Food and cocktails were nice. Did not get the free cocktail and 20% off our food bill despite being told this upon booking - very disappointing as our bill for 4 people came to £156 which I don't feel was great value.

I had booked online and got an email seeing I would get 20% off food and a free cocktail but we had to ask for this discount to be taken off and didn't get the cocktail free as wasn't given the free cocktail menu. Staff were friendly but service was slow, not enough staff on. Was a bit disappointing and wouldn't rush back.

Had a lovely afternoon - the guy that welcomed and seated me was lovely, very friendly - the pulled pork burger was totally gorgeous. amazing value with the voucher. Thanks again, Sarah

Usually always good service and food but this time was very disappointing. We visited Sygn at 7.30pm on Thursday 20th April so we couldn't excuse it as being a super busy Friday night! We were let down by poor, slow and unwelcoming service (unfriendly, unattentive host, waiting forever for a drink; starters came before drinks, host forgot side orders). We have had countless good meals at the venue but probably would consider somewhere else next time!
