Food wonderful and imaginative. Dawn was a marvelous server. Sat outside and it was a pleasant evening. Quiet.
Always a great dining experience. Always easy to have conversations as noise level is low.
Birthday dinner with 8 ladies so fun!! Food was excellent and service was great!
Zander ( our server)was excellent!! We thought he was older than he is because of his excellent attention to detail!
We enjoyed the brunch with our family. It was our 1st time trying it. The fried chicken was delicious! Kiefert was an excellent server.
This is the first time we have had brunch at Table, have had many dinners there. The food was all soooo good! The corned beef hash was probably my favorite, along with the french toast. Amazing value for all the food! We will be back!
Disappointing dinner at “table” — now I know why the place was nearly deserted at 7:30pm on a Friday evening. Service was OK and the wait staff (and management) were friendly and helpful but the food was for the most part, mediocre. The fish special — monkfish with tajin spices — sounded interesting but was more like “blackened” and I ended up having to scrape off the burnt coating. Just way too much seasoning. The manager on duty was apologetic and offered us a couple of free desserts which was an ok gesture. Unfortunately, the free cake we ordered was semi frozen. The watermelon gazpacho was fine as were the salads. But nothing exceptional.
I’d suggest at this point that Market District simply lease out the ‘table’ space to another restaurant group.
Lovely service, pretty space, good food—a convenient stop while running errands
We absolutely love dinner at table! We usually come for a date night and have always had delicious food and excellent service (not to mention half-priced bottles of wine on Saturdays!). This time we had a friend with us who was Celiac and could not eat any gluten. Our server not only understood what that meant but was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, pointing out exactly what could or couldn’t be prepared gluten-free. We were very impressed!
Every couple of weeks when it's big grocery haul time, we drive across town to go to Market District & always have dinner at Table. It's always good & fresh. The service is also always great. I love that their menu changes periodically. Always look forward to grocery shopping day.
My wife and I wanted to find a nice Sunday brunch without paying an arm and a leg. The Table is a 5 star restaurant . The whole staff are courteous professional and dedicated to their craft. The food was fresh , delicious and substantial . I would highly recommend this restaurant for any meal
Great dinner. Our server was top notch. Quick, witty, funny and professional. Its not to often you get the whole package with a server.
We had a hiccup with our service but they made it right.
Consistently great service and food! Keep up the great job
Great experience on Father’s Day. Food was outstanding.
Hubby really enjoyed his Father's Day meal. We will definitely be back.
I would normally recommend Market District to a friend because the food is usually very good. However the special Father's Day brunch was $38 and was not all that special. Also, I made a reservation well in advance and there were plenty of tables open when we arrived. They tried to put us at a table right next to the buffet line and when I asked for a different one, we still ended up at a table with zero privacy. Not sure why others at a later time ended up with booths. Anyway....won't go there again for a special brunch but still want to try the regular Sunday Brunch.
Really enjoyed our food selections! The menu is not expansive here, but the choices are interesting and cover a lot of varieties.
The salads are excellent, and big enough to share. Had the chips and dip as an appetizer, with queso, salsa and guacamole dips... great starter.
My wife had Noodle bowl; she’s a vegetarian and loved it. I had a rice bowl with steak strips, and it was as good as anything I’ve ever had at other restaurants at a higher price! All in all, a very nice dining experience!
We love this place for dinner. Delicious and creative recipes at reasonable prices. We also love that Saturdays are half-priced bottles of wine!
Our group had a delicious dinner. Try the Power Bowl.
Food and service are exceptional! One of our favorite restaurants.
We’ve been wanting to get to The Table for brunch for months and finally found a time that we could!! We sat at our table for 15 minutes before I had to ask the host to please send our server over. She apologized for the misunderstanding and that it was a buffet so to help ourselves. That was only half true...you may also order off the menu and she hadn’t taken our drink order. The food was just ok and we got our drinks at the end of the meal after asking about them for the third time....and I should mention that she brought our check BEFORE we even got our drinks!! The server did point out that the manager gave us a discount for the wait...which was very nice but I would think the manager would speak to us. Anyway, we won’t be returning for brunch any time soon.
It's such an interesting concept, a market and a restaurant and a bar. It was a great experience, though, and the food was good.
Fantastic food truly fit for serious foodies. Quiet - an unusual event in contemporary restaurants. Attentive but not overly so server.
A wonderful dining experience.
Go on average 2-3 times a month. A hidden gem. Great outdoor space. Inventive menu. Reasonable prices. The wine pairing dinners are awesome.
Table just always does a great job for us. Creative food choices, great service.
Great place to meet colleagues for meal.
Some dinners are very good and some are not. Service was very spotty although very attentive when available. I expect warm accompaniments to the Faroe salmon. The salmon was delightful but the cold copped asparagus left me cold. It would have been good to offer a flatbread with the meal.
To top it off, my dinner partner ordered dessert. The waiter did not ask me if I wanted a dessert and brought spoons for sharing. All in all, very disappointing for me , although my companion was very happy.
My husband and I had always wanted to try their brunch. Went there for Mother’s Day. Food was good, however the buffet is overpriced —Especially for children.
We visit here often, and the food is always great. Yesterday, however, the kids chicken fingers were especially fantastic! They actually tasted better than the fried chicken that comes on the chicken and waffles. They were seasoned perfectly, and they were quite large! We were all pretty shocked at how big the kids meal was. My only recommendation would be to serve the chicken and waffles with the chicken fingers instead of the regular Fried Chicken, because they're boneless and easier to eat with a waffle.
Good food and attentive service.
The pulled pork and ribs were excellent! There was a good selection of foods. Surprised there wasn't a dessert table (not that I need it!)
Overall the experience was just ok. I think our waiter must have been new to waiting tables. Everything he did from taking our initial drink order, then throughout the entire meal and even when we wanted the check took incredibly long for him. He never bothered to check with us at any time during the meal to see if everything was ok even though we watched him standing over with the cooks and talking with them at length because it was not at all busy that evening.
We would definitely ask for another server should we ever go back.
The food is delicious and so many choices! Staff is very friendly and helpful. We love it here!
Overall food was delicious! Waiter was not as attentive to our needs as expected for such a pricing meal. Didn't really appreciate workers on the front porch on a Saturday at 6:30 p.m. using hand tool during our dinner. The sound of the power saw kind of distracted from our anniversary dinner.
We have been avid fans of The Table. We dined recently and found out they have a new chef. The menu is extremely different, most of the favorites are gone. We were not alone in this observation as we heard many tables express their disappointment.
The table used to be our go to place. Very disappointing.
This is our second time to have Sunday Brunch. We did not have as good of service this time. Our server was not attentive and very slow. That being said, we will go again. The food is good and we like the idea of Sunday brunch buffet.
Went to Table for brunch this past Sunday ... food variety & quality was very good. Everything from fried chicken & ribs to all the breakfast staples. The biscuits & gravy are epic! Service was equally great ... will definitely be back!
The food was good as usual, but the service was incredibly slow. The wait staff was nice and engaging, but inexplicably absent for long periods of time. There weren’t many other diners either, so it’s not as if the place was packed and servers were being pulled in multiple directions. We’ve always enjoyed eating here, but it took *forever* to get out this time, which is a bit of a downer.
Went for birthday lunch with a friend. Service was fabulous!! Food is very good and fresh. This place is a awesome and I would never think it would be in a grocery store. Menu has a large variety. Waitress surprised us with a lovely slice of cake with a candle! Pricing is very good for the quality of food.
One of my favorites for Sunday Brunch. Excellent service, good location, scrumptious food & delicious drinks.
