Service wasn’t great. Server brought out one glass of water, then took at least 5 minutes to bring out another one. I would understand if the restaurant was packed, but there was only 3 other diners at the time of our visit. Food was okay, the black pepper pasta dish was overly salty.

The food was fine, however the service that night was fairly bad. Not sure where the disconnect was, as the waitress seemed fine - likely something between the kitchen and the bar. It took a long time to get our meals, and drinks were served well after the meals. Just not a great night for them.

We went with a large party on a Saturday night, and I was shocked with how empty the restaurant was. Barely anyone else there. Half of our group ordered dinner and dessert, the other half only dessert. The one's who got dinner all raved at how great the food was, and the portions were giant also. The fried chicken was so super tender and delicious. My friend who got mac n cheese said it was the best she'd ever had. The reason we went was the all you can eat pie bar (for only $9) and it didn't disappoint. Lots of options to try (lemon and chocolate mousse were my favorite, although many in the group said the pecan was the best) and a great price for sure. I do feel sorry for anyone else who came after we left, cause we definitely cleaned them out.

not as good of an experience as we were used to. way overcrowded and service was extremely slow. waited 1 night for an hour and 20 minutes before going to the Market in Hyatt. Not crowded that night, as hardly any tables were taken. We were told kitchen could not keep up. Room service was definitely taking priority, as my colleague received his meal in about 15 minutes while we continued to wait to even be seated. The restaurant was not staffed properly for Market, College Football championship, or anything else the entire 11 days we were there. very disappointing after long hard days at Market.

Waited 30 minutes after my reservation time and then was told they only offered buffet! The entire staff appeared to be overwhelmed, but given the Gift Show takes place twice a year you'd think the could have handled it.

I have been to Sway before on trips to Atlanta, but this is a worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t bother making reservations for dinner during a large market or event. We had to stand in line for 1/2 hour with about 20 others who had made reservations as well. There were so many people there, they had a line for non-reservation people too.

I get that they were busy, but reservations should never have been accepted if they had no plans to hold tables for them.

There were many irritated guests.

Once seated, the service was friendly and gracious as ever, but our drinks and food took for ever to arrive. And when our dinners arrived they tasted and looked like they’re been under a heat lamp for way too long.

Not what I’ve ever experienced from them in the past.
