The Chateaubriand was cooked to absolute perfection, complete with a salty crust ... “melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness”. Easily one of the best beef dishes I have enjoyed anywhere (and, I have had the good fortune to dine at many steakhouses around the world). Highly recommend it.
The Wagyu filet mignon was cooked to perfection, would definitely come back.

Excellent T-bone steak, tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Asparagus was only fair to good; the fibrous stem portions should not have been included. Caesar salad was passable and the bread offerings were very good.
Great Food Great Service and Great Place
We have been to TBones many times in the past, and this restaurant was our celebratory place. Our most recent visit left us very disappointed. The menu has changed and the portions appear smaller. It is our understanding that most, if not all, the chefs are new and restaurant Management is new. As usual, we ordered the Chateaubriand - it is $120. Preparation of it has changed, whereby they now smoke it first - which means you get a hardened smoked outside instead of the simple beautiful meat all the way around. In addition, they no longer bring it to your table on s cart where the waiter carves and serves it tablesude — now it comes on a platter with a glass done over it - and it is already sliced in the kitchen. As such, the ambiance of anticipation and being spoiled is gone. All in all, we are now looking for a new “go to” upscale restaurant. We wish the waiter, David, would always be our waiter everywhere - he tried his best to overcome the shortcomings thrust upon the staff. Also, perhaps I am being too picky for a mere $120 chunk of beef, but it would have been nice not to have to ask for au jus. Finally, the hostess who sat us pulled a table over to make a 2-person table, which was fine, but she never checked the table to see if it was complete - we had to ask for napkins..... not good in what is supposed to be a high end restaurant.
This dining experience was excellent. We were seated in the area that we had requested. It was quiet so we could hear each other well. The wait staff couldn't have been better and answered our questions perfectly.
Everything was great. Food -selection, variety as well as service levels etc. Excellent all the way around. Definite repeat!

We decided to eat here because we were staying at RR , keep in mind the strip has many steak houses. I would highly recommend this over several off the strip. The ambiance is awesome as well as the service and the food is very good as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars was due to ordering the grass fed filet and it came out tasteless and too much fat on it. The waiter immediately came over and offered to fix another and it came out fast and 100% better! My fiancé had the wagu beef and it was awesome as well. The Mac and cheese was yummy , the corn which I don’t usually order was excellent as well as the pretzel bread and butter! I would def go back as it’s now one of my favs!
I have always enjoyed T-Bones and have eaten there many times. This time not so good. 6 people for dinner , we all order , my dinner never got put in. Everyone gets there dinner I have to wait for mine probably 15 mins. By the time it got there everyone else was done. Still got charged for it . Hard part was I was taking the table out at my expense because I loved the food /service. Draw your own conclusion I will say Las Vegas has lots of choices to spend $600 on dinner just saying
The waiter did not serve our meal. He never came back to check to make sure meal was satisfactory.
We were drinking wine at our table he never offered us a second glass of wine to enjoy with our meal.
One person in our party wanted orange juice the bus person told us they were out of orange juice.
I asked another bus person to check the bar.
What a surprise they had orange juice!
We never saw the waiter till the to the end of our meal. I have to request him so I could pay the bill.
The food and the service are always consistently very good.
Excellent as always. T-Bones is on of the best steak houses in Vegas.
Our server was wonderful and knew her food/wine very well. I felt that the quality of the steaks were a bit less than what I would expect for the price. But also paying for the service and being in the hotel.
Nice place for my wife and I to go and spend quality time together.
This is one of our favorite restaurants, where we go for significant events, like birthday and anniversary - this time it was our 5th wedding anniversary.
It all started fantastic. Upon arrival (we showed at the time of our reservation, 7 PM, to the minute) we were seated quickly (within 5') and we were given an excellent table, one of the best, in the corner, with views of much of the rest of the restaurant.
The server started to do well, attentive, and the food was great, as usual.
The reason why I marked service at 3 stars and overall 4 stars (whereas I have always given the maximum before) is because of a bizarre incident in the end. Our bill was about $260, so I filled the "merchant" copy as usual, adding $40 tip, signed it, left it in the little black AmEx booklet, then we left. We were almost near the exit, when the bass boy ran after us and stated we didn't leave a bill. We were shocked as both my wife and I were 100% sure we placed and left it back the way we always do. I must also note that when you already let them run your credit card and then you leave not signing or leaving any bill, bars and restaurants can just run the charge with no problem - except they wouldn't get the tip.
The bottom line is that we went back, which was a trek with my pregnant wife, who was already quite tired. Then our main waitress, the bass boy, and one more guy all came together, I showed where I left it, then they showed me that black booklet saying it was empty. I know it is not a big deal in the big scheme of things, but I was rather upset, as I didn't do anything wrong and all the inconvenience was unnecessarily brought on me (and my pregnant wife) for somebody else's error.
As they printed a new set of receipts, for me to sign, and I was ready to sign again (this time with a far less generous tip), the bass boy came back with my previously signed receipt, stating it was found "in the linen".

