   Restaurant was nice, food was good. Service was good, however, our server got a little wide spread when the restaurant filled up. Entertainment was great! Main issue was they validated our parking ticket for their recommended parking (150 Carnagie Way) and the validation did not work! Had to spend $22 to park. ugh!

   Food was okay but ambience was not there. Lights were too bright and the the tables were too close. Musicians were okay.

   I planned this anniversary trip. Flew from Virginia to ATL to surprise my husband with all his favorite things. Made this reservation about two months in advance…let the restaurant know it’s a celebration anything they could do to make it special since coming from out of town…it’s like the total opposite was done. Upon arrival, the host at us at a table as far away from the stage as they could. My husband spoke the manager and they moved us near the stage so we could see the band. Then waiter took our food and drink orders, food took a long time to come out and when it did, all the food (appetizers & entrees) came out together, instead staggered with appetizers first. Appetizers were cold like had been sitting a long time. We reminded waiter that we ordered drinks from the bar, which he still never got. Manager did come over and ask how we were enjoying the meal, we told him my husband was missing a side and still no drinks from the bar. Manager seemed to be aware of the issues, I appreciated that but it was still highly highly disappointing because of the 1000’s of other restaurants we could’ve chose on our anniversary night dinner coming all the way from Virginia, we chose this restaurant and it was a HUGE let down…

   We were visiting Atlanta for the first time. Food was great! Sam, our server, was wonderful! Sam was very helpful in reviewing the menu and providing information on Atlanta sites to see! Sam is an asset to Sweet Georgia's! Live music duo, Matt and Terrence, were a welcome treat! We will definitely come back to Sweet Georgia's Juke Joint when we return to Atlanta.

   The young lady who waited on us was excellent. We did not have to ask for anything because she provided. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name. She is a young black female with excellent customer service skills. I will be back because of her.

   The overall experience was great! However, if we're going to pay for the band, we should be able to stay as long as we'd like. When you have a large party, 2 hours isn't long enough. Especially, when your reservation is prior to 7pm.

   The experience at the hostess stand was not good. She was very impersonal and very cold. I didn’t have a problem paying the $10 entertainment fee, but at least sit me in a seat where I can see the stage where the entertainment is taking place. The people sitting at the bar had a better vantage point than the people that were forced to pay and entertainment fee. Food and service was good, but the front of the house should be just as excellent!

    The band true to soul was awesome. I would return just to hear the band if I didn’t eat the food or had the drinks. That band was wonderful.
