About Swine Southern Table & Bar
With a man cave feel and in-house smoker that can be smelled from a block away, Swine has received a warm welcome to the Coral Gables neighborhood. Maintaining the same top-notch techniques and standards of hospitality as its sister restaurant, Swine offers a constantly evolving food and beverage menu that work together to create the perfect Southern meal in a down-home, feel good environment. “From the moment you walk in the door, you are completely transported out of Miami,” 50 Eggs, Inc. CEO/Founder John Kunkel says. “Swine provides a full dining experience with an interior that reflects the refinement of the South.” It feels barn-like because it is in fact made from reclaimed wood of an actual barn in South Carolina. Housed inside is the state-of-the-art smoker and wood-fired grills, adding a signature flavor and level of authenticity unique to the restaurant.

Swine Southern Table & Bar Ratings and Reviews
I walk in and ask for table the hostess said 30
Min.i went on open table and made a resv for 6mi after my arrival. This told me that something was going on. Pancakes and grits n eggs 25 min in a half full resturant. I ordered over medium and I think my order got lost because they tried to give me over medium eggs over scrambled eggs.
Food was good but if I return, I would make sure to have a different server. We dined at the opening for brunch, and the restaurant was not very busy, but our waiter was so spacey and forgetful, it became almost comical. We had to repeat requests for meal and drink items several times, and ended up never receiving all the food we ordered.
The draft beer was out, they were out of ginger beer and the water glasses had a funky aroma to them. Aside from that, the food was amazing, as it always is. Fantastic brisket and ribs. The chicken was a little dry but awesome entertaining friends from out of town at BBQ in Miami.
I have been there at least 6 or 7 times.
I find a lack of better values in wine, I find the list excellent, but on the expensive side.
I mean some wines on the low forties, even upper thirties...that is all I ask!
Service is very good.
So I sincerely thank you guys,
The food was delicious and the waitess was very nice but I was there with the kids especially to celebrate their Dad's bday...I told the waitress and even added it ahead of time on 'special requests' on Open Table and nothing was done! I would have liked her to bring out a bday dessert and/or for staff to sing happy bday.
The service was very slow. Also, from what I can remember you used to box up the left overs for the customer. Instead, the server simply put a couple boxes on the table. It seems like the recipes (or maybe the food supplier) for some of our favorites changed; the Brussels sprouts no longer have that vinegar reduction and were too sweet; the burnt ends used to fall apart but now you need a knife to cut them. This used to be my favorite place but unfortunately it's just not worth the price anymore.
The food was amazing. Kale salad, brisket and cinnamon bun were outstanding. Not having the bottle of wine we ordered was the only hiccup. Otherwise, service was on point. A little noisy near the upstairs bar, but no biggie. Along with Yardbird, Kunkel's other masterpiece, adding this to my list of Miami favorites.
Service (waiter) and food were fine. Waited 25 minutes even with reservation. During the wait another family that came after received extra attention and food items for free while they waited while we were offered nothing. I'm not blaming the waiter, but this is an issue with the host staff and management. Everyone should be treated equally.
I love a good farm to table restaurant and southern food, so was excited to try this on a recent trip to Miami. Really cute decor inside, comfortable seating and above average service. The food was good but did not quite live up to my high foodie expectations. My favorite thing of the night was the Brussel sprouts. They were really yummy.
