Another lovely meal, with outstanding service.
Food was amazing. Try scallops
love this place! Food and service are always top notch.
We love T Cooks. This was our first breakfast meal at the restaurant and they did not disappoint. Plenty of options including healthy, savory or sweet. We will add TCooks to our favorite breakfast spots.
TCooks is always at the top of the list when considering locations for a special evening or dinner with friends. We celebrated our anniversary on this night and they went above and beyond with rose pedals at the table & a special dessert.
The food is always amazing. The ambience is lovely, even when the restaurant is busy, the seating options allow you to feel as though you are the only ones in the place.
The waiter from Croatia; I don't know his name, but he said he was from Croatia was really poor. He paid no attention to us. The bus boy with a little beard was the best part of the night . He was excellent. Portions were very very small. Fish was not cooked enough, no potato ,a little corn and no salad for about $35 per person.
It was a real disappointment ,and I go there for lunch alot.
Sasha, our waiter was very good. We both ordered the sea bass as an entree and the portion was relatively small for $42.50. It was probably a 5oz portion of fish but only 2 tablespoons of a corn relish. They certainly could have improved on the sides. It was good though. Disappointed in the Mussels appetizer. It was more like a bolognese sauce on mussels. It didn't go at all. it was chorizo sausage with mussels. I would go back with a groupon or some sort of discount, not worth full price
The glacier bass is always amazing! The salmon was delicious, but the chicken with saffron rice platter was missing something.
We enjoyed the Great Food and great Service from Tony.
We will be back.
This used to be the best restraint in Phoenix. It’s really deteriorated. Server was awkward. Food average at best. Wines average. Very sad.
We celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed great food, fantastic service in a beautiful atmosphere.
We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and the ambiance and food was excellent we have gone many times and it never fails to please. Our experience is always wonderful.
The food was excellent. The service was excellent. I had the paella - it’s hard to find good paella at a restaurant. This was good. Lovely saffron rice, the chicken was moist. Nice evening.
Poor service. Mediocre food.
Very good atmosphere. Food very well presented but not outstanding in flavor or portions for the price. Wait staff was good but not outstanding at those prices. Wine and cocktail good but not equal to the expense. Sat us unnecessarily close to the noisy kitchen. Have had coffee in the courtyard several times and always looked forward to having a meal there. Now we've done it and don't need to do it again, although it was a decent meal and we have no regrets, except maybe about the fat man in the muscle shirt, but he wasn't too close to us.
Went for Father’s Day brunch, and restaurant was moderately busy but not too crowded. Food was great, but service was very slow. I ordered steak and eggs, and the server forgot to enter the steak order. So food came out with no steak. He put the order in quickly and brought the steak out, but it was rare instead of my requested medium. I sent it back, and it came back 5 minutes later perfectly cooked and quite delicious. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves, but the service was definitely not top notch.
Always a great place to come. Great service, really great wine list, excellent mix on the menu, you get a good drink.
The outside patio, southwestern style, is great for a cigar and a port after dinner.
Super alternative to several of the more noisy steak bistro's in town
T COOKS ALWAYS GOOD FOOD ANDEXCELLENT SERVICE
Besides the excellent food, drinks, service and attention to our needs, a pleasant gesture on behalf of the restaurant because we were celebrating our 40th anniversary. The hostess sprinkled fragrant rose petals on our table and we were given a yummy complimentary dessert with, “happy anniversary” written in chocolate on the plate. Highly recommended!
Food and ambiance very good . Nice low nose level. Easy to converse. Matrede very weak. Poorly dressed, not very pleasant. Definitely missed the training class. Bus boy good . Server okay but clearly inexperienced. For the quality of food and setting the staff needs attention. Have been good nag to
T Cooks for years. This was first bad service experience,
T. Cook's always exceeds my expectations! We recently celebrated a special friend's birthday over brunch lunch and the special touches made it a time we will always remember! The food is always exceptional whether it's for breakfast, brunch or dinner and the complimentary valet parking is appreciated! I highly recommend T. Cook's for celebrating special milestones with friends and for business with valued clients!
Brunch. Very limited menu. Arrived early but waited inexplicably though tables were open and there was few people in waiting area and obvious open tables. Ambiance is OldScottsdale to a T— beautiful, serene and rustically elegant. I would bet the place has a different, even cozier, sexier feel at night. Not bad, but not anything to get excited about food wise for brunch.
Perfect experience. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond.
Service was outstanding . Both my wife and I had the lamb chops. My wife's said "these are the best ever". Highly recommended.
Waiters service was lacking. Bus Man was excellent. Tipped him more than waiter. I was a party of one. Maybe he though I would be a bad tipper.
👌outstandin food and service
This was a huge disappointment. We heard so many good things about this place. It is not fine dining put the prices are! Our waiter was not engaged, especially once he found out we weren’t ordering an expensive bottle of wine. Food was mediocre at best and very over priced. Try Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn. It’s wonderful and the people are so friendly.
We went for our 2 year anniversary and it was amazing! Food was excellent! They wrote happy 2 year anniversary on our dessert plate and had rose petals on the table. Will definitely be going back!
I have been to this restaurant multiple times in the past before with excellent dinner experiences but this time they just missed the mark. The food was not a good at all. The steak was burned. The fish tacos were bland and dry. We ordered mimosas and the champagne was warm. Overall it was a very disappointing experience
It was amazing dinner with my wife. Everything was awesome and the foods were great.
Lovely restaurant with excellent food and great customer service
Lovely , like usual. Beautiful setting and ambiance.
Belated birthday w a dear friend / wonderful evening! Loved everything!
40th Wedding Anniversary.
Very nice ambiance, but food, service , etc. are overrated. Good restaurant but that’s all
We had a wonderful evening dining on the beautiful patio. What a view! Great ambience, delicious food!
Environment is great, noise level depends on other large parties that might get out of hand but that can happen anywhere... Atmosphere/lighting etc was perfect. Quality was definitely evident and priority at this location. Food was excellent minus the venison coming out medium well vs medium rare which was tended to immediately. The taste was excellent. The service was great considering the server had a large and loud party to tend to. Had a $15 bottle of wine for $55, upcharge is too high. This is a resort property so that’s expected but it’s also in town and expected to compete with nearby restaurants. Seated out on the patio in spring, beautiful and perfect for a date, landscaping was a 10/10. Overall an 8 out of 10 experience. Will definitely be back for the atmosphere and quality of food and service (and it’s 5 mins away from home;)
A beautiful and relaxing place to dine. Really nice ambiance.
The food which included: an appetizer, main course, and dessert was delicious. Our service was great.
I would recommend T Cook's to friends and family.
We went to T. Cook's for Sunday brunch as part of a Groupon that was purchased. There were two adults and one child and we were seated right on time for our reservation. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and food. The only downfall was that our original server disappeared and no one came and told us she left or offered to help. We finally tracked someone down to give us our check.
