We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at Table 5 in Northville, Michigan. The food was very good and our server made great recommendations. They even gave us a free dessert to make our evening meal perfect. A wonderful restaurant for a quiet dinner with good food.

We had a great meal. They just rolled out their new menu. Asparagus/Morel tart appetizer was excellent. I had the panko halibut, my wife had the veal, both were exceptional. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. Can't wait to go back!

Table5 was excellent tonight! Best it’s been in a few years. New Spring menu is a hit! Halibut was delicious as were veal and salmon and morel cream tart. Keep up the great cuisine!

A consistent classic, with reliable preparation & presentation. The menu items are varied and drink selection suitably broad.

The food was excellent, as always. The wait staff was working hard, but they plainly were understaffed. The did their best under the circumstances and comp'd dessert without us commenting on the situation.

Service was nice but very slow. Waited a very long time for wine. Then we received salads about an hour after we arrived. Two other tables near us came and went.
Two halibut, one chicken and a filet, food was good but steak very underdone. They did take it off the bill.
It’s never been this bad before, hopefully just a fluke.

Once we were seated it took quite a while for a server to appear (5-10 minutes). Once he did, we had great service. The food was exceptional. I would go back!

The atmosphere was nice and the service was good, but the Scottish salmon and quinoa I had was incredibly salty and the quinoa was really greasy. My boyfriend had the Maine scallops and enjoyed them for the most part but claimed they were bland. We shared the cheese and olive tray for an appetizer and really enjoyed the variety. I wouldn't choose to go back just for an appetizer and we were not impressed with the entrees and at an average of $25 per meal, I do not see us returning.

Delicious meal for my husband’s birthday. Great service from the hostess to the bar staff to our waitress. Could be more options for gluten free meals.

Here twice in a month. Food was superb both times, and this time the service from Jenna was fantastic! Brian, the bartender, is the best around; truly a Northville legend!!

Food, ambience, service . . All excellent but the menu is somewhat limited.

Service slow, even on a busy night 1 1/2 hours is too long for arrival of entree. New York steak was not tender or tasty, extremely poor value for the money. Others at our table were also disappointed. I have been there before and a much better experience with service and food. Long for the days when it was Mckinnons.

This is our favorite restaurant. For this event, it was our anniversary. It was great, from the food to the service. We both had their special, which was the Portor house with red skin potatoes and cube zucchini. It was great, not just good but great. Than at the end of the meal, the waiter asked us if wanted any desert. He also told us sense it was our anniversary the desert was on the house. The service at table 5 is extremely good. The waiters know the menu and are very detailed when it comes to explaining the meals. If there was a 10 star review we would give it to table 5. Great place and great service.

We been going to Table 5 for years. Unfortunately over the past year their quality of food has declined considerably. Good place for a drink and appetizers but not much more. Too bad.

Table 5 has consistently excellent food. My husband and I both ordered the bib lettuce salad. They were so large we could have split one. The lettuce was tender and covered with dried cherries, candied nuts and bacon. I had vinaigrette dressing and my husband had the gorgonzola. Both were good. My husband's filet, ordered medium rare, was done perfectly. I ordered the pot roast and it was fork tender. The portion was more than generous and I had the leftovers for lunch the next day. We will be back!

The atmosphere / set up is a little odd. It feels like a mixture of a 1970’s pizzeria and a Sweet Lorraine’s. It needs an update. Food was good. Liked our server.

Food was overpriced and amounts were small. While the mix of tastes was good, the fish was consistently overcooked. Desserts were delicious and variety offered was wide. This might be a good place for dessert and coffee.

I love this place and always recommend it when people are looking for a great place to go. On this occasion we were celebrating our anniversary.

Only issue is I would love to see some vegan options added to the menu.
