    Haven't had a negative time at Talula's! They pay attention to needs before/during the meal and make it a really beautiful experience. Our anniversary dinner last night was devine, and we will be back :)

    We’ve been many times and always enjoyed dining here. Unfortunately, it appears the quality has declined. The food was okay, but not great. The wine list was okay but not great. The napkins had a slight mildew smell to them. Overall it was disappointing.

    Talula’s Garden is a fine example of the fantastic restaurants in Philly This was my first time back since the Pandemic and honestly they haven’t “ skipped a beat “! Professional yet personable Waitstaff, high quality ingredients and of course the food Just “Wow “…..We’ll be back soon

    Excellent and everywhere way every way, good food great service but it was noisy very noisy and it seemed like the air conditioner was on and it was really it was cold but the food the service general ambience was great

    Once again this place blew us away! Tina tartare appetizer was an explosion of flavor and the cheese toast was amazing! The Master Class cheese board was the perfect collection of tasty cheeses, jams & candied nuts. The house sangria was delicious! The roasted chicken and gnocchi was so tasty! And the black angus sliced strip steak was perfect! Everything from this restaurant is made and presented with perfection!

    Excellent service! We had Angela as our server. She was extremely knowledgeable about the food and full of fun and energy! We let her pick our dessert and we were thrilled with her pick, we love Talula’s! My favorite restaurant!

    We had a wonderful time there! The ravioli was amazing and the cocktails were delicious. I really loved the ambience of the place, it was very relaxing. Everyone there was so sweet to us! I will definitely have to come back again.

    The evening was lovely; sat in garden. Our server was Taylor; things were good until she brought us our check before we were finished. We were a bit taken back but let it go. (Not what a class establishment does). We decided to order after dinner drinks and she was clearly annoyed; I said to her”I hope we’re not keeping you” and she replied, well it’ll be ok and clearly was being kept. We never saw her again. $500 later we ended on a negative note.

    Our experience at Talula's Garden was phenomenal! The food was over the top great, the service was quick, courteous, gracious and professional, the ambiance was superb. Everything about it was excellence! It was the best meal we had in Philly, was there 5 days

    The food was outstanding. Service was not. Waited over an hour for our entrees to come out. Thought we might get a free desert, nope. And it was my wife's birthday. The staff kind of rushed us out at the end. Not a great experience.

    We arrived an hour late due to traffic problems. I had called in advance of the scheduled time to let them know, but they were able to accommodate us promptly despite being so late. Everyone was very pleasant. Meal was excellent.

    Everything has cheese. It’s not that varied for folks who don’t like cheese or can’t have it and it seems a bit one note. Maybe there’s over supply? Also the appetizer value for price is not great. A chopped beet with nuts is $20 for example. I think that’s a bit much. Many dinners are professional business card type and there’s a daily limit. Thirdly there needs to be a mock tail menu there’s only one and it’s hidden inside the cocktail section. It’s a bit too sweet but ok. The service is great.

    What a beautiful early fall evening in Washington Square! The September Salad and Tuna Tartare were wonderful starters, followed by the handmade ravioli and pork belly entrees ... delicious! And desserts! Be sure to try the S'mores and the Apple Cider Donuts are not to be missed. Can't say enough about Talula's - they do it right!

    Early outdoor garden dinner before a concert. Everyone we spoke with was kind and genuine - great experience for a first timer as well as a fourth timer! Food is always amazing!

    Never ever disappoints! Excellent in every category. So hard to decide what to eat. Said it was amazing last night is steak and my friends chicken which were equally excellent! Mushroom soup is to die for. As always, thank you for a great meal!

    We went to Talula's twice. The first time we had dinner. Our scallops and salmon were fresh, and cooked perfectly. The root vegetables were delicious, as was the bread and dessert. The seating was very comfortable and the atmosphere very pleasant. The second time we went for brunch. The poached eggs and scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, and the home fries were very crispy and exceptional, as was the biscuit with delicious cinnamon butter. The bacon was high quality, as was the green tea ( loose tea from China brewed in a small pot). And eating outdoors in the garden area was very charming and relaxing.

    We had a lovely spur of the moment Sunday brunch! My partner and I are both gluten free, and we were blown away by the gluten free raspberry muffins. Our server was able to guide us to other gluten free options on the menu, and we were pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes being larger than we anticipated. The fall salad was delicious, the potato gratinee was perfectly seasoned, and the marinated cucumbers were so refreshing. We will be coming back!

    Great first time- food was outstanding, service was always attentive and never too much. Food came out at great pace to our dining and we were very happy with our order and how everything was prepared. The ravioli was superb 👌👌

    Having to order appetizer and entrees at the same time rushes the meal. Mushroom soup and summer salad were great Seafood risotto was a bit over cooked. Overall the menu seems to have been unchanged for sometime and not worth a revisit.
