Sway - Hyatt Regency Atlanta
Took us 30 minutes to get water, even though there was plenty of staff and few patrons.
Food was ok but way overpriced.
The food is great, service a little slow but worth the wait when the food came. Good value. Pleasant waitstaff.
While the service was excellent, my food was terrible. I ordered the steak salad and there was so much fat on the steak that I spent more time cutting it off than eating it.
The food is good, but not great, but overall worth the visit. IT feels like comfort food and their fried chicken is quite good.
The food is excellent. The service is a bit slow. Great place for breakfast.
The service was excellent, we ordered a fried chicken dinner to split and the kitchen took care of sharing it for us, which I appreciated. However, the chicken was not thoroughly cooked, and the mashed potatoes were flavorless.
Service was great...pie bar was amazing...food was just OK
Had the absolute worst experience here waited 20 minutes to be served when the restaurant was completely empty at 730pm on a Saturday. Everything is extremely overpriced for what it is and our crab dip had turned.
The food was AWESOME! Fresh, delicious, and nutritious. Catfish on a lunch buffet that is grilled and good. not overcooked or dry or covered in some weird sauce. Delicious. The lemon bars were to die for! I did both breakfast and lunch buffet. Grits were perfect. Fruit was ripe and juicy, full of flavor. Yogurt and toppings were great consistency snd flavor. The only problem, not enough room in my stomach for sll this goodness. I spoke to several colleagues who all had the same experience. Excellent value.
The young lady who waited on our table was awesome! She done an outstanding job! She is the best! She really need a raise.
Great southern style restaurant. Love the crab stuffed trout
Service is very good and friendly
Terrible, slow service. Waitress was awful. Have been coming for lunch for years- -won’t be back.
Best steak if feel in Atlanta. Was cooked perfect. Very tender and flavorful. Outstanding service
Delicious all-you-can-eat pies are always a hit with our family and guests. Also recommend the friend green tomatoes.
Prompt service and a fresh salad. Good combination.
Chia coconut pudding had been left out overnight and was sour.
Our visit was on Saturday, January 19th. Food was great! Experience at the beginning was not so great. The hostess who greeted us was sweet and seated us very quickly. The server seemed very distracted and not attentive to our needs, not sure why. She ended up telling us she was going home due to sickness but still stuck around to do other side tasks which was another thing we did not understand. Another server "Iris" took over and she was excellent from that point until the end of our visit.
I had a fried chicken and expected good, but I was disappointed.
The out side was crunch and meat was tender, but meat was smell like broiler chicken.
The service was excellent, but the chicken......
Our waitress disappeared several times for overs half hour at a time. The table next to us patrons felt bad for us and offered up their dinner rolls to us. When diner finally came it was cold. I’ll take a pass next time in Atlanta
We come to Atlanta every year for the gift Mart. We eat at many restaurants in the area and Sway is one of our favorites - we never miss the chance. The chef and servers are always so attentive. My wife has a very difficult gluten allergy, and they are always able to point out which things are okay for her to eat. Food is always delicious! And we love the buffet style offerings, which allow us to try a little bit of everything!
it was Good
Our server was great. Food was good and the portions were big.
Delicious food and excellent service. The pie bar is a great idea
I always recommend that Sway serves the best "Fry chicken" in town, but this time I was very disappointed.
The chicken was dark brown, tested like almost burn or refry.
The staff needs to be trained. The food is okay but the customer service was not acceptable. We returned for multiple visits because this restaurant was convenient and we could get reservations. The first visit, two out of six at the table did not receive silverware- just an empty napkin and the sandwich and side of two meals were switched. The second visit, the waitress who was showing us to our table did not indicate we should follow her and she just left us at the door and didn't look to see we were not following. The third visit, one person did not receive silverware- just an empty napkin, the waitress could not keep our drink order straight and didn't write it down and then she left us for over 10 minutes trying to get her attention to get the check. Eventually, 5 of the 6 went back to work and the last person finally got the waitress' attention to get the bill paid.
This place was so disappointing. I was attending a conference within the hotel which was apparently sold out. I made a reservations and got there to a completely unprepared staff with horrible attitudes to top it off. Such poor planning on the hotel’s part or restaurant not sure if it’s independently owned.
Food is good. Furniture a little tired. Our server was terrific.
Great food - enjoyed the crab stuffed trout. The service was wonderful!
Food and service were very good, but nothing was extra special.
Celebrated a birthday. Nice atmosphere and food. Our waitress Breanna was great!
It was my daughter’s birthday on a Thanksgiving. They made us feel really special. They made her dessert (buffet) complementary and she got all the sweets to her heart’s delight. They even gave us a cake with a birthday candle to take to our room, so the celebration will continue. Thank you, Sway! We will definitely come back.
The Restaurant was not busy at all maybe 6 tables were occupied. We had to wait 10 min before our server asked if we wanted drinks and took just as long to get water... service was extremely slow we were there 2.5 hours and had to ask for everything and remind the waitress we needed what we asked for. Disappointed.
Grilled steak salad, shrimp with grits and seared tuna salad were wonderful! Pie Bar looked so good but we did not indulge.
Great shrimp and grits
I ate here twice last week and enjoyed it each time. The fried chicken is amazing!
Quiet Monday dinner at the hotel. As WOH member with 15% off it was very reasonable. Fried chicken was very good, asparagus coked right but mashed potatoes were average. No complaints and if staying at th Hyatt I'd not hesitte to eat there again.
The food and service were outstanding! Wish this restaurant stayed open late on the weekdays.
Food ended up being free because the wait for breakfast food to come out after our order was almost an hour. Our server was very apologetic but then my food was cold. We did not end up having to pay.
I stayed there 4 nights got jumbo side shrimp every time, but the last night I ordered same thing and they gave me smaller shrimp when I told them didn’t want to change it so I was upset about that
