Noise level high due to closeness of tables, our dinning neighbours table being so close their conversation impeded our conversations and became annoying .
Food was excellent
Food was very good but over priced. A scotch on the rocks came in a tiny glass. I recommend a glass like you might find at Cheesecake Factory where you really feel like you’re getting a drink. Service was understaffed. Waiter was excellent but there were long periods when we didn’t see him. Unprofessional overall in the way food was served. Uneven table kept rocking during dinner. Chair felt like it was coming apart. Good food, poor service, stingy drinks, lousy furniture, noisy environment.
The food was poor. I ordered my hamburger "rare" and had the meat served cold. The tuna melt was nothing special, at least nothing that would justify the price.
The only nice feature of this restaurant is the view at Naples' bay.
We had a lovely evening here. We had the rib eye steak which was excellent. Service was great. The only negative is that this restaurant is very noisy.
Only complaint is that the noise level is not conducive to easy conversation. However, we were warned about that by the people that recommended the restaurant to us.
Too loud, too crowded, too expensive, food average.
Excellent food and service. Quite noisy. Difficult to have a conversation.
It seems that T-Michaels has not learned how to estimate the time customers will take to finish their meals. So despite a reservation we were seated after a half hour delay. They wanted to reward this behavior by having extra drinks at the bar. Our server was great. The noise level was very high. The food was fine.
Food was exceptional! The menu had many steak & seafood options as well as other creative dinner options as well as a nice wine & drink list, We had the signature steak & lobster dinner and a delicious raspberry cheesecake for dessert.
Dinner was Great!
Strongly suggest reservations-we had them but still took 1/2 hour to be seated -it was definitely worth the wait.
Delicious bar food menu. Very enjoyable with attentive, friendly service.
We were very satisfied with the seafood trio and filet mignon. Well prepared including the flower decoration on the plate. Our waiter, I think his name was John, was attentive and very helpful at explaining some menu items. The window water view a plus. Will return next vacation!
Fabulous meal! Had the seafood trio and I was delightfully surprised to have such a generous portion and perfectly prepared. The service was great and had a lovely window table. This was my first time and can't wait to go back. Excellent!!
Bar area was very good, quick service and good deal for Happy Hour.
Moved to dining room for dinner, seated on time. Service was so slow we left after appetizers.
Expected a lot more based on many positive reviews.
Would not recommend except for happy hour.
Good food and our server Maxwell was wonderful.
very good food and service, but frankly overpriced.
We hoped for a quiet, lovely meal to catch up with each other after hubby's flight arrived 3 hours late. Instead, we walked into a NYC bar scene jam-packed with folks having a roaring good time. It was a Saturday night at 8:30, so i guess we should have expected the noise, but it was seriously so loud, we had to shout to each other! We sat for one minute, hubby stepped outside to make other arrangements, as we agreed that this was a very bad fit. The manager did ask if he could help us as we left, and offered seats in a quieter area, but my husband had already called over to M Waterfront Grille Restaurant across the street who could seat us immediately, so we declined. Sorry, T-Michaels, but we'll have to wait till we're ready to party to join you again! Sorry, but I couldn't submit my review until I had checked something in each category, so I had to leave one star in each, which was not fair, as we did NOT eat! Sorry...Open Table should allow for that exception.
Our food and service were wonderful. We would definitely go back again.
Place was great loved the food our first time to T Michaels , loved the view we had a table near the window. A bit load but it was Saturday night and the place was full great ambiance
Even though the food and service was very good, it was so noisy. We could hardly talk to each other. Tables too close together. Would recommend it in the off season when it is quieter but not for dinner in the in season.
Very loud and I would request a window table if I ever go back. We were seated in a traffic lane. If you don’t have a view, you don’t have much. Food was good and our server was great!
Excellent steakhouse in the Naples area. Great dining experience.
Our dining experience was excellent as usual. The food is always cooked to perfection.
The food, including my salad, salmon and Boursin mashed potatoes, were excellent and well prepared. The service was outstanding. However, the noise level was a 10 out of 10 (with 10 being too loud to talk to the person next to you). When the air conditioning kicked on(typically you don't notice when the air conditioning turns on), it was then way over the top. Not sure what they can do to help the situation except less tables and a new air conditioning unit. With so many restaurants in the area, I don't see us returning.
