Delicious food. Had a great special 3 course for $30. .....unbelievable value for money. Food is always great with or without specials!!!!
I really enjoy introducing people to Suzette's. I have never had a bad comment. Everyone enjoys the food, service and the atmosphere.
Don't change a thing!!
Love Suzette's! Service was terrific. Food was great as usual! We had blueberry french toast and ham and cheese crepes. So busy enjoying the food I forget to take pictures. The coffee is my favorite.
Service could be faster, but the place has a charming/quaint feel, and the food is excellent. We will be back!
I did the English Tea with a family member and we had a nice time. Very nice experience, the tea was perfect and most of the food was tasty. The only thing I would change is more mini sandwiches for the $$$. We would have liked 2 each of the sandwich squares instead of just one. Since its the main course I thought they were a little lacking.
Enjoyed dinner on a beautiful summer evening with friends. Service was great, food was very good. Asked for chicken crepe without mushrooms but request was denied - wish for more flexibility with diet/preferences. Also, kitchen closed at 8 and we didn't get a chance to order dessert. Too bad since it's a crepes restaurant, i would hope dessert crepes would be available after 8 pm at least a few options.
Suzette's is absolutely the best! The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The food is the most delicious in the area! You must visit for the best breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner!
Charming atmosphere, delicious food and great service.
Love Suzette's! The Salmon crepe was awesome! Always forget to take photos before my plate is empty.
I love it!!
Four of us came for dinner during the week. We all started with a glass of beer or wine, and each ordered an appetizer, one being the delicious French Onion soup, never disappoints! For entries, most had the beef crepe, I had the chicken crepe, all were fantastic. Most of us ordered the salted caramel crepe for dessert, again, it was delightful, while another had the creme brulee. Our server was friendly and timely, she did not disappoint. A great meal overall, we will return!
Food was excellent as always! Love the ambiance for having a conversation. Service was a bit slow
Three course dinner special was amazing. Food quality also amazing. Love the food and service....highly recommend!
Butter for rolls should be colder. Quiche was soggy. They use to serve little croissants for Sunday brunch, now it is just a baguette.
Amazing food and service. An absolute must dine.
Great place for lunch with lady friends or for quiet dinner with spouse.
Excellent as always! The September fixed menu for $30 is phenomenal!
Never disappointed! Fantastic! Fabulous
Always celebrate special occasions here!
Was my 1st time at Suzette’s. I love this place. The duck confit was phenomenal! I’m going back soon!
Came for dinner on a Friday evening with another couple and were able to get a table on the patio. The weather was perfect and the live music was delightful. We ordered our drinks, and started out with the coconut shrimp-yummy! We then ordered soups-their always delightful French onion soup, and a Tuscan tomato soup. Two of us ordered dinner crepes, a ratatouille special and the beef, the rest had the gnocchi appetizer and the pork tenderloin dinner-everyone was happy. And of course we had to have desserts-crepe Suzette and an apple crepe, adding ice cream, delicious! Our server was fine, all in all we had a wonderful evening. We will return.
Very quiet for breakfast! Had the place to ourselves. Charming atmosphere! Enjoyed a leisurely gathering with lady friends. Service was “leisurely”, too - but that worked perfectly for us as we were not in a hurry. The eggs benedict were delicious, but a different preparation than I’d ever had, as it was broiled (causing ham to become dry around the edges). Yummy flavors though! The coffee was just okay. Loved the kind and pleasant service and the atmosphere cannot be beat. Recommended overall.
Love this place
It’s always fun to go here. The food is great! We absolutely love the fondue for two!! It’s amazing!!!
Delicious brunch and splendid atmosphere!
A unique little get-away from crowded restaurants, with a fabulous menu and delicious food. Great for a quiet luncheon with friends... never feel rushed or hovered over. Suzette's is hands down one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Wonderful pastries for purchase, as well.
Wonderful, as always
I love Judy Roberts and her husband greg. They play the best music and the food is great also. Not the first time i have been. My friend also enjoyed herself. Wonderful evening.
Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and competent. Bought some yummy eclairs from the bakery case. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I would go again.
Brought my sister in law for a birthday brunch and we both love crepes. We were so happy and very impressed with the service, ambiance and delicious food!! We will be back and can’t wait!!
It was retired men’s monthly dinner outing for 6.
We ordered 2 bottles of wire , 9 entrees & two dessert -shared it .
This was a two hour dinner patio !
Wine coach & waiter gave us advice on choices !
