Great service, delicious food, great wine list in a lovely setting.

Sunday Brunch was wonderful! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! We had great views of Venetian Bay! Also, we truly enjoyed the Jazz band! Such a perfect morning! Thanks!

Given the prices and location we were expecting a fine dining experience. We walked in and were shocked at how crowded it was! We were literally elbow to elbow with other diners, no Covid precautions- although they did offer seating in the parking lot!! It was loud and the wait staff were doing their best but there were too many people. The food was average at best, we will not go again.

The panoramic view is stunning! The Beef Wellington and Lobster Bisque that my husband ordered were amazing! The sea bass I ordered was much too salty and drowned in miso. Unfortunately we were visiting from out of town, otherwise I would love to try something else. The service was quick (our reservation was at 5:45pm) and our server was super sweet. By the time we left it was super crowded but so were the restaurants on 5th avenue and between the two we felt more comfortable at T-Michael’s as far as COVID precautions.

We requested outside seating . After arrival , we realized their outdoor seating was in the parking lot . This was ok as we still wanted to sit outside . Our server came over to the table and told us the specials and took the drink order . After she brought the drinks and took the rest of our food order , we really didn’t see her again . We had to ask the food runner to tell her we wanted another drink . She came over then and referred to us as table 75 “needing something”. The entire experience from apps to salad through dinner took 45 minutes . Totally rushed . My husband’s fish special was good , but my chicken that was supposed to be lightly barbecued , came out drenched in sauce . She never even asked how everything was . There are too many other places to go to in Naples to ever return there .

So - since you asked! We are regular customers and rave to others bout your service. On this night - for whatever reason - (and it wasn’t crowded) the service was super slow. We sat after being seated for 10 plus minutes without being greeted and it was just behind from there all night. Food was not slow it was the wait staff which was super slow and forgetful. We were given a piece of morang pie as an apology (and we never complained) - so the waiter just new he was off as well. Normally you all are amazing! And I’m only answering this because you emailed and asked. Kevin Hancock

Our server must have been overwhelmed. We received our dinner before we were finished eating our appetizers. My husband did not receive the exact dinner as ordered.

2/4 dinners the steaks were over cooked and that should happened at an expensive steak house

Had a very nice dinner! Valet parking was a plus! Cocktails were generous. Very scenic view with a table at window. Highly recommend!!

We have never been disappointed when we go to T Michael’s! Great food.
We ate outside and it was wonderful.

Our meals were fantastic and the service was outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths. Shrimp risotto was loaded with shrimp and big enough to share. They also have a great Happy Hour.

A little slow because the place was packed (overpacked in my opinion!)

Waited over an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. Very chaotic, unorganized front desk. A lot of angry patrons. Very crowded. Seems like they overbooked. Food was decent but overpriced.

Place was packed and we were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time. Panicked woman on her way out yelling for everyone to keep away from her. Food was great.

When we arrived for our 7:00 seating, we were told that our wait would be at least 25 minutes. We could wait by the bar or wait outside, so we spent time at both locations. We specifically requested indoor seating but the wait was still 25 minutes. We could have eaten outside but with the set up being in the parking lot, it was not the atmosphere we desired. Fortunately, we moved inside to wait and lucked out by getting a table within the bar area because the dining room was packed with an even longer wait. Ultimately the wait was worth it because the food was fantastic.

Everything was perfect. I made the reservation and requested a table near the window. We have been going there the last few years foe our anniversary. The only thing we missed this year was the key lime pie!

We hadn't been there for a while but definitely will be on my list of favorites. Our steak and snapper were delicious. We will make it our monthly stop.

Outside seating was in the parking lot and valet was parking cars just feet from us. We were seated for almost 15 minutes before anyone even walked over to offer water or say hi. Our server was very sweet when we finally met her but food was just average. Medium rare steak came out medium well. Unimpressed for the price. Won’t be going back.

Food overpriced quality is not up to the price and the atmosphere is very dated

Made reservations on open table 4-person (High top table was only table available at the time we wanted). Showed up 5 min before our reservation and the place was a mad house. Hostess station was 10 people deep, crowds of people blocking front entrance, and tables set up in parking lot (parking lot fine dining?? I think not). Waited 10 min to speak to hostess about our reservation. She told me that since we had a high top reservation I’d have to go to the bar and talk to the bartender to see when we could get a table. I asked HER to go to the bar and find out, we did make a reservation after all and I just waited 10 min to speak to her, but she refused. The bar was 2 deep all around, absolutely no social distancing what so ever. I don’t know how long I would have had to wait to speak to a bartender to ask about a table - so we left. I know many people don’t believe in wearing masks, but aren’t restaurants supposed to follow covid protocol? The place was packed with absolutely no social distancing nor customers wearing masks. What a joke!

The experience was awful. During COVID, the restaurant was packed. There was NO social distancing The service people seemed overwhelmed. We had a 7:15 reservation and still weren’t seated. We left

Overall, T-Michael’s was very good. The Calamari Appetizer was delicious, and perfectly prepared. The Filet Mignon was a wonderful cut of Prime Beef. The desserts were terrific. The only flaw was the Seafood Trio. It had been listed in the menu as scallops, shrimp and a Maine Lobster Tail. Having a home in Maine , we KNOW OUR LOBSTER! This wasn’t. It! Disappointing.
All in all, we’d return, but not for the Seafood Trio.

Been here three times in the last 2 weeks...always great food and nice views of the bay...sign up for their daily email specials and it will entice you to go more often ! !

The food was good and service was good. However, we felt that the ambiance in the restaurant was terrible. It sounded and felt like a sports bar. We were hoping for a fine dining experience and that is simply not possible at this establishment.

Great food! Prepared well & sent out promptly. Our server was amazing. Older but nice decor. We did request a nice table near the water since it was our anniversary. We did not get that but we were okay with our seat. The only downside I saw was servers who didn’t wear their mask over their nose. The manager actually took his mask off to talk with each table. Defeats the purpose of the mask in a restaurant during covid. Poor professionalism in that regard. Otherwise a good experience.

We had stopped in the night before because we wanted to ensure a good seat for special guests we were having the next night . When we arrived we waited for 45 minutes past our reservation time than we were stuck in a corner. Arghhh! We had to search for our server a number of times. Not a great experience we had a number of people refer us so maybe we had too high of expectations

Good food - prepared well. Waiter was attentive. But other than the view, the restaurant is run-of-the-mill steak house. Presentation was not special. Ordered a bone in rib eye and order of crab legs to split with husband. They refused to split, even offered to have them up charge. Nope. There’s lots of choices for steak houses in the Naples area. This is a good choice - but not great. They need to up their game.

Wonderful food, wonderful service and the owner was amazing too. This was my first time and I will be happy to come back.
