Complimenting the critically acclaimed cuisine is an equally intelligent and imaginative wine and craft cocktail list, represented both in the dining room and upstairs at The Imperial Life cocktail and charcuterie lounge.
Please contact the restaurant with any questions, or better yet, stop in to say hello!
Greeted by the waitress who did not offer up her name. Seemed rushed & often impersonal at times. As far the food, the gluten free bread was amazing as well as the pork belly. Also the carrots were great. The only veg entry option was a butternut squash crostini which was underwhelming. Gordon Ramsay would have chewed & spit it out. It looked like a 7 year old made it.
No one asked how we liked it & took it away with only a few bites being eaten. Not good.
Overall, would not go back or recommend.
Dinner with out of town guests
Great service, good food which changes daily so don’t mind the online menu! The restaurant was pretty empty on a rainy Sunday night so I can’t really judge the ambience but it is a cute place.
The “Tastes” and Appetizers were outstanding. The tile fish was very good. The $110 bone in Ribeye was very tough and chewy. Crispy potatoes were undercooked.
Grandma visiting from out of town. She’s a foodie and she can’t stop raving about it! We love their creative menu, always something new and fun to try.
One of our favorite restaurants in Asheville. Menu is ever changing and the chef never ceases to amaze us with the taste combinations he puts together.
We went for our anniversary, party of 2, and it was sweet, flavorful, and fun. This is a unique place to go. Limited options, but you can taste the freshness and realness of their local ingredients
Food overall was good. The chicken was the hit of the night. Skin was very crispy and the meat was perfectly cooked. Juicy and moist, highly recommended. The tile fish was good but nothing special. Under seasoned and slightly over cooked. Overall a good meal that will bring us back.
Great inventive dining with great service! Nice experience.
Very nice server.
Absolutely delicious!! Food was just amazing. I had the English peas appetizer and the rolled chicken as my entree. The menu changes every day according to our server so don’t rely on the one on OpenTable. We will definitely return.
Food was delicious!! The pimento was amazing and Martin was a great server.
Always the BEST. Friday nights dinner was outstanding. NO disappointments here
They're trying too hard to be cutting edge. Menu items have one-word descriptions of the tasty but obscure ingredients, which you're expected to know or be subjected to condescension from the wait staff. Example: "Wreckfish, Dashi, [some vegetable], Delicates." You'll need to come with culinary school training, thick skin, or willingness to suspend your rules about using a phone at the table.
Excellent meal. Will definitely visit again for brunch.
A definite come back to! Service fantastic. Food excellent!
Dined upstairs. HVAC was on the warm side. No good Chardonnay on menu by the glass. Salad was salty. Wreck fish was actually pretty good. Small portion but good.
Excellent brunch. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
My mother loved the Mother’s Day brunch! Very nice ambiance and the food was amazing!
Excellent service, food was very good, greeting by host was very personable.
Lovely experience - beautiful ambience, great service, and a delicious meal.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant to others. My family & I consider ourselves "foodies" from the "Triangle" area visiting the area of graduation. I will begin with the very limited menu. Language used on the menu that even slipped by our table of educated consumers. EVERYTHING on the menu is a la carte. Prices are steep! Dishes were "okay", nothing to rave about or leaving any of us wanting more. Entree ranged from $25 - $110! Really! :( So many other great places in Asheville to eat without walking away feeling remorse & regretful. Dine at your own risk, but make sure you are carrying plenty of cash -
Always amazing - Table is the best restaurant in Asheville bar none. The food is always innovative and made with seasonal ingredients. I live here and believe me a lot of the other restaurants written up are overhyped - not Table.
Amazing food would definitely go back
A superb meal with superb service! We loved the special attention the wait people gave us, and the food was sublime. Best meal we've had in Asheville in years.
Poor experience based on kitchen, waiting time for food, and horrible food. We were greeted warmly, and our server was wonderful. When food arrived everything was burnt or over cooked. The “side salad” was huge pieces of Bibb lettuce accompanied by dirt, bugs, and was wilting. We were so amazingly disappointed. We told the manager and left without eating or paying.
Small , cozy atmosphere, excellent service and wine list. Interesting combinations of food, savory, well prepared and presented. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
Have been here three times. Had two good meals before last night. Last night was TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING. The four of us shared the 32 oz ribeye, the Fried Chicken, Whole Snapper and bread plates. Dinner came to just under $300. It just was so NOT worth it!
Both the fried chicken (supposedly brined) and the whole snapper were incredibly dry. Clearly overcooked. The prime rib was not memorable and not worth $110. The best parts of the dinner were the sides of cauliflower and smashed-fried yukon potatoes w/chimichurri.
My brother ordered a "Black Russian" (Kalua and Vodka). Turns out they were out of Kalua and offered up Frangelica???? (Not sure how they thought to sub hazelnut for coffee) My drink was so unbalanced I had to send it back.
Hate to say we will not be returning.
Firm dinner during a conference. Everyone was impressed with the food.
Interesting different ingredients and preparations, all cooked perfectly. Service by teams was quite effective. However, it is a small (tiny) restaurant and had two big parties filling the place with far too much noise and activity. One portly gentleman was backed up to our table with no room for servers to get around. Will not be back.
Everything was supper!!!!
we had eaten here before, had a great meal so were glad to revisit and have another great meal, were also excited to see they have gluten free bread, such a treat for my husband, but wish they would have offered more of it.
My second visit couldn't be as fantastic as our first, could it? But it was!
Ten guys . . . all "foodies" . . . all impressed with the food, service and ambiance.
Having great staff is such a luxury - and Table has got that covered.
I look forward to my third visit!
Great food, local ingredients coming together with just the right touch of elegance and uniqueness.
The ambience is perfect. Small dining room with attention from the servers in the right dose.
Prices are fine taking into the fact the quality of the food.
Table is one of our favorite brunch spots in Asheville.
Beautifully presented, delicious food and great wine/cocktails with top notch service. It's a little boisterous and definitely not a bargain, but a beautiful upscale place. It's farm to table that's not too precious or self-aware. Delightful evening.
Hands down one of the best spots in Asheville, with some of the greatest service around!
Best restaurant in Asheville. And that's saying something.
Table never fails to offer the most creative menu in town. The ingredients are constantly changing so every experience is different. Service is exceptional, the wine list is unique, and cocktails are excellent.
