Food was very good. Service was good. Staff were excellent.
Everything was excellent! We stayed in the Hyatt Regency, which was convenient since that’s where the restaurant is inside of. The fried green tomatoes were delicious, and so were the deviled eggs. My friend and I both ordered the short rib, our two other friends had the salmon and herb fettuccine dishes and everything was so good. We will definitely be back when visiting Atlanta again!
We had a reservation, so we did not wait long to be seated. However, the hostess informed us they were short-staffed. Restaurant did not seem very clean and there were people with dog’s just walking through. Our table was not cleaned or set properly. The servers uniforms did not look very clean either. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for our drink order to be taken and since the wait was long we placed our dinner order. Then my actual drink, sweet tea took about 20 more minutes. After receiving my drink finally, the young lady fixing drinks for everyone spilled 2 orders of chocolate milk all over my wife and our coats. She apologized profusely however, this does not make up for the drinks being spilled all over my wife and ruining her dress and our coats.
No one came and said anything to us not even our server. I asked her for a manager and no one came. I finally had to go and find a manager and explain the situation. He offered dry cleaning but we were not staying in the hotel. We had been waiting over and hour by this time and still our food had not arrived. He stated he could take off the cost of dry cleaning off of our meal and I said no, that was unacceptable and he comped the meal. We decided not to stay and eat because we were over it and my wife was uncomfortable and now starting to smell like spoiled milk. It still took us another 20 minutes to receive our food to go. Once we were back at our room at the Marriott (next door) the food was not even warm or very good. The whole experience was terrible and we should have been comped a couple of nights stay along with the free meal by Walter who was the operations manager. We will never dine there again.
Seemed short staffed on Valentine’s Day which was odd. Took a while to get served because of it but our server Jasmine was great and the food was A1.
The food was not seasoned. The chicken was over cooked, dry and tasteless. The only things that were noteworthy were the sweet tea , macaroni and cheese and the biscuits and cornbread. The server didn’t put our appetizer order in and when she did it was wrong. Bread had fallen on the floor next to the server prep area in the center of the dining room I sat there watching as the servers and dining room managers walked through it with no attempts to get it cleaned up.
An overall bad experience, not the usual caliber of a Hyatt Restaurant
Sat at a very small table next to the cold door! They did not have enough staff and wait time was very long.
We had great servers for both dinner and breakfast! Pleasant and personable! Attentive!
If you are staying at the hotel, it's very convenient. The food is just fine, not exceptional, but fine. Selection is varied & dietary restrictions were treated with respect.
Great service!
Really great servers and food is great too. Can be a bit pricey but the service, especially from Aya and Jeremy, is well worth it.
The hotel is very convenient to the stadium
It was disappointing that such a large hotel had such an outdated casual restaurant.
Very slow service. Waited an hour for our food.
Long wait despite reservation. Main course took 45 minutes to bring out (grilled cheese) and they didn’t bring appetizer out (deviled eggs) until main course had already been served. Forgot to bring sides with main courses. Food was just okay. Wouldn’t return.
Great food!
Great service!
This was my first time eating here and I was highly impressed.
Breakfast was good but service ridiculously slow for a business hotel. Waitress when we had her attention was lovely.
Great service and decent food
Excellent food and service with a good value. Ambiance not so much if you are looking for a romantic dining experience as it is located in the lobby .
Excellent service and great food! Highly recommend!
Enjoyed my time with the wife ... it was excellent
Delicious food and great service! Usually hotel restaurants are mediocre at best but I had 2 meals and both were excellent!
Shrimp & grits for dinner and chicken & waffles fro breakfast. Both were so good! The dessert selection was outstanding. Highly recommend!!
The Brunch food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations as to what to see and do in the city!
Great food, great hotel, nice and welcome Employees.
Service was slow. Granted, it was DragonCon, but still, it's primarily buffet and was well-staffed so shouldn't have been so slow in comparison to other restaurants we visited.
Biggest complaint by far: The waitstaff station has water pitchers beside the cash register. A waitress sneezed several times that we saw, right onto the pitchers.
The price is gourmet, but the ambiance is Golden Corral.
I will not go to this restaurant again - prefer to OpenTable any of a number of other available options instead.
The food was awful and ridiculously over priced. Service was there and little more than that.
Food was nothing special how the menu described it. Food was Golden Coral level.
So We did not actually eat at Sway. Being Dragon con weekend we had trouble getting elevator for all of us to be on time. 2 of us went ahead to let the restaurant know the difficulty and notify them the others were on the way. We got there 2 minutes after our reservation time. We were all assembled by 15 min ready to be seated. They gave our table away and the hostess was quite rude about it in replying to me of when I asked why they could not wait 15 minutes when we told them the troubles with the elevator. Impressions; The place looks and feels like a school Cafetria and reeked of old rancid grease. My party began to leave when we were approached by the manager l explained our difficulties and the hostesses rudeness. Then magically there was a table ready. But too late after the rudeness and the disgusting smell of rancid grease we went to White Oak which was fabulous.
Great food and service. Highly recommend this restaurant. Good fried chicken.
This restaurant has an amazing menu. There are plenty of options that will appease those who wish to try some local flavors such as shrimp the Belgian cream waffles, topped with fresh local berries and whipped cream, served with butter and syrup; the shrimp or the biscuits and gravy, made with homemade buttermilk biscuits, amazing flavorful homemade gravy, and topped with fresh chives. For the dinner menu, you absolutely need to order the fried chicken dinner that comes with mashed potatoes and chicken gravy. I also recommend these appetizers: Fried green tomatoes and the crab dip - both have amazing flavor and are local favorites! It is a little bit pricier than your average in-hotel restaurant, but the freshness and local flavors make it worthwhile
The food was great! The fried chicken is EXCEPTIONAL! The greens were a bit heavy handed with the tomatoe so I didn’t care too much for those. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were good as well. Shrimp and grits was good and had a nice seasoning to it. Cherry topped cheesecake was a great treat to finish the meal!
Awesome! Great service and awesome food. WAYYY BETTER than Polaris (not worth it at all).
Sway provided and excellent dinner experience prior to a concert at State Farm Arena. Our server Antoinette was superb. Every dish we selected was delicious and well presented. Cocktails and wine were also excellent.
My 4 kids and I dined at sway and it was the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth it was so freaking delicious I couldn’t stop eating !!!!!!! THE BEST!!!!
Simple and good! Easy way to go when you need to go quick.
Fantastic food and service! Sway made a special dessert to celebrate a very special 93th birthday for our party. Thanks Jeremy for taking care of us and the Sway Team for a wonderful dinner.
Server was amazing. Food especially the fried chicken is a must have!!
My server was professional, welcoming and engaged with what was going on with our table. My wife and I had a great time. Food was delicious, dessert was pretty good also.
Awesome first time experience. Everything was hreat
In town for business and dined here twice first night service was slow but tonight was excellent. Jeremy was looking after me and true to his word he really did look after me and all his other tables with care! Quick and efficient service. Food was good.
Sway has a variety of delicious food and the service was awesome! If you like good food, great service and an energetic atmosphere then Sway is for you!
Server was great & worked with our big group. She split the check & explained the yummy dessert bar. The biscuits with tomato jam were wonderful. Folks also liked the fried green tomatoes.
