This was a glorified hospital cafeteria in a hotel but charging 4 star restaurant prices. The food was subpar, the portion sizes Uber-small, and the service was incredibly slow. Incredibly disappointed and will certainly look for a different restaurant the next time I travel to Cleveland.

Our waiter Mark was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was a little loud but ok. Food was surprisingly good, flavorful, and well plate. The cheesecake dessert was good but the bottom crust was very hard to break.

Wonderful meal. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Quiet dining room with tables spaced well apart made conversation easy. However, not fans of the unwelcoming, minimalist decor.

The items you were out of were of course the ones we would have preferred. I don’t know if there was confusion as to who our server was but we sat for 20 minutes before we even got water and that was only because I stopped someone and asked who our server was and could they come over with at least the water

Our server was very knowledgeable. The food was amazing- table ordered appetizers, and a variety of sea food and beef dishes. We were able to carry on a nice conversation and hear each other. Great time- we will definitely be back.

Thanksgiving buffet had an array of entrees and side. Con: Valet should be free...discounted price is $5. When spending $300 for a meal, I should be able to park free. Otherwise, we will be back!!!

We had very limited time this evening for a pre-concert meal. All the staff at Table 45 understood, and were attentive and helpful. They made our experience relaxing and enjoyable, while making sure we had plenty of time to settle into our seats for the performance. Our meal was, as always, fabulous. Bravo! We’ll be back!

My daughter and I dined here before an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. We had the calamari as an appetizer that we would highly recommend. The meals were made with fresh ingredients and everything was seasoned perfectly. Dessert was the high point. Beautiful presentation. I had the lemon bar. It was to die for.

Attended a wine pairing dinner in the Falcon Room. The food was paired well with the wine served and the wine, food, and service was exceptional. I have never eaten at Table 45 prior to this and do not know their menu, but I highly recommend their special dinners.

We were staying the down the street and wanted a place to walk too. We were shocked to find such a great restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel. Excellent food and service!

The food was excellent. My husband and I both enjoyed what we had. The portions were just right so we could eat our entire dinner. The waitress was good but did not tell us the specials for the day. Also we ran out of drinking water and we finally had to ask her for more. We know there were specials because we heard other waitress telling people. We would definitely go back here to eat. We sat in a booth and it was very nice.

Host was friendly and accommodating. We sat in a quiet corner. Several lights weren’t working so it was a little hard to see/read the menu. Our server was, at best, phoning it in. Borderline unfriendly I don’t think she smiled more than once. Food took a while to come, my husbands entree was enjoyable, as was his appetizer which they comped because they brought it after the entree-somehow it just got left unserved. My entrée was overcooked, but we had flown in that day traveling for 12 hours so I was starving and wasn’t about to send it back. So given the reputation of the restaurant we were disappointed. Add the prices and that raises the disappointment - $150 for two entrées one appetizer and one drink with mediocre Service… I don’t think we would return.

Great service and an excellent dinner. We split the calamari as appetizer. Well executed with a delicious sauce and little onions. One of us had the short rib dependably great and I had the sushi special that was excellent. Many wines by the glass. The prices are higher than other Bruel restaurants because it’s in a hotel. That probably adds 35% to his typical charges in stand alone settings. Plus there is a parking fee $5 for valet. Not terrible. The terrace is lovely and we we they only people after the appetizer. Landscaping has matured to create a private and secluded feel. Since it’s next to Cleveland Clinic ER there are many helicopters but we didn’t mind. Our server was knowledgeable and fun.

Food was pretty good but service was VERY slow, for everything, drinks, food, desert, even getting the check. We weren’t in a hurry or anything but everything took what seemed like forever. My seared sea scallop pasta was delicious.

Food and service has always been good. We usually eat here at least once every time we stay here while visiting the Cleveland Clinic. Items are pricey but what hasn’t gone up in price. We like that the food is locally sourced.

I had made a reservation for a special celebration. In spite of this, when our party arrived, the maitre d’ left us at the front desk for several minutes. Though, in the past, I would be seated in a semi-private area, this was not the case. No bread was brought to the table until asked. One of the scallops of my entree had grit. The ice cream that one of my guests ordered had ice in it. Table 45 has been my go-to restaurant for 14 years. Based on my experience, that will no longer be the case.

The experience was very good. I went there for a friend's 86 birthday celebration following a Cleveland Orchestra concert. The location was in close proximity making it a convenient choice. Our server, Mark, was very attentive to our needs. We did not feel rushed at any point. The food, the atmosphere and quietness of the place appealed to us and satisfied our needs. Considering that the pandemic is still somewhat of a concern, it was good to see that guests were spaced appropriately and that all employees of the restaurant wore masks. The convenience of discounted valet parking was a plus. We were very much pleased with our experience and will return again.