Waiter not attentive and the room was very loud.
Great food. Wonderful attentive service. Going back in 2 days
Waiter arrived 10 min after seating the manager realized there was a problem offered the table a free appetizer waiter was overworked did not come back to fill water glass one of the prime ribs was so grizzled that it couldn't be cut we had to send it back we had been to this restaurant twice for lunch and had a good experience and so it was a disappointment as we took our friends out to dinner . The noise level to high I would do something about that
Every bit the fine restaurant we were told about. Would recommend to everyone.
Worst steaks form a so called high end prime steakhouse. Tough with no flavor. Business meal so could not really complain at the time. Nice setting and service though.
Unfortunate situation salad came with a hair in it waiter said sorry took it away replaced it should have deducted it from the bill didn't eat it
Food was spectacular! But we were so impressed with the service! Friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Their competition on steak houses here are awful in service, and take way too long to get your dinners. I understand extending the evening, but everything was prompt and delicious which made our evening very special!
This was the loudest restaurant I have ever been in. You need earplugs to deal with everyone in the same room yelling at each other. It’s like a concert
This reservation was made month’s in advance for out of town guests. We were seated in an outdoor bar area. The tables were mis matched, one was higher than the other. There was no table cloth, no salt and pepper, or silverware and glassware. Our server kept announcing he was the bar tender and would take care of us. When it started to rain the bar tender said he checked the radar and it would only be a few minutes. Meanwhile it was raining in my guest food. I complained to the manager and he apologized and moved us into the main dining room to a half set table which was to big for our party. The manager did serve some complimentary appetizer but we lost half our first course in the rain. The service was at par for a restaurant with these prices and the food was satisfactory. I have been to T Michaels in several occasions and enjoyed our meal. The noise level tonight was unbearable. There are too many good restaurants in Naples to put up with this. When you bring guest to a nice restaurant and they want to leave it is quite embarrassing.
Very loud and noisy for a ‘fine dining’ restaurant.
Server was excellent and made up for poor ambiance. Extra tables had been set up in the aisles which increased the feeling of congestion. After sunset the large windows reflected everything back on the dinner guests. Low ceiling didn’t help with the noise.
Lots of families. Those that came for a romantic dinner on a Saturday evening would have been quite disappointed.
Food was very good but did not overcome the desire to leave.
The noise level was so loud we could not have a conversation at our table without raising our voices considerably. It detracted greatly from the meal. Service was lacking. The waitress seemed frazzled and never asked if we wanted dessert. This may be OK in the summer when no one is in town but I will never eat here again. Too many better places close by.
Table were increased and stacked very close together making it extremely difficult to get in and out and very hard for the serving staff to get to you so service was poor but our guy was apologetic about it. NOISE- NOICE-NOISE was the result. It was so loud you could not even hear anything from our dining partners unless they shouted. While the kitchen proved to be a we'll oiled machine cranking out the food at a very timely pace and with good overall quality, the NOISE spoiled the evening. A true tourist trap. We will not be back.
Tables were too crunched together. Not much space between tables at all. Steak was not cooked too perfection. Seafood entree was cold. Waiter dropped the to-go box on the floor. Didn’t recognize my birthday.
Took my husband here for his birthday. First disappointment was that while I let them know when I made reservation that we were there to celebrate his birthday, it was never acknowledged. Not once, in any way did they do anything or say happy birthday. We were there on a Friday night during season and it was busy and the staff made us feel very rushed. Our entrees were brought out before we even finished our salads. It was like they wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. Very high steak house prices without the level of service you would expect from a high end restaurant. Also bathrooms were old and chairs were folding and uncomfortable. This place really needs an update. My husbands surf and turf was excellent and the cauliflower side was wonderful. My beef Wellington was not so good. I didn't like that they added corned beef inside. It was not good! They don't say on the menu that there is corned beef inside. I would not have ordered this had I known. Salads were just ok. Nothing special. Needless to say this was not the $250 dinner for two that we were hoping for.
Rib of Beef upper end of "chuck" not prime! Peak season is no excuse for noise and kinetic service. Snapper was well prepared. Nothing special for the price , service and ambiance .
Lunch reservation for 4 at 1pm. Place was short staffed even though place was less than half full. Long wait for food and service at table. Food was good but overpriced. Water view was wonderful.
