This was the loudest restaurant I have ever been in. You need earplugs to deal with everyone in the same room yelling at each other. It’s like a concert
This reservation was made month’s in advance for out of town guests. We were seated in an outdoor bar area. The tables were mis matched, one was higher than the other. There was no table cloth, no salt and pepper, or silverware and glassware. Our server kept announcing he was the bar tender and would take care of us. When it started to rain the bar tender said he checked the radar and it would only be a few minutes. Meanwhile it was raining in my guest food. I complained to the manager and he apologized and moved us into the main dining room to a half set table which was to big for our party. The manager did serve some complimentary appetizer but we lost half our first course in the rain. The service was at par for a restaurant with these prices and the food was satisfactory. I have been to T Michaels in several occasions and enjoyed our meal. The noise level tonight was unbearable. There are too many good restaurants in Naples to put up with this. When you bring guest to a nice restaurant and they want to leave it is quite embarrassing.
The noise level was so loud we could not have a conversation at our table without raising our voices considerably. It detracted greatly from the meal. Service was lacking. The waitress seemed frazzled and never asked if we wanted dessert. This may be OK in the summer when no one is in town but I will never eat here again. Too many better places close by.
Tables were too crunched together. Not much space between tables at all. Steak was not cooked too perfection. Seafood entree was cold. Waiter dropped the to-go box on the floor. Didn’t recognize my birthday.
Took my husband here for his birthday. First disappointment was that while I let them know when I made reservation that we were there to celebrate his birthday, it was never acknowledged. Not once, in any way did they do anything or say happy birthday. We were there on a Friday night during season and it was busy and the staff made us feel very rushed. Our entrees were brought out before we even finished our salads. It was like they wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. Very high steak house prices without the level of service you would expect from a high end restaurant. Also bathrooms were old and chairs were folding and uncomfortable. This place really needs an update. My husbands surf and turf was excellent and the cauliflower side was wonderful. My beef Wellington was not so good. I didn't like that they added corned beef inside. It was not good! They don't say on the menu that there is corned beef inside. I would not have ordered this had I known. Salads were just ok. Nothing special. Needless to say this was not the $250 dinner for two that we were hoping for.
Rib of Beef upper end of "chuck" not prime! Peak season is no excuse for noise and kinetic service. Snapper was well prepared. Nothing special for the price , service and ambiance .
Lunch reservation for 4 at 1pm. Place was short staffed even though place was less than half full. Long wait for food and service at table. Food was good but overpriced. Water view was wonderful.
Great bartenders and waiters. Lively atmosphere. Good food.
They told us 7:15 and kept telling us “just two minutes more. Other than communication it was perf ct! Ll
Nice place, very good food, but too noisy. Many people in a small space.
Service was great! Food great! Only complaint, tables were very close to one another!
Overpriced!! Had to order veggies to go wth a $50 steak. They should be ashamed to place such sparse plates in front of their customers Bathrooms were dirty. The view is the only thing we enjoyed.
The food was excellent. The lobster and filet mignon was done to perfection. The king crab legs were delicious. Soups and salads also were excellent. The restaurant was extremely crowded with tables placed very close together. We went on a Saturday night in season. The noise level was DEAFENING. My wife and I were dining alone and everyone was shouting because it was so noisy. We couldn’t hear each other speak. Service also was a bit slow I think because of the crowd size. We will wait until the Season is over before we will go back to T Michael. My recommendation would be to not be so greedy and reduce the number of tables. The gentleman sitting at the table behind me was actually closer to me than my wife who was sitting with me at my table. I bumped elbows with that gentleman all evening.
Everything perfect. Although I did burn my forearm on the onion soup cup.
T-Michaels was a big disappointment. We anticipated a very good evening of fine dining; what we got was a level of noise pollution that was obnoxious. The waiter got some things wrong because he couldn't hear us! It was difficult to have a conversation with the person next to you unless you faced the person's ear and shouted. Needless to say this ruined the meal which probably would have seemed better without the auditory torture. Would not recommend and will not return.
We made our reservations for 7:15 but when we arrived, we were told we would have a wait 25 minutes. People arriving ahead of us, with no reservations were told 20 min for window seating. As we waited, a group of 4 were told 20 min as well, again no reservations. The hostess then spoke to the bar waiter, Kevin and we were seated in bar dining area. Kevin was great and so was our food.
A lovely and delicious dinner! Try the signature filet with lobster rail and the Seafood combo, both are spectacular entrees. The shrimp risotto and creamed spinach are great sides. We had a delicious complimentary shrimp starter for venturing here from the downtown area. The service is 5star ...Christine was awesome. By observation, the rest of the staff was very attentive and responsive to all the guests. This is an absolute "must"!
Wonderful restaurant......great food, drinks & service. Great bar scene. Nice views, also!!!
