T-Michaels Steak and Lobster Ratings and Reviews
A lovely and delicious dinner! Try the signature filet with lobster rail and the Seafood combo, both are spectacular entrees. The shrimp risotto and creamed spinach are great sides. We had a delicious complimentary shrimp starter for venturing here from the downtown area. The service is 5star ...Christine was awesome. By observation, the rest of the staff was very attentive and responsive to all the guests. This is an absolute "must"!
I’m sorry. I just don’t get it. This restaurant came so highly recommended. The noise level and proximity of tables leads to no ambience. The food was so average it was unbelievable. Two filets were ordered one medium and one medium rare. Both came with no pink. It is not that hard to cook a filet. The meat was tough and tasteless. The service was not very good. We will not be back.
We had friends visiting and reserved a table for 8 for lunch. Everything was really really great. The service was fantastic, the food...amazing! Between the 8 of us we had a pretty varied selection from the menu and everything was delicious! We were really impressed as we always are.
The filet and lobster were both cooked to perfection. Our waiter was great and very attentive and friendly. The tables were a bit too close together for our liking, but it was Valentine's Day, so I guess that might have been the reason. Bartender 'Johnny' was awesome.
Went 45 min for a romantic Valentines dinner with my husband. The only reason we left our Development was because we thought it would be more Romantic to be out to dinner without people around us that we knew. Our Development has a wonderful dinner that night. Looking back, we should have stayed right there. Had the worst ever Valentines experience. We were seated an elbows distance from the two tops on each side of us. No privacy, No romantic. Destroyed what may have been good atmosphere. To get in or out we had to scoot through sideways between tables. I couldn’t talk loud enough so my husband could hear me & quiet enough so the tables next to us couldn’t hear us. Paid $150 for entrees only, with one side of shrimp risotto to share. We raced out of there in 45 min for a 45 min ride back home. Will never go back. Our food was very good & waiter was excellent. I called the restaurant on the way home to tell them our feelings & was told the manager would call back. Haha.
First, The food was great and I just love the Venetian Village. BUT I wouldn’t go back at any peak time. It was a Friday night in Feb so the place was packed. We had a round table for five ....tables very close together. The noise was outrageous. You could only hear the person immediately next to you. NONE of us are hearing impaired....it was just that loud. The waitress couldn’t hear me and couldn’t reach me because of other patrons -so everything was passed across the table. Not what you expect when spending $400. There is no true outdoor seating and the beautiful water cannot be seen from inside the restaurant....so there’s no ambience from the scenic view etc. May try it during the daylight hours.
A very steady, solid Naples restaurant. This time a few service flaws: wrong drinks delivered, side dishes never ordered. Made us feel meal came piecemeal. Very large private party behind a screen didn’t help atmosphere, noise level or service. Maybe reservations have to be more staggered? Food is always good. Personnel uniformly friendly and hard at work to please.
We had the best waiter in a long time anywhere. He was very attentive, changed things that we wanted and was there to even pour the wine which happens so seldom anymore. The food was wonderful except for my prime rib. I wanted it medium well and since it was so thick it came out dry. Probably should have ordered it medium. The taste was great. Definitely will go back.
This was our first time here and it exceeded our expectations. The bone-in Rib-Eye was flavorful and juicy. The Risotto with Shrimp side dish had a lot of small shrimp and tasted great. The salad was also very good. The view of the water made it that much better. The bar was very busy at 5:00 when we arrived. The dining room was fairly empty when we first arrived but filled up gradually.
Everything was very good and our friends get together by the water was a memorable occasion. Our waiter was attentive to our needs and patient with our taking our time to order. The food was good and we just had a nice relaxed experience at T-Michaels. Thank you.
The food was excellent however it took forever to get someone to wait on us in the bar and we were actually sitting at a bar table! When the bar waiter finally came over he was put out that we had a reservation and would not be dining at the bar table! Very disappointing start to our evening! When we were seated there was a party of 6 near us that were so loud we could barely hear our own conversation! Again very disappointing! Would not go back in season unless it was after 8:30-9:00 so that the restaurant would be cleared out and quieter!!!
Food was great, but the ambiance is not the greatest for date night as it was loud. We heard more the conversation from the other tables than ourselves. Made reservations and had to wait which there was no room since the bar is used for dining as well. This would be a great place to go out with a group.
