Table 6 might not be the newest thing on the Denver restaurant scene, but it should still be on your radar for brunch and dinner, and also for tater tots.
Our waitress was really helpful and nice.
Excellent food & service!
Just moved to Denver and was looking for a good neighborhood spot, and I found it in Table 6 !!!
I had heard so many great things about this place for years, but for some reason had never tried it until Sunday. Super friendly girl at the door seated us and we sat for a good 10-15 minutes before anyone greeted us. There was only 4 other tables at the time so I thought that was quite a while to sit without being greeted. Then when we ordered we were told that we had the wrong menus and it just so happened we wanted the item that was no longer being offered. After finally getting our order in the food came, lukewarm but tasty, and smaller portions than expected. All in all it was just good, not great.
Table 6 never disappoints. We requested a window view, showed up early, had fantastic service and loved our meal.
Table 6 is now officially our favorite restaurant!! We cannot even begin to explain how wonderful our evening there was!!! From the time we entered this quaint spot, we felt like we were at our perfect best friends’ house. We all know the couple that just does everything right with ease, joy and fun and makes everything look effortless! We all want to be them, right? Well that’s Table 6! Every employee wore joy, class and ease. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, fun!! These are top notch employees!!! They paid so much attention to the diners but in such a subtle, nuanced way that you almost wanted them to pull up another chair and join us!! And the food??? Oh good grief!! I cannot do any of it justice in the description!! Our group of 6 ordered two appetizers (tuna poke and tater tots) and Ben brought out a third (tempura chicken) for us to enjoy (so lovely)!! Talk about knocking our socks off with the marriage of flavors!!!! At that point, two out-of-town guests in our party who’ve been restauranteurs for 30 years, said Table 6 was easily one of the best dining experiences they’d ever had. And we hadn’t even gotten to our entrees! We ordered a variety of entrees and we were all just smitten!! We ordered two desserts to share and each were simply delightful! There were 6 beignets, one for each of us, and that did not go unnoticed!! Table 6, thank you for your attention to detail, for hiring fabulous staff, and for filling our tummies with the most delish food!!!! Dreaming about our next meal there!!!!!!
Total perfection in this neighborhood neighborhood gem
We have previously dined at Table 6 for evening meals and found it very good. Unfortunately we did not realize it was a brunch format that was available on Easter Sunday when a full meal was anticipated. However, we were able to cobble together satisfying and very well prepared meals from the available menu. As previously, the food was excellent. The major downside to our visit was the ear-splitting noise level we encountered and something that was not expected based on previous visits. Having never participated in a Sunday Brunch at this establishment we were not prepared for the DJ-provided music that confronted us. The combination of a relatively small and very busy room and the extremely loud selections of contemporary popular music made our ability to converse over the meal almost impossible and we both ended up with headaches by the time we left. We would certainly return for a future brunch but if it is the policy to have DJ-provided music on such occasions we will have to pass.
Amazing food! Wanted to try everything on the menu. Fun DJ music for Sunday brunch.
Amazing As always! We LOVE Table 6! Creative Menu, excellent ingredients, fantastic service, and always order at least two appetizers to share!
Bday celebration. It was great
We had a very nice dinner with some close friends. Unfortunately, they don't like wine or beer and it's a shame that they don't offer a full bar. Otherwise, we had a very nice time. The service couldn't have been better.
Poor service for drinks and food
We started at 6:30 and finally got our tab at 9:15
Food was good
Doubt I’ll go back
Overall a great experience. My wife and I had dinner here for our 3rd wedding anniversary and were treated like we had been coming there for yrs. Our server was personable and very informative, not typical in Denver, completely versed in the new and old items on the menu. Food, wine, & desert were all awesome! We'll be back with friends next time.
Awesome food and ambiance! Will continue to return every year to celebrate one of our favorite restaurants!
From the apps to the zerts - everything was tasty, creative & delicious! The service was exceptional and our dining experience was fun. The buffalo chicken, ahi poke and pork belly to start were all phenomenal. I would highly recommend the wagyu beef or duck confit for the main course. The chocolate beignets paired with a port wine to finish off our dinner was the perfect ending. We were pleased with the wine selection as well.
Was our first time and the food was amazing! We will be going back again.
Fantastic menu! All fresh and in season dishes. The mushroom stuffed chicken was amazing. Loved the chicken appetizer too. My husband said the beef shank was wonderful. Great service too!
Birthday brunch was lovely. We sat outside as the music was quite loud and I had my parents with me. Food and service were wonderful. Great spot!
Table 6 was recommended by good friends, and our experience there was marvelous. Excellent service, good, if a bit noisy, ambiance, excellent wine list, and imaginative, delicious food, made this place an instant favorite.
DJ during brunch was a little too loud. We couldn't hear the conversation of the person sitting next to us at the table...
Reserved a table on a very busy Saturday night. It was loud, but that didn't diminish our enjoyment of the excellent the food and service. Will definitely go again!
Great little spot for fine dining quality food in a casual setting
Excellent ambiance, service, and food. We came from out of town and decided to let YELP lead us on an adventure. The restaurant is in a residential neighborhood. The food and service were surprisingly good. The trout and pork entree are to die for. Selection of wines was very good.
Lovely service, fresh high quality food that was well prepared and served with careful attention.
Duck was tasty. Salads fresh. Will come back
Great food, great wine and a fun lively atmosphere allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our evening of dining!
We were visiting Denver and this was by far one of my favorite places that we ate! Brunch is a must.
Our server - Ethan, I think - was great. Super friendly, patient, great on timing.
Ambiance was lovely. We didn't realize it was restaraunt week, so we were bummed to have the fixed menu. But, everything was delicious!
Delicious dinner. Look forward to a return dinner.
A Restaurant Week winner!
We had the tuna poke and the tots as appetizers and my wife was thrilled with the poke and said it was the best part of the two restaurants we went to for restaurant week. For the main course, we each had the fried chicken which was very good but not to the quality of MAX’s as Table 6 removed the bones and with that goes the juiciness. We both opted for the chocolate beignets for dessert and they were EXCELLENT! Our server, NiKale, added to the experience as did the front of the house. After driving by for many years, we were most pleased that we opted to finally go in.
Been coming here since 2004. Always great. Fantastic food, great ambience, staff longevity and top notch service. Hope to spend another 15 years dining here
Sunday Brunch, so of course is was crowded. Still, service seemed pretty slow since we were right in front of the kitchen and waitstaff constantly walked by us. Food portion was rather small although others' meals seemed ok. The noise level was really bad though. Overall, I'd pass on this restaurant.
The service was good, the food was okay. We went when they were serving the restaurant week menu. Tots were really good, fried chicken was under seasoned and the peanut butter mouse that came with the beignets was so salty it was inedible.
Birthday happened to fall on the 1st night of Restaurant Week 2018 so there were a few kinks to still work out in a full house! Hubby's appetizer wasn't very warm; same for his steak, but both were tasty. I had the duck confit which was delicious 5-stars as was my salad appetizer. Evan was a great server and the atmosphere was lively.
My son just moved to Denver from Portland. Wanted to take him to a nicer restaurant near where he is living. Table 6 has good reviews and it was within walking distance. Turned out to be a Neighborhood gem! Great food, nice environment and great staff. Had a great time!
We enjoyed our reservation at Table 6: excellent service, awesome food, enjoyable atmosphere. We will dine again.
We so enjoyed Table 6, the food was excellent and love the ambiance. The pork belly appetizer with grilled pineapple was wonderful. As was the Asian Tuna tartare. Great wine list, and service is always so nice, welcoming, friendly and helpful.
