Great view. Food flops. Used to be wonderful but dry omelets and soggy bacon make for insipid meal. Prices are way too high for this kind of breakfast. Service great though.

Made a reservation on Open Table 15 minutes before the reservation time and received a confirmation. Walked down to Tableau to be told that they didn't have any record of the confirmation. They had MANY open tables but continued to be weird about seating us and said there was a 45 minute wait. We were finally seated and enjoyed our breakfast. Server was very friendly and food came out fast.

We go to Tableau every time we come to LV! Our daughter use to work for the Wynn & Encore so we have been coming for years. This time around it was pretty disappointing. Asked for a booth didn’t get that, sat for awhile before getting drinks including water, they got the drinks wrong so we waited even longer, food was not hot and they forgot a few of the sides, server was not around much so it was really hard to get her attention. A few larger parties were extremely loud and somewhat obnoxious, overall kinda ruined the vibe. We were pretty disappointed. We also saw that they had given a booth to someone whom had just walked in who did not have a reservation but were joining someone already there sitting at a large round table near the booth, I had a feeling that was my booth I requested. I did not appreciate that at all. I understand it is a request and not a given but as I said before we’ve been coming for years and have never had a issue getting a booth. Not sure who is in charge but it definitely seemed like there was a little less direct management going on.

The staff are friendly and the food is very good. They try do hard to bring you the dish that you are in the mood for. Egg sandwich, cinnamon toast, just let them know what you want. They also work very well with food allergies.

Tableau for brunch. Truly incredible meal out on the patio. Had smoked salmon, burrata, fries, steak and egg and caesar salad. Excellent service and everything was to die for. Worth mentioning the cappuccino was soooo good! Would highly recommend!

The food and service once seated is always great but third time in a row where we had to wait half an hour for a table when having a reservation. It’s one thing if we know about it and can just go do something else while waiting, but when making the reservations says please be promptly on time or we’ll give your table away, so we get there on time and told to just wait for five minutes every five minutes. Place just seems to always over book.

It’s VERY loud in the restaurant. They took us into the back room (there are only two rooms, one in front with the bar/lounge and another small round room at the back) which was supposed to be quieter, and it marginally was. Our server had a snooty and condescending tone, but wasn’t bad or mean. Just not an overly welcoming attitude. We ordered the orange juice blend and the chai smoothie, both were good, as well as a French press pot, which was good coffee. My husband ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and I had the short rib benedict. The food came out lightning fast… and it seems we know why. The pancakes were like buffet pancakes - super rubbery and felt premade. Not just a “different” texture like ricotta pancakes can be… these were unpleasant. I only ate half my plate of bene… it was huge. I wish they offered a half portion because I felt bad wasting the food. When they set it down in front of me the overwhelming aroma and taste was of the wine braise of the meat. It was overpowering and I really didn’t care for it. Something happened toward the end and our server disappeared for a bit. He did return and brought us a comp plate of madeleines and some rosé. Overall, sorry to say, I personally would not return or recommend to someone.

Beautiful, elegant, classy, incredibly delicious breakfast. We were treated like royalty from beginning to end. Emily made everything even better. She is charming and friendly. We were given complimentary juices that were very tasty. Pure class! Thank you for an amazing experience. Next time, we are going for lunch.

My partner and I were looking forward to Tableau when we booked it and this place did not disappoint. It has a very upscale “Alice In Wonderland” feel. The service was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. We got the Short Rib Benedict, the Spanish Omelet, and the brown sugar/apple French Toast. All were excellent. The whole experience was magical.
