Chose T-Bones for my birthday dinner as I have always had a great experience here. Have never had one thing to complain about. The service is always great and the food is phenomenal. My prime rib was cooked to perfection, as always. We sat out on the patio as I knew we’d be a bit loud. We had great service out there and felt 100% comfortable. I would and do recommend this wonderful place to anyone.
My friend and I meet here once a year. All 5 times have been consistently perfect. The staff are friendly, the food is amazing, and the location is so inviting compared to the LV strip.
Treat yourself to this restaurant. It will not disappoint.
Last time we were here (about a year ago) food and service not great. This time both wonderful. Service fun, attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Great job!
Was loud and looked more like bar.
I’ll stick to hanks
Generally for the price I found the meat to lack tenderness, and it was slightly overcooked. Good restaurant and would consider going back, but when you pay top dollar, you need to play the game at a different level than the rest.
Outstanding food and service
Upon arrival, our friends have been there waiting for us for about 20 minutes in which no one offered bread nor drinks while waiting. My husband and I sat down and it took another 20 minutes for anyone to take any orders from us. We finally begin to order and we order drinks and appetizers to start. I ordered a White Cosmo and it tasted like NyQuil. I asked the waitress if they can fix it to make it more sweeter. Wasn’t much of a difference. There were 3 other parties there (so it was not busy) yet our food took forever to come out. I ordered halibut and it tasted amazing. As far as sides, the mac n cheese was awful, the asparagus was eh... and huge, the mashed potatoes was ok. This place was definitely not worth spending $500 especially when the service wasn’t what I expected. Very disappointed!
We waited over an hour for our food and as our frustration grew we were left with no option but to take our food to go. The restaurant did not seem particularly busy either. At one point, the manager came over to our table and said she just checked with the kitchen and that our food would be out in less than 5 minutes. 10 minutes later our food had still not arrived so we were ready to tell the server that we would like the food to go. The server never returned prior to the food showing up at our table. We then asked to have the food to go. The manager only then came over again and said that she just checked with the kitchen again and was just now told they were running "10 minutes behind schedule" and that this was the reason our food took so long. She was apologetic and took off some of the items (wine and a 20% discount). The problem is that nobody communicated with us - almost ignoring us b/c they could tell we were upset. It's really too bad b/c it was our first visit to T-Bones but it's unlikely we'll ever return. It wasn't about the price or paying for the food - we just simply wanted an enjoyable night. We'd heard good things but the lack of communication was more than frustrating.
Everything was great. Only thing was long wait time between courses.
Great place. But, getting very pricey. Strip pricing
We we celebrating our anniversary and the brought us a special dessert.
Food over priced. Food quality low for price paid. Poor presentation.
We’ve eaten here many times and the steaks are always top quality. This time we started with the Seafood Jackpot. It was marginal at best. The king crab and jumbo shrimp were perfect, but the lump crab “salad” was old tasting, the half lobster tail was overcooked and chewy, and the one oyster I ate was so dirty and gritty I actually had to dispose of it into a napkin. We left the other two untouched. The steak that followed was perfect, as usual. They need to work on the quality preparation of seafood. Overall the ambiance and service were exceptional.
Let me start out with our server - Daniel. Absolutely ZERO personality. Not even a smile. We had to ask him his name as he didn't offer it or introduce himself.
He's the one of the worst servers I've had at any restaurant in Vegas.
2nd - It took almost an hour for our main course to arrive..which is acceptable if the below hadn't of happened or if our Server was keeping in contact with us and checking on us.
3rd - Crab Cake appetizers were burnt on the bottom and un-chewable. Who's in charge of the kitchen and sending these dishes out? Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him?
4th - My steak ordered with Gorgonzola Crust and cooked Medium Plus (which I assumed was in between Medium and Medium Well) came out with no Gorgonzola. Sent back for the Gorgonzola.
Cut it open - and it was Medium Rare. Completely Red and Bloody. - Sent it back again.
Came back cooked a few more minutes but still red in the center. I didn't bother to send it back again as everyone else at the table was almost done eating by the time I got mine back from the first time I sent it.
Two other steaks at the table - Completely Under-cooked compared to how they were ordered. (Medium Well and another one Medium Plus)
Haven't they been cooking steaks long enough to know how many minutes, etc? The problem was they were cooked way too fast and not enough minutes to let the inside cook.
5th - Asparagus - Burnt - and the table ordered two Asparagus and we only received 1.
All in all - I would never recommend this restaurant. I've been there many times...and it's pretty inconsistent. Not worth the $$.
