our waiter was a lovely young man. My only complaint is that we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food to arrive as the kitchen was understaffed. It wasn't a big deal as we spent the time visiting with out of town family and drinking mimosas. Would definitely go again.
