Server Katie was wonderful. Menu choices and serving sizes were plentiful.
Mother’s Day brunch
👎 The food came before the drinks. The corn chowder soup had no taste even after adding pepper to it. The hummus was loaded down with too much vinegar. Such a shame really because it’s a lovely setting.
Great dinner. Everything from cocktails to entrees were flavorful and visually appealing.
Excellent food, visually stimulating atmosphere.
Great service, Ernesto was awesome. Food was good, ambience, and overall amazing experience.
This is a great spot for a date night! The food was REALLY good!
Excellent. Sat outside front patio. Quiet with lovely scents and birds chirping. We enjoyed breakfast. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! Returned for appetizers at mixup. Also very hood and the service is impeccable - attentive without being annoying. We returned for dinner. We’re not big meat eaters so we didn’t find much as an option except salad and vegan paella with tofu. Otherwise, nice place to dine.
Over all everything was to be expected. The biggest let down was the desert. We found that it was dry and lacking of flavor.
We had dinner at a table outside on the patio and the ambiance was delightful. Our server never rushed us; allowed us to enjoy a birthday cocktail before ordering. The paella 🥘 was bountiful and bore a succulent flavor. The slow braised beef short ribs over risotto melted in the mouth. We split a desert called Citrus Olive Oil Cake; don’t pass that up.
Still my favorite dining spot in the Valley. The property is enchanting, the service is gracious and the is food delicious. I can't wait to go back!
There was plenty of food with the meal but the flavor was average
Perfect in every way! Wonderful brunch with our grand daughter
Bad service and not very good food. Too bad
We had an absolutely delightful brunch on the patio. Great ambience and drinks and excellent service!
Ate at an outdoor table at T. Cook's. The food service and atmosphere could not have been better. Striped Bass and Paella were flawless mains. A side of foraged mushrooms was outstanding. Extending our multi-year streak of never having a bad meal at T. Cook's
A note added to the OpenTable reservation alerted alerted the staff to our anniversary celebration and they took special care to make the entire evening enjoyable.
We had friends from out of town and was very disappointed. The good was bland and presentation was boring.
Our server, Paul, was somewhat unfriendly.......until we started to engage. We had to send 1 breakfast back as he got the order wrong~ and then disappeared. He never came back after it was delivered by the busboy to see if it was better.....
We probably won’t go back. There are better places in town with better food, scenery and friendly servers!!
We had their fabulous brunch in early April on the shaded patio.
Love love loved it. Will go back at earliest possibility.
Food was beautiful and delicious.
Brunch drinks were divine. I had the Natural Bloody Mary with the 'works'
(celery, bacon shrimp and wait for it.....crab claw!)
Seemingly smaller 5 star resort with a great staff.
Go treat 'yo' self at this beautiful place, you can't go wrong!
I bought my birthday gal and her sister a resort pass to lounge by the pool for the day.
But Bocce is also available....
Wonderful place for dinner. The setting on the patio was great. The service was fantastic. I would suggest more food options to be available.
Great experience, personal touches were made for our wedding anniversary.
T.Cook's is a fantastic restaurant, but the impact COVID has had on staffing and service is noticeable. I know restaurants have had trouble hiring, so I don't blame them, but our service during brunch was not up to their usual standards. Our waiter seemed to have 8-10 tables he was responsible for, and you just can't offer attentive service with that workload. The food is always delicious and the ambiance is outstanding, so overall it's still worth a visit.
3 put of 4 meals were great, but my wife’s chicken dish was under cooked & she hardly ate any of it.
Ambiance is top rate! Staff is excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, not stuffy at all. Drinks were delish and so was the food, except for the vegan paella. Paella is usually in a broth and this dish was way too heavy on the rice. The tofu looked good, but did not taste good. I suggest dicing and marinating the tofu and adjusting the rice to beans and veggies mixture so it's not a stick to your ribs dish. Serve more soupy style in a veggie based broth. Comments from a vegan cook. The beef filet and chicken were excellent! We'll be back!!
Beautiful evening on the patio
Got off to a bumpy start but once those were handled we did enjoy our meals. The double thick pork chop was so tasty, perfectly cooked and a real must have. I had the mussels without the spicy sausage and enjoyed them thoroughly, in fact more than I could eat. Another entree we picked was the Sea Bass which which again was served to perfection. The wait staff was a bit rough around the edges but as the evening progressed they seemed to find their rythm. All in all it ended up being a lovely evening.
Piallia ingredients were chewy
Everything was excellent. Service first class and food was superb!
Enjoyed a lovely Easter brunch here- they put on a really lovely event. Atmosphere was beautiful, food delicious and service excellent. All around wonderful time- would love to go back!
Beautiful restaurant. Went for my boyfriend's birthday and he had a great time. Lovely atmosphere and the food was amazing!
I always want to love t cooks but then I remember the service. It’s always empty and they always seem confused. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks . Hostess is slow as well. Wish it was better because the property is gorgeous !
Wonderful ambiance, the Host was very accommodating and all of the staff were 5 Star.
Food was delicious and brilliantly presented.
What a wonderful restaurant
Appetizers, corn chowder and escargot, were terrible! Took about an hour to get main course which was average. Overall a disappointing evening.
Third year having lunch here to celebrate our anniversary. Looks like it will be an annual thing for us.
A bit disappointed in T cooks this visit. Food was cold, lamb chops were unevenly cooked, half medium, half well, fingerling potatoes way over cooked .
Short ribs were disappointing. Salad was perfect! My bolognese was yummy.
Great ambiance. Sasha took good care of us. Fabulous Asian Pear Salad and Asparagus fries. Nice portions on the filet.
The food was quite good. We sat on the patio, which was special while still casual. My one complaint: this was our anniversary, which we specified on our reservation. The host at check in acknowledged it was our anniversary. However, we were not otherwise acknowledged for this, despite seeing several examples of after dinner treats on Google, Instagram and Yelp for anniversaries and birthdays. I guess we just didn’t rate.
