Guillermo was an excellent server. The food was delicious and plentiful. Loved the Queso Fundido appetizer! The complimentary appetizer was good too. Took home half of the meal so we could share the Tres Leches cake.

Very disappointed. Made reservations on Open Table. Requested a booth and informed them we were celebrating a birthday. So we kind of got a booth, it was kind of tight for 5 people. The clincher though, they forgot to celebrate my mom's 72 birthday. Pretty much ruined the evening for me. I do not recommend this place at all !

The food was great. My daughter ordered the mushroom tacos and they were delicious. The horchata and margaritas were excellent as well.

Love Taco Rosa! Why? The Mexico city enchiladas are the best I've ever had! Chicken with the cheese and little onion on top. Doesn't get any better since they have perfected the sauce. From the time we sat down until the food was on our table was less then 7 minutes. Great service and delicious Mexican fare.

Went on Tuesday night. Did not know they had Taco Tuesday IN THE REGULAR restaurant not just the bar area! Nice surprise. Had a great time. Coming back this weekend for dinner.

Very yummy food! The lobster enchiladas are amazing! Bartender could use a little help, if you are not ordering something with tequila in it, they aren't sure how to make it, even a decent martini.

Looking forward to dinner since friends had recommended it after having what they described as a great brunch. What a disappointment. This was the worst meal we had all week, since we dined out every night that week because it was Restaurant Week. I had lobster enchiladas and the lobster had an unmistakable taste of shrimp not lobster in a very bland sauce, boiled white rice and a tasty vegetable concoction accompanied the meal. My husband had the restaurant week shrimp dish in some kind of sauce that was also not very tasty. Appetizer guacamole needed doctoring to spice it up a bit Margarita however was very good. We were so looking to finding a good Mexican restaurant, guess we will stick with Taco Bell.Also after reading the regular menu I found nothing that would make me want to come back and try some of their other offerings.

Early reservation. Went for OC Restaurant Week. As we were walking towards the door after parking, the owner was on is way out. He greeted us with a big welcome. Impressive. Got a seat next to the window, nice. But the wood seat was too stiff, the curtain above used to be white, now stained and missing from the rail. They gave us the menu but had to ask for OC restaurant menu. They went back to get it. If you don't want to offer the OC Restaurant menu upfront, why join the event? Food came, avocado on top of the salad had black spot all over. OMG. Needed to heat the tortillas, it was not pliable or soft. Bathroom? Stainless steel holder for toilet paper, was broken and hanging towards the bowl. Rusty. This place needs renovation, I think it's about time.

I went with a group of co-workers for restaurant week. We were all happy with the value of the delicious lunches we received, and pleased that we got in and out quickly with their expedient service.

We went to Taco Rosa for the first time because of OC Restaurant Week. I was impressed by the variety of options and the quality of the food. I'll be coming back!

Hadn't been here before. They were wonderful from the start! We had a reservation and added people prior to arriving and the restaurant was very nice about it and happy to accommodate. The service was wonderful and they made us feel like we were the only customers that our waiter was helping, though that was certainly not the case. I highly recommend Taco Rosa for business or personal lunches. Delicious food too! :)

Taco Rosa used to be a power house in Tustin/Irvine. We went quite often for their margis and brunch. We decided to come back on the ever illusive "date night" and we were underwhelmed. The service was great, the food was just sub par. Seemed more blow and go orders rather than taking time cooking and seasoning. Everything seemed so commercialised and bland. We were very disappointed. We will probably explore more restaurant options moving forward.

Rude waiter. Was not answering any questions in a nice manner. The waiter responded as if he was rushed. The alcohol tasted watered down.

Taco Rosa was fantastic. Their taco Tuesday deal is great. Yummy tacos at a great price. Our server was fun and attentive. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back again.

The food is very good but the restaurant is in disrepair. Table was broken, chairs are old and warm out, and floor needed a good cleaning

Food was very good and the presentation was great. I had the steak tacos which I really enjoyed. The carnitas were very popular with my table and I was told they were very good. They even brought little appetizers for us at no charge which were tasty.

Was very hard to get hold of our server. But other than that outstanding

Our Open Table reservation was for a special occasion, my 74th birthday. When we arrived there was no mention of a birthday celebration by the hostess or by anyone else as the evening progressed. The special occasion part was missing! Even though our food was good, our server basically ignored us throughout the evening. I understand that they had a large group, however, that is no excuse. This may be a place for a casual lunch, but NOT a place for a special occasion! I expected better!

Service was great. Taco's were amazing (pork and shredded beef) especially at the special Taco Tuesday prices. Was fine for families, a bit of a loud atmosphere. The birthday dessert combo plate was fantastic.

I met two friends for dinner and we all ordered something different. Everyone was pleased. Service was excellent.

We had a party of 8 and it was obvious from the beginning our server was very annoyed to have a big group. Even though we had a reservation they had us at 2 separate tables. When we insisted they be put together the attitude started. I had to get up and find a server twice to get drinks started. When we still weren't getting any attention I told a manger. From then on, ther server came by regularly, but he gave us dirty looks and snapped at us. The manager never came by to follow up.

We will absolutely never go here again. Service ruined the dinner.

Made a reservation for my brother's birthday. Food was good as always. I had the tacos de filets which were delicious . Washed down the tacos with a Don Julio Margarita; also good. Our server Alberto was awesome: great service and very engaging. Will definitely look for him next visit.

It was taco Tuesday night. My father-in-law really enjoyed his Pastore tacos. So they were excellent. We celebrated his birthday and they sang to him in Spanish. Definitely made a reservation. Very busy and kind of loud, however it was Taco Tuesday night🌮
