We arrived early but were seated immediately. It did take awhile before our orders were taken but we were served cocktails quickly. The noise level was quite loud but that was due to helicopters in the area for quite awhile but once they left it was pleasant. The only complaint I had was the heaters they had going (we were on the patio) were so hot it was very uncomfortable to me. It didn"t seem cold enough to have them all going full blast. Otherwise the meal was excellent, the service good, and the ambiance wonderful.

Great celebratory dinner. We were greeted and seated promptly. the bread and house made pesto was delicious. We had the scallop appetizer with black rice and wilted spinach. The scallops were cooked perfectly, as was everything else.

Service was perfect our waiter Tony was always there when needed, but never obtrusive.

Very beautiful, historic boutique hotel with hidden gardens and fountains. The restaurant offers fine dining indoors or on the terrace. Menu has a nice mix of chef-driven fish, meat or veggie options.

We came for a celebration and did not leave disappointed. Our server Jeff had the best recommendations. My husband and I split 2 starters (scallops amazing and the chorizo mussels so very well done), an entree (Sea bass from a glacier cooked to perfection), and 2 sides. Everything was beautifully done and plated. The desserts were tempting, but alas we will be back.

Excellent Brunch, decor and ambiance was fantastic and new Chef came out to greet and meet every table. Very personable and we enjoyed hearing his back story and the new menu approach with buffet and then ordering main off the menu, was a great idea and so much delicious food. Surprisingly good value. We will be back with more friends and visitors.

While the food was good, it certainly didn't take my breath away. More disappointing was the service. I can understand the laid back ambiance that encourages a leisurely brunch, but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get our card back after paying the bill. Plus, the waitress seemed to purposely skip over our table. My husband had finished his main course completely, and I had finished but I did not eat everything on my plate. While someone came to bus his plate, I sat patiently for what felt like forever before our waitress finally came back so I could ask for a box.

You don’t want to miss this restaurant if you are in town. Food choices were incredible; very healthy choices with great taste for all pallets. Just love the ambience. And the service is impeccable.
And don’t forget to sip on some of the finest wines offered.
A true 5 star restaurant.

As the restaurant is part of the Royal Palms Hyatt in Phoenix, the settings are beautiful.
The service is very friendly and efficient.
The noise level is acceptable even when, that was the case for us, there is a wedding reception next door.
The wine selection is what is expected in a restaurant of that level.
Unfortunately, the food is quite disappointing, at least when it comes to fish/vegetarian dishes, which was what our party selected.
Some of the portions are ridiculously small (which is surprising in this country).
The fish and shellfish we selected were sea scallops, octopus, salmon, sea bass and branzino. Each one of them was served appropriately cooked. The garnish was the problem: overly complicated and not bringing out the flavor of the fish. The worst was for the branzino, with slices of heirloom tomatoes that were not ripe enough and were served cold.
For dessert, the ice cream selection was well presented however almost tasteless, which let us finish our meal on another disappointment.
We will not return.

A very boring menu! I prefer Mastros where they offer a ala carte menu as opposed to the selections all being combined in a chefs design. I.e. I like to order a salad then a steak and a side as opposed to T Cooks where the salad steak and sides are all in one dish with no variety. I left still hungry and very unsatisfied. Won’t be back maybe this is why I could not get a table at Steak 44 because they were full and at T Cooks there was only ourselves and 1 other guest and 40 open tables.

I am sorry. I have always loved T Cooks and have been a frequent client over the years. This was the worst food we've ever had and the service was quite unprofessional, like no-one was trained. We expect more from an establishment like this. In the past it has been awesome. We are so disappointed as we have always loved going there and now we wonder if we should go back.

I asked for a minor change in the preparation of my omelette which involved substituting a different type of cheese. They didn't do it and it took way too long for us to get our food. There were a couple of tables that had 6 or more people but there was only two of us and two hours passed before we were done. The replacement omelette took so long I just canceled my order. I was very disappointed.

It seemed to me that because none of our party of 4 ordered alcoholic drinks, our server lost interest in us. As a result, service was not what I'd expect at this restaurant.
We were there for the Restaurant Week menu which pleased only 2 of us. My husband & I ordered the fillets which came tiny & so charred on the outside that we had trouble cutting them. 1 friend ordered the fish entree, the other the Mushroom Wellington which she didn't care for at all. A manager came by, asking how everything was, & she told him. He immediately said he would replace it, & she chose the fish which was more to her liking. Apparently, he was eager to please the guests. The best part of the meal for me was the dessert of Spanish Creme Brulee.
I had wanted to try T. Cook's for some time. Now that I have, I doubt that I will return.