Outstanding food and service. The spicy creamed corn is a must.
The music was unbearable, had to wear ear plugs. Not inductive to fine dining. It took 45 minutes to receive our food. Service was outstanding but like I said the ambiance was like a disco
Excellent service. Fun place
Excellent food and service
Got to sit outside on a perfect night. Beautiful setting, excellent food, and really awesome music. Will be back for sure!!
Almost everything was excellent. My only comment is that the creamed spinach had a touch too much cream. Usually it’s perfect. Other than that, the food, the atmosphere, and the service are all amazing!!
One of our diners ordered Sole on the menu and it was very DRY. Sent it back and to their credit they took it off the bill. Note to self: NEVER order fish in a steak house. The chef probably thinks it's like a steak and they WAY overcook it. The crab cocktail appetizer was excellent and the steaks were good. The 'extras' mushrooms, potato, etc were not good at all. Drinks were standard fare. Wines by the glass and cocktails all fine.
Celebrated our 49th Anniversary with a dinner with friends. Adam, our server knew when to leave us visit and when we needed attention. It was perfect and the beautiful desert Chef made us with the Happy Anniversary banner was delectable! Thank you for such a wonderful evening.
Food was awesome and the service outstanding. Noise level too high so we could not hear each other talk without shouting or repeating. But overall great time.
We frequent T-Bones every couple of months, generally when we are looking for a special dining event. We are usually pleased with all aspects of our meal however this visit was a bit disappointing in the food. We ordered the bone in rib-eye to share. Quantity was fine, but the steak was dry and not as good as we had expected. There was little marbling and would have rather had a filet for the money. We will go back to T-Bones again many times I am sure, but will not reorder the rib-eye. Service was outstanding as usual and the warm butter toffee cake is always a great way to finish the meal.
Top notch dining and service!
I ate with family at T-Bones on 10/5/19 and returned with a friend on 10/12/19 after being truly impressed the first time. Our meal was once again absolutely outstanding, from the chilled martinis to our perfectly aged and cooked filet mignons. Sides of mac and cheese and roasted corn were both delicious, and the toffee cake should not be missed. Can't wait to return again soon! T-Bones has become my favorite Las Vegas Steakhouse. A bit pricey, but worth the splurge.
The steaks were good except had a hard charred shell which we told our server about. We had the Mac and cheese which was bland and we didn't eat. It was not a busy time yet our server didn't come around our table much (2 people) yet kept buzzing around the table of 6 that he had. His assistant servers stood by kitchen door talking so we had to call them over to get drink refills. All in all, it was a fair experience. We've been coming here for years and have had far better service and food. This was my birthday and honestly, it was just OK there. Not mind blowing good at all.
Food fabulous and our server, Denise, is the best! It was just noisy in the bar area, but worth sitting there to have Denise. The halibut was absolutely one of the best ever and the Tristan lobster tail was delicious. The quality of all of the food was outstanding!
Awesome cuisine and atmosphere
We always ask for Michael for our server. Even though he was tending to a large party outside, he took the time to wait on us as well! Best server ever! Just love him!
The entire experience was set by the wonderful hostess at the front. She was very pleasant, charming and professional.
Wish I could remember our server's name as she was outstanding.
The veal chops were very tender and delicious. The chocolate cake was one of the best we have ever had and huge slice.
Wonderful dinner. Round table for 6 was perfect. But appetizers and salads came out at same time. That was annoying.
Hidden gem in the Red Rock Casino! Our meal was fantastic, the service superb and the attention to the little things (like the correct silverware) was nice. All in all a nice meal, nice everything. Will be back, but maybe on a less busy evening.
Everything was perfect!! It was a great night out!
The food was good but not spectacular. The wagu beef was not really any different than the other steaks, the tater tots were really good and the carpaccio was good as well. The service was spectacular. The place was a little loud and the seating by the fireplace was really warm considering it was 75 degrees outside.
Great time! They seated the 6 of us near the fireplace which was awesome! It was my husbands birthday and they provided a nice treat at the end of the meal.
Over all I had an excellent experience
Food was delicious
“fine dining” should be re-evaluated. service was great overall but the food prep and quality wasn’t worth the $ we paid.
The space is very nice. The food is average to above average, but inconsistent. The service is hit and miss.
I don’t believe if you’re charging $58 for a steak the servers should call the guests “boss” as if they have been working a chain gang on a prison work farm in the South...add to it commenting on my Rolex.... “is that a Rolex... Sickkkkkk’... totally inappropriate.
The shame is it could be an amazing restaurant with a few adjustments.
