No modifications to food...what???
Nothing "normal" on menu...everything has some goofy flair. Mac * Cheese had mushrooms...you kidding me? Over priced eclectic food without any customizations.

Service that is worth a tip, IMHO, requires: water, coffee etc., never require having to ask to be filled, the staff know the menu because they have tasted the food, they move in and out without making a scene, they pull plates as needed and are friendly and professional. They do not, however, reach across your plate to fill drinks or pull plates and this was the only fail on our meal.

Unexpected high-quality restaurant in a town of 400. The menu was very creative, with everything from the mandatory Colorado staples of burgers and steaks to octopus. Everything was beautifully presented. Atmosphere was "mountain casual". The dining room is small, and it was filling up by the time we left around 7, so reservations are a must.

Last winter we went here while on a ski vacation and loved it, this year not so much. While the food was delicious, everything else was not. We expected more from a $500 dinner tab, and when I say more, I mean no catching the wait staff rolling their eyes while walking away from our table, numerous screw ups on what was delivered vs. what was ordered, actually knowing what the vegetable was(it was carrots, not spaghetti squash). Also, it was a Monday, so it wasn't like the restaurant was overly busy. Clearly they don't want our business, so we won't go back.

Our steaks temps came out flipped flopped.. they were not interested in fixing the on that was well done but they fixed the rare one.. they cooked it more.. however my sons steak was well done when it should of been rare.. it was late at night and close to closing but we expected more☹️
