Fried chicken was excellent! Shrimp and grits also excellent. Delicious fried green tomatoes. Service was perfect. Great experience!

Food was good, although not exceptional, but the service was terrible. Our server was very inattentive. One of our party asked for a glass of water 5 times before getting it. Just very poor service in general. Even when that person was served a glass of water, my glass was never refilled and I only drank water. I ended up getting water from the lobby to finish my meal. Pepper shaker was empty so we just snagged one from another table. We were never asked if our food was okay, just no attention at all. It was almost like there had been no training whatsoever on how to take care of a table.

Vegetables were hardly cooked. Pork chop was very overdone. Lemon drop martini had seeds in the bottom of it. Restaurant was pretty close to empty but still received slow service from server.

we chose this restaurant bc of its proximity to my friend's, whose birthday I was celebrating, work and also bc we could make a reservation allowing us to maximize her lunch hour. That was very convenient; however, I was disappointed in the ambience as well as the flavor of the food. just kind of plain!

Very inconsistent. The corn chowder and lamb meatballs were amazing! The fried chicken was also very good. But the pork chop was over cooked, and my wife’s rib-eye was undercooked, and both were very over-salted. The service was also only ok. We would most likely not return.

Way better than the first time.
The food was outstanding. Our server (Brandon) was very helpful. Plan to return in the next few weeks. Not sure what changed, but they got it right. Highly recommend it to all.

The food was great, but the service was awful. There were so many mistakes made, it would take too long to list. We were there 2 hours with only 3 tables and were still late to our concert. The management did make it right with the one person at our table who's meal was totally forgotten about but that didn't help the rest of us who were stuck waiting too.

Food was delicious. But the kitchen seemed slow with our order. If fried chicken is made to order, perhaps inform diners that it will take 25 minutes to prepare. We were not told that.
And waiter was kind, but not attentive.

We were on a four day bourbon tour, and decided to eat dinner at the Sway on one of the evenings. We each ordered something different, and the quality of dinner varied greatly with each plant. The steak dinner had to be sent back because it was too salty to be eaten. Our server was on his second day of work, and no one was assisting him. It was painfully slow. The manager did apologize and removed the steak dinner from the bill. I would only eat there again if I were staying in that hotel and did not feel like walking out for a meal.

Went for brunch and was VERY underwhelmed. Small brunch menu so we opted for the buffet, which was better than average but I requested an omelette that took 25+ mins to arrive, only after I inquired about it, and contained all the wrong ingredients. Server apologized but no amends were made.

The breakfast buffet had many choices and everything was tasty and fresh. You could even get pancakes, french toast, or waffles with your buffet. Service was a little slow but I would still recommend going here for breakfast

While we were able to book a table, the restaurant was actually closed. Ruined our night for sure. Why did this happen Open Table? Poor reflection on Hyatt and the restaurant as well. Don't know when I will be back in Louisville but will think twice about other Hyatt properties

My review will only take 1 word. . . YUM. Best fried chicken I've ever had and that's saying a lot from a former restaurant owner and lover of fried chicken. The server was very attentive and sweet. I just can't say enough good things! Double thumbs up.
