I did not like this place at all. It was small and cramped and SO loud. If you are looking for a nice romantic place this is not it.
The noise level of this place is off the chart as well as being packed in like sardines. I even had to tell the wait staff to stop auguring in front of us on how they were going to get around all the tables...no joke!! The quality of the place is average at best, factoring the price... Go to Capital grill or Charr!
Very tired interior, overly crowded and extremely noisy! Food is just ok! Our server, Kelly, was lively and fun and made the evening for us!
This is the "old Cloydes" restaurant. I was very much impressed with the energetic and " happy " atmosphere in T Michaels. It was St Patricks Day at 6: 30 Pm . Our table was ready and waiting or waiter was excellent. The locale was overflowing and bustling ....but we were not "hurried" nor made to feel unwelcome. The food was cooked to perfection ...ample wine list with fair prices. We were more than satisfied. The owner was there making sure everything was perfect....AND IT WAS !!Cannot wait to come back !
The location of this restaurant is beautiful. The food was good. I think the a l carte menu is expensive. Unfortunately our server was not good which can certainly set a negative tone for the restaurant.
We found the tables to be too close together. The ladies room could have been cleaner.
Party of four went for St. Patrick's Day lunch. The restaurant does not know how to make corn beef and cabbage. It was the worst we ever had. Everything was grossly under cooked, tough, and chewy. All four members changed the entrees for corn beef reubens, which were also only marginally better. The noise level inside is unbearable. My wife and I have enjoyed happy hour here several times and liked it very much. We will never eat full meals here again.
St Patrick’s Day lunch with a friend at the bar. Very convivial staff and other patrons. Corned beef and cabbage was excellent. A special place to celebrate the big day.
Food was extremely good and service was ok. The noise level especially the AC unit was very disappointing as it was very loud. Could not even hear any background music. The ambiance and decor does match the food . Such a nice spot too bad no waterfront dinning. Not sure if I would could recommend.
Went we my family who are all pretty picky and they all enjoyed the food. Bone in ribeye was quite good. The views of the marina are really nice from anywhere in the dining room. Server was very attentive and helpful.
We were seated by the window with a water view. However, that was the only nice part of the evening. We both had the beet salad. But, it had an exceptionally sweet dressing on it which the server changed to balsamic vinaigrette. But, they put way to much dressing on it. My friend had the seafood trio of lobster, scallops and shrimp scampi. The lobster and scallops were OK, but the shrimp was grilled. It was not shrimp scampi. My dish was Beef Wellington. The dish was supposed to be a filet wrapped in pastry with a mushroom filling. This Beef Wellington had prosciutto ham in it. Plus, the description on the menu never said it included ham. I couldn't figure out why it tasted off. After eating half of it, the server came by to check on us and that's when I found out it had ham in it. They should indicate ham on the description of the dish. Otherwise, it is misleading. The server was very nice but the food should have been better. We'll pick another restaurant next time.
Went for dinner with the family while in Florida.
The food was on the pricy side, but was delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. Ambiance was nice, service was excellent.
Location was easy to get to with ample parking.
I'd recommend this place.
Beautiful dinner before heading back to snow!
We enjoyed the water view and watching the boaters– room was very bright in a good way not as in bring your sunglasses. I would return to try more dishes. The lobster bisque was a great start. My wife had the 10oz steak and I had the Sea Bass, both were very good.
Noise level high due to closeness of tables, our dinning neighbours table being so close their conversation impeded our conversations and became annoying .
Food was excellent
The food was very good. I had lobster and husband steak. Very very noisy. Nice view if by windows. Service adequate but not exceptional for price.
Food was very good but over priced. A scotch on the rocks came in a tiny glass. I recommend a glass like you might find at Cheesecake Factory where you really feel like you’re getting a drink. Service was understaffed. Waiter was excellent but there were long periods when we didn’t see him. Unprofessional overall in the way food was served. Uneven table kept rocking during dinner. Chair felt like it was coming apart. Good food, poor service, stingy drinks, lousy furniture, noisy environment.
