    Service was phenomenal, as well as the food! Our waters were refilled constantly, waitress was attentive and the pastas were divine.

    Nearly perfect experience. Food is fresh and flavorful. My recommendations: beet salad, mushroom papardelle, and pistachio crème brûlée (all split with a friend). We wanted to lick the pistachio dish! We sat outside near parked cars (hidden by olive trees), which ended our perfect experience when a car alarm went off for several seconds.

    SY Kitchen is the best Santa Ynez has to offer. A charming and romantic setting accompanied by creative and delicious food. Jorge, our waiter, completed the experience with excellent and attentive service. We will be back again!

    We came here for dinner to celebrate our son’s graduation from UCSB. It was the perfect place for a celebration. The restaurant decor was so beautiful and cozy, like being in someone’s backyard patio. The servers were so nice and attentive and the food was so delicious! If we’re in the area, I am definitely going to come back to this restaurant!

    SY Kitchen is an absolute "must-visit" if you are in the Solvang/Buellton/Santa Ynez area! A true culinary gem, we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. From the warm greeting to the enthusiastic service, we felt well taken care of. We enjoyed their beautiful yellow beet salad and shared a pasta dish & pizza. The Gigli al Ropeton was flavorful and just the right portion for sharing. The Boscaiola pizza was light and earthy. Everything that walked out of the kitchen looked fantastic. We hope to return if we visit the area again someday!

    Our favorite place in wine country. From service, to ambience and food always excellent! Last night we split the special cherry salad and of course an order of Bob’s well bread and all including my wife’s pasts was amazing. I found my chicken dish a little too spicy and a little too dry. I’m guessing just an off night for that dish. Always a wonderful evening and meal.

    What an incredible dining experience! Everything was so wonderful we returned for a second night after dining at SY the night before. The T-bone sliders were so delicious! As was everything we enjoyed. REALLY special place.❤️