Everyone had a great time . There are ice cream & chocolate places next door along the track !0
Always a joy to visit. Quiet , where you can actually have a conversation. Service is always prompt and courteous.
Food remains good, served in a well paced environment.
As always, we'll be back
Excellent cuisine and service. The orange/lavender creme brûlée was the best creme brûlée I have ever enjoyed! Nice patio for al fresco dining.
We sat on the patio next to a rotting wood shelf with a planter full of dirt. The flies were terrible, they seemed to be flying around the planter. We sat at the front of the patio where there are three electric/gas meters that weren’t hidden, absolutely no ambience. We ate at 6 pm and there wasn’t anything on the tables like flowers or candles, very bare. Most of the flowers in the front of patio were dead or the planters were only filled with dirt.
The crepes were okay, but a tiny salad is placed on the hot plate next to the crepe and it became wilted and the sauce from the crepe was all over the salad. My friend asked for the salad on the side because she’d eaten there before, and the waitress forgot to have the salad put on a separate plate.
We were given a dessert because of our discontentment, but even the wasn’t great; the crust was hard as a rock.
The service was poor, but the hostess was very nice.
Our server was very professional. He was dressed very nice, had excellent manners, and seemed genuinely interested in our visit. If I can find out his name, I will try and add it here. There was an older woman waitress serving tables near ours that was wearing short black shorts who looked very unprofessional and unkept.
I ENJOYED THE JAZZ BAND, “The Night Hawks” SO VERY MUCH!! I wish we had stayed longer!!
I enjoyed sitting on the patio, but we were just way too close to the band. The metal tables and chairs were very uncomfortable. We had the Beef Bourguignon Crepe (very tender beef) and the Salmon Crepe, but this style of food is not what we would order again, unfortunately. Also, the gentleman’s food at the table next to us, was so strong smelling, that it was very unpleasant.
Before we went to the restaurant, I called to see if we needed reservations and the woman I talked to said it would be best, so I made reservations online. That was really easy, but I found it not to be necessary. Our reservations were for a Friday night at 5:45 and there was plenty of room, so maybe that’s why they didn’t have a specific table ready for us.
We felt that the food was way overpriced.
This was our first time here and most likely, will not return unfortunately.
I expected more from a restaurant in downtown Wheaton, but the music and the car show after dinner made up for our experience at Suzette’s.
And I’m sad to say that since we’ve been to the restaurant, I’ve talked with 2 people - unrelated - who said that the food was not very good and they would not be going back.
This review was not meant to bash the Creperie, but an honest review to help your restaurant improve and be better!!
It would also be nice if you could post prices on your website too so people wouldn’t be surprised when they come and dine in your restaurant.
Best wishes to you!!
The French Tea was lovely. The tea and food were excellent and very filling. The beef bourguignon crepe sauce was delicious and the meat was so tender. The scones with the cream and lemon curd completely filled me up and I couldn't finish my delicious desert. Our waiter was super nice. Our table in the corner was very cozy. We can't wait to try the Christmas Tea.
Very expensive and soup and quiche came out so super hot it almost burned our mouths but it was delicious.
We got our favorite table! Love Suzette's!
Love the food, ambiance, service. Can't wait to return.
I have been to Suzette's many times for lunch, but last week had dinner there with my husband, my sister and brother-in-law. My sister and I had crepes and the guys...well, I was talking so much to my sister I'm not sure what they had! LOL All I know is my husband wants to go back!
My mom and I hadn’t been to Suzette’s in years, and never for breakfast. We were seated immediately. We asked for a table away from any draft, but were seated right next to a floor vent pushing AC. No big deal to move over one table.
We asked for decaf coffee and that took a while as they needed to brew fresh. Once we got our coffee it was smooth sailing. Blake took good care of us. Between he and other staff our water glasses were full, the coffee hot, and our food served perfectly.
My mom ordered the eggs... too much to finish (4 eggs!) but she wished there was more of the little baguette toasts. In fairness, she didn’t ask for them. I’m guessing they would have accommodated her. The bacon was perfectly crisp. I had a berry crepe and it was luscious. The dollop of whipped cream was light and not too sweet.
The ambiance there is delightful. Comfortable, casual, inviting... you feel like you’re in Europe.
They take good care to keep the ambience as they calmly move around the table; speak in low tones, but always friendly... and no clattering of dishes being tossed into a bus bin. Hallelujah! We’ll be back... I have my eye on the French Toast made with croissants!