The food was poor. I ordered my hamburger "rare" and had the meat served cold. The tuna melt was nothing special, at least nothing that would justify the price.
The only nice feature of this restaurant is the view at Naples' bay.
We had a lovely evening here. We had the rib eye steak which was excellent. Service was great. The only negative is that this restaurant is very noisy.
Only complaint is that the noise level is not conducive to easy conversation. However, we were warned about that by the people that recommended the restaurant to us.
Too loud, too crowded, too expensive, food average.
Excellent food and service. Quite noisy. Difficult to have a conversation.
It seems that T-Michaels has not learned how to estimate the time customers will take to finish their meals. So despite a reservation we were seated after a half hour delay. They wanted to reward this behavior by having extra drinks at the bar. Our server was great. The noise level was very high. The food was fine.
Food was exceptional! The menu had many steak & seafood options as well as other creative dinner options as well as a nice wine & drink list, We had the signature steak & lobster dinner and a delicious raspberry cheesecake for dessert.
Dinner was Great!
Strongly suggest reservations-we had them but still took 1/2 hour to be seated -it was definitely worth the wait.
Delicious bar food menu. Very enjoyable with attentive, friendly service.
We were very satisfied with the seafood trio and filet mignon. Well prepared including the flower decoration on the plate. Our waiter, I think his name was John, was attentive and very helpful at explaining some menu items. The window water view a plus. Will return next vacation!
Fabulous meal! Had the seafood trio and I was delightfully surprised to have such a generous portion and perfectly prepared. The service was great and had a lovely window table. This was my first time and can't wait to go back. Excellent!!
Bar area was very good, quick service and good deal for Happy Hour.
Moved to dining room for dinner, seated on time. Service was so slow we left after appetizers.
Expected a lot more based on many positive reviews.
Would not recommend except for happy hour.
Good food and our server Maxwell was wonderful.
very good food and service, but frankly overpriced.
We hoped for a quiet, lovely meal to catch up with each other after hubby's flight arrived 3 hours late. Instead, we walked into a NYC bar scene jam-packed with folks having a roaring good time. It was a Saturday night at 8:30, so i guess we should have expected the noise, but it was seriously so loud, we had to shout to each other! We sat for one minute, hubby stepped outside to make other arrangements, as we agreed that this was a very bad fit. The manager did ask if he could help us as we left, and offered seats in a quieter area, but my husband had already called over to M Waterfront Grille Restaurant across the street who could seat us immediately, so we declined. Sorry, T-Michaels, but we'll have to wait till we're ready to party to join you again! Sorry, but I couldn't submit my review until I had checked something in each category, so I had to leave one star in each, which was not fair, as we did NOT eat! Sorry...Open Table should allow for that exception.
Our food and service were wonderful. We would definitely go back again.
Place was great loved the food our first time to T Michaels , loved the view we had a table near the window. A bit load but it was Saturday night and the place was full great ambiance
Even though the food and service was very good, it was so noisy. We could hardly talk to each other. Tables too close together. Would recommend it in the off season when it is quieter but not for dinner in the in season.
Very loud and I would request a window table if I ever go back. We were seated in a traffic lane. If you don’t have a view, you don’t have much. Food was good and our server was great!
Excellent steakhouse in the Naples area. Great dining experience.
Our dining experience was excellent as usual. The food is always cooked to perfection.
The food, including my salad, salmon and Boursin mashed potatoes, were excellent and well prepared. The service was outstanding. However, the noise level was a 10 out of 10 (with 10 being too loud to talk to the person next to you). When the air conditioning kicked on(typically you don't notice when the air conditioning turns on), it was then way over the top. Not sure what they can do to help the situation except less tables and a new air conditioning unit. With so many restaurants in the area, I don't see us returning.
Waiter not attentive and the room was very loud.
Great food. Wonderful attentive service. Going back in 2 days
