El T-Bones Chophouse and Lounge es una churrasquería exclusiva que sirve filetes prime añejados en seco, carnes con hueso de la casa y pescado fresco y cuenta con un salón con un altillo de vinos con más de 7.500 botellas.     My first problem is with the prime rib. It was smothered in a thick gravy like you would put on mashed potatoes. Not at all what I was expecting and was way too Thanksgiving type gravy to be on top of prime rib. If I go back again, I will order the prime rib without the gravy. I believe they should disclose on the menu that it is smothered gravy. Secondly, the booths are super strange. The top of the booth is very thick. It is just the design of the table. It does not allow you to cross your legs underneath the booth, which made it very uncomfortable for me to sit throughout dinner with my legs flat on the floor and not able to cross my legs. I looked underneath the tablecloth and it is just a design of the table, the table top is about 6 inches thick. Between being uncomfortable and the gravy all over my prime rib it was not a great night.

    Unfortunately the experience and food was poor to average and the prices were outrageous for the quality. Coming off of an amazing meal at Flemings for less it was a very disappointing experience. The medium rare steaks were burnt on the outside, and the artichoke side dish that had been recommended by the server looked terrible and tasted even worse! The poor server also got busy with another large table and never came to check on us leaving us without the opportunity to change out the side. This was definitely not the restaurant I had fond memories of.

    Excellent service, very attentive during the appetizers and meal. A little slow in bringing the check to close out.

    For $65 the filet was not the quality that we normally receive at TBones. Warm not hot and cut was fatty. Had very little taste until I added salt and pepper.

    Our service was on point and food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the crabcakes and the seafood Caesar salad for our appetizers. We ordered two different petite fillets and two different ribeye steaks. We had crab legs for the table as well as the Kobe Wagyu beef. For our sides, we ordered the tater tots, artichokes and the chef made us lobster mac & cheese. We also ordered the butter cake and their fried Oreos. Everything was cooked to perfection and was so delicious. The steaks were perfect and the Kobe beef melted in your mouth. We had an amazing time and loved everything.

    T-Bones is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas it never fails, the people that work there and the food is always the best. Thank you all for making me want to come back again and will see you soon.
