Enjoyed a delicious Sunday breakfast in a very cozy atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive.
So quaint and lovely! There was a shower going on in the back area of the restaurant, which is nice to know in terms of future get-togethers! Food and service were both excellent... Atmosphere was quite nice, too. Overall experience was most enjoyable and deserving of a repeat visit for dinner as our table enjoyed a luncheon. They also have what appears to be a sought-after afternoon tea service which quite a few other tables were taking part in, and a bakery area with many sweet treats to be had and taken home. I'll definitely return! 5 stars overall!
nice menu with french influence. the Sole Muniere was perfectly cooked; roasted vegetables were delightful
So lovely for an afternoon tea! The food was amazing! And a very cute place
Wanted a place on the way to the Arboretum and we love French food. The food was very tasty but not the best we have had which is why the 4 stars. The soufflé starter is not what we would consider a soufflé. That said it was cheesy delicious. French onion soup was very good. My spinach salad was very good. The show stopper was my husbands lamb chops. Those were really excellent. We look forward to going back and trying more dishes. The ambiance is lovely and very relaxing.
Our server was knowledgeable and very pleasant, food nicely spaced, atmosphere cozy. Great fondue appetizer! Our first visit and we’ll be back!!
They lost our reservation made through opentable but were able to find us a seat.
Excellent food, atmosphere & service. The manager Denise made our first visit fantastic. Will definitely be going back frequently.
Delicious food in a lovely setting
The food was amazing! I had the rack of lamb and for desert the apples crape with caramel. We celebrated our wedding anniversary in style 😉
We have been here many times and enjoy the live music. Normally, the food is better than it was on this last visit, but the service was very good as usual.
I Love Suzette's! Always great food and the service is fantastic. The coffee is very, very good.
We went for the Christmas tea and we were not thrilled by our experience. Despite arriving before most other parties we were seated in the furthest back room (the chef kitchen) in a corner on what I can only describe as banquet metal chairs. Other guests were seated in arm chairs and nice wooden chairs. Our table was the ONLY one with these uncomfortable chairs and shoved into a corner with doors on either side. The food was subpar. When asked which of the sandwich selections had mayonnaise (as we had one person in our party allergic) the staff replied “all of them” and took the plate away. A crepe was provided instead, but it had a Dijon mustard which we were not warned about and this also caused an allergic reaction. The scones were superb but the desserts were mainly flavorless and the mousse we were served had cooked egg white pieces in it which were unappetizing.
The food was wonderful. This was not our first visit and I’ve been favorably impressed every time.
One of our favorite places to eat! The quiche is amazing! The staff is always super attentive and we have never had a bad meal or experience! everyone we have ever brought there or recommended to eat has said the same.
I was treating my friend to a birthday lunch. We sat in the wingback chairs by the faux fireplace. Our meals were delicious, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. Love this place!
I love the atmosphere and variety of dishes. Service and quality of food is outstanding.
Great service and food everytime!
Our family went to dinner at Suzette's on Saturday evening. We sat in a back room, we could hear the live music in a good sort of way--we could hear the music but could still visit. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing--we had the strong feeling we were in a back room and were forgotten. We had to ask for a wine list twice. When we ordered apps were advised cheese soufflé would take twenty minutes, but they could bring the other two, pate and pomme frites, before, which we said would be fine. Twenty minutes later they brought the soufflé, a few minutes after the other two apps. Main courses were quite awhile later. . Pate was excellent; soufflé average; pomme frites average; seafood crepes lousy; quiche excellent; gnocchi (appetizer portion) excellent; pasta ragu average; left without desert. We arrived at 6:45 and left at 8:45, without getting desert.
Fab food. Great atmosphere and pretty quiet!! Great place to take your girlfriends for tea.
As a lover of French food, I enthusiastically recommend this spot for its authentic, delicious fare!
This was our first visit to Suzette's and it was wonderful. Luis does a wonderful job in the kitchen....this is a "hidden gem" in Wheaton.
