BOCADO Ratings and Reviews
Foodwise-One of the most enjoyable meals we've ever had here. Once a table full of yelling young women left, the noise level got down to a point we could hear each other. Put plastic tips on the chairs so they don't make so much noise and invest in a little noise reduction material for the dining room. One larger group can obliterate conversation for everyone else. The food is great. Service is very good. The noise level needs to come down.
In a great spot for a late night bite to eat. Wonderful service. The burger was great and used all fresh ingredients. If you like garlic I would recommend the garlic fries. The braised pork & sweet potato appetizer was pretty good as well. Parking was not a hassle because there is valet. There is a $3 charge plus the tip for valet.
We love to go to Bocado. Their snack plate is one of my favorites and has the most fantastic pimento cheese and trout spread. Then although the burger is wonderful I have to say my favorite items are usually the fresh vegetables. Their field peas with radishes and cheese is absolutely wonderful. I've never had a cocktail there that I did not love. A favorite!
I’m AMAZED at this place. This was my first time dinning here I googled it due to me riding by everyday as I head to gym for personal training and it his place is always packed out and seem very busy so I figured the food and drinks were awesome. Went there for a casual outting with a friend and I was shocked and the food, atmosphere, drinks and staff EVERYTHING was great. I will be definitely becoming back here.
We have been going to Bocado for about 7 years and it has never disappointed us. The burgers r fantastic. They have a relatively small menu but there is always a choice in the major food groups. I feel when a restaurant offers only a few choices they r chosen with care and prepared well. Always a good choice.
Happy to help Bocado celebrate their anniversary. I was just in the week before, but couldn't pass up the anniversary burger deal. Really good burger. Seriously! Just ask for it and don't ask what's on it. It does have cheese on it though. Oh and get herbed fries. Why my friend orders regular fries then proceeds to eat my yummy herb fries I don't know. Luckily I never finish my food (I'm stuffed) so I don't mind a little sharing.
We tried Bocado because the burger had received rave reviews. I ordered it "westside style" and WAS NOT disappointed! I would absolutely recommend it. My husband got lamb pasta and really enjoyed it. He started with a prosciutto plate and I started with a kale salad and both were great. I am pregnant and the bartender made me a delicious and refreshing "mocktail" while my husband enjoyed a bourbon drink from the craft cocktail menu. Overall great, experience!
We make it to Atlanta every other year for a business trip, and since our first trip we have fallen in love with Bocado. Everything is always impeccable. The food is fresh and creative and absolutely perfect in its simplicity. This year we had the deviled eggs with pickled watermelon, a tomato and cucumber salad, and a bread basket filled with amazing bread. We FINALLY tried the legendary burger that we've heard so much about and it was everything we had heard it would be and more. The drinks were perfectly thought out and so refreshing. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Atlanta, and we always recommend it to ours friends.
First time. Menu is small. Garlic Parm fries are very good. Hamburger meat smelled funny (cheeseburger). My husband's fried chicken sandwich was ok. The crust had fallen off so it was more like fried meat without the flour part. Deviled eggs were good. Glad I tried it, but would not be my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice...except for the fries. They are very good.
Burger and fries were as advertised in other reviews...although I would have preferred other than American cheese. The only other choice was no cheese at all. Fountain drink glasses are extremely small...with ice there's practically no drink at all. Asked for a refill...was charged full price. First lemonade was very good. Second not so good. Need consistency.