We have been here before and everything is always consistent. The food was all cooked perfectly. They offer a acceptable variety of food choices Without being overwhelming.It’s always just the right amount of fancy with out needing a tuxedo.
Steaks were outstanding as well as the service
It would be hard to beat T-Bones. In a city that competes for the best of the best in fine dining, T-Bones takes a back seat to no one. Beautiful setting with great service Only makes the food better. We go to T-Bones on every trip to Vegas and never regret the decision.
Great place, steaks were excellent. Shrimp cocktail had largest shrimp.
Wait staff was very excellent as was our meal. Only minor issue was the hostesses. A nice welcome would of been all I was looking for. No hello, just "what's your name" and to remind them that their conversations with their friends should wait until they are not working.
Staff changed waiters, causing food selection and wait time to be prolonged
Quality of food and service are superb. Great for entertaining or special occasions.

We celebrated my hubby's birthday here. Food was really delicious. We love the fresh oyster, Japanese Wagyu, and the huge Tomohawk Rib Eye Steak. Highly recommend.
Bar service was great, kitchen not so much. Waited a hour for our food. Fish came out dry and over cooked. Oysters where dead and fishy. Not the best experience.
T-bones is our favorite Steak place, however for my birthday I decided to try the eggplant Parmesan, It was not deep fried, it was thinly sliced like wafers and pan seared, sculpted like lasagna with just enough cheese to please the pallet and it was so tender it could be cut with a fork and just melted in my mouth. I would go back just for that. I also loved the new avocado and crab salad. Our server David was the best! I always tell everyone no need to go to the strip when we have Red Rock!
T-Bones always places people in the bar on Open Table instead of the dining area which I specifically asked for. There were plenty of tables available, but they don’t recognize open table as a quality reserve agent!
I always liked T-bones, I will never go there again because of the rudeness of the reception area!
The music was very loud and the wrong type of music for such a lovely restaurant. Drinks were not served correctly, and some of the bread was stale. We applied you having a vegan option but more than one would be very nice.
We were excited to return to your restaurant but will rethink coming back again.
Fantastic range of steaks and wine coupled with great service from Gene. Just don’t ask for port after dinner.
This was our first visit to this restaurant after staying multiple times at Red Rock. Despite being on time for our reservation, we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Our server was GREAT. He had some help to make the dinner a fantastic meal. The menu is a little pricey but the quality of the steaks we got was incredible. It was pretty noisy in the restaurant. You had to yell in order for people to hear what you said but other than that it was a good time. Thank you.
I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the fact that we arrived at 630 for our 645 reservation and upon ordering were told they had no prime rib. It is hard to believe that they were sold out of prime rib on a Saturday night after being open for only 1 1/2 hours. However, the steak that was ordered very good. Otherwise it was a great dining experience and the service was outstanding.
Seafood was excellent, the ribeye was nothing special. The atmosphere visually was nice, seemed very loud though. Not music wise just noisy. The server also forgot my last drink and it seemed to take a long time for our food to arrive, especially without the server checking on the table. For the amount of money spent the service needs a giant jump in quality. In short, the place is nice, order the crab legs not steak and don't expect timely service.
Food was excellent! Service was great! Kinda pricey but worth it!
This the first time I've ever had an issue with too much service. Everyone was extremely nice. The problem was they were too involved. We couldn't have a conversation without being interrupted. You couldn't take a sip of anything without someone right there topping it off.

Mainly good steaks, also a good bread selection but miss their olive bread