This was my second time visiting this charming restaurant. I've missed Magic Pan since it closed eons ago and was excited to learn that we have a crepe restaurant in the area! For this visit, I had the Beef Bourguignon Crepe and my friend had the Chicken Salad on Brioche. Both were excellent. The wait staff were pleasant and attentive. The décor is very cute. I've enjoyed coming here twice now with my women friends, although I think my husband and guy friends would enjoy this restaurant too.
My wife and I went there for an anniversary lunch. My first time. The food was rich, decadent but still light. Next time I would come back after 2 to be able to take advantage of the different offerings.
Our party of three had a delightful lunch with fabulous service. The Cheese Soufflé appetizer with grapes was a delicious start, followed by three different crepes, each served with a lovely side salad. We finished off by sharing a decadent espresso tart-which was so rich we had a bit to take home (along with some leftover crepes).
We saw on their Website that for the month of November that there would be no corkage fee so we were with another couple and we each brought a bottle of wine. When we got there they said it is on Tuesday only. We showed them what we saw on our phone and they said it was a misprint and would not honor it. They told us the owner was out of town and there was nothing that could be done. When this happens I believe it’s your fault not ours and it should have been honored. It was our friends first time there and they said they will not be back because of this and not sure we will either
A sophisticated and elegant place. The food is above average and true to traditional French cooking. The croissants are superb as are most of the bakery items. This a perfect place for a romantic afternoon or evening out. It's a bit pricey but not overly so. It is my favorite place to come with my wife whenever we want a quiet time for ourselves.
My guest and I have dined at Suzette’s on several occasions. The service and food were outstanding. It was quiet for a Sunday morning, so we were able to carry on a conversation with no difficulty. I also liked that we didn’t feel rushed; we were able to get in some much needed catch-up.
Great food and atmosphere. Very friendly and competent service. Live music and the Saturday night that we went. While the music (one person on piano and vocals and one person playing a variety of other instruments) was enjoyable it made conversation just a little difficult. Definitely one of my favorite spots.
Warm environment- delicious food.
Always a great experience at suzette’s
Recommended by a friend for a girl's night out and what a pleasant surprise. It was very quiet early on a Tuesday evening, almost too quiet. Beautiful decor, well made cocktails and top notch wines. The French onion soup was wonderful. I had ordered the French salad which had 3 servings of cheese; when I saw the greens that came with the crepe I wished I had ordered the soup. The crepes were very good, we each got a different one; coconut shrimp, mushroom & onion and salmon & scallop. You get one large crepe with ample filling, and a good amount of salad greens. Great selection of desserts as well. Definitely want to return and try a different crepe and check out their bakery.
I am a repeat customer and always find the food and service to be terrific. I'll be back!
Delicious food. Had a great special 3 course for $30. .....unbelievable value for money. Food is always great with or without specials!!!!
I really enjoy introducing people to Suzette's. I have never had a bad comment. Everyone enjoys the food, service and the atmosphere.
Don't change a thing!!
Love Suzette's! Service was terrific. Food was great as usual! We had blueberry french toast and ham and cheese crepes. So busy enjoying the food I forget to take pictures. The coffee is my favorite.
Service could be faster, but the place has a charming/quaint feel, and the food is excellent. We will be back!
I did the English Tea with a family member and we had a nice time. Very nice experience, the tea was perfect and most of the food was tasty. The only thing I would change is more mini sandwiches for the $$$. We would have liked 2 each of the sandwich squares instead of just one. Since its the main course I thought they were a little lacking.
Enjoyed dinner on a beautiful summer evening with friends. Service was great, food was very good. Asked for chicken crepe without mushrooms but request was denied - wish for more flexibility with diet/preferences. Also, kitchen closed at 8 and we didn't get a chance to order dessert. Too bad since it's a crepes restaurant, i would hope dessert crepes would be available after 8 pm at least a few options.
Suzette's is absolutely the best! The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The food is the most delicious in the area! You must visit for the best breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner!
