Wonderful service, delicious food, awesome ambience!!!
Everything was great, even for Valentine's Day. Service was helpful, drinks kept being refilled and we were sat shortly after our reservation time.
Good restaurant with a plethora of dining options and specialty drinks. Service was slightly slower than expected but accounted for, given that it was valentines day. Overall would recommend.
We love this restaurant, the service was great our server Javi was super nice and took the dirty/empty plates instead of leaving them at the table (that I really hate).
I enjoy the food, the ones that I order had a spicy touch that I loved.
The price is very reasonable as well.
The food was amazing and we loved the Lincoln heights sushi roll. Amazing! Our only complain was the service. Our waitress only came to check on us twice and it always took forever to get anything. I think she was hiding in the kitchen the entire time. Other than that, the food was amazing!
Our waiter was amazing. So helpful and so friendly! Had a great time!
Wonderful service! Flavor explosions in everything. My go to for an awesome meal.
Zach & his crew was excellent!! I plan on going again today. 10-9-2019 Christy my favorite server will be working tonight ♥️
Very very bad service :(
Sushi Zushi is the place I go for delicious well priced Sushi. Service is always good and the server always makes sure I am taken care of. I will be back.
Awful, slow service. We spoke to manager who was totally useless and defensive. Sushi is nothing to write home about.
This is our favorite sushi place. We used to live in Dallas, now we live 45 minutes away, so we don’t get to come here often, but when we are in Dallas, we always try to come to Zushi. The cosimo roll is our favorite (it would be my last meal choice if I ever had to make one!). So delicious! We also love the Godzilla! Sunomono is so good, too!
We sat outside and it was a beautiful night. Our server was awesome and now I feel bad I can't remember her name. It was a great experience.
the hostesses in this restaurant are consistantly rude. I asked for a booth, she said they were all reservered or too big for our 2 person party. so as we ate.
I watched as she sat 2 people at one of the booths and the other remained open for the 90 min we
were there. observing the staff, I remember why I stopped coming here.
no one ever looks happy and they pass that on the the experience of the diners.
The Sashimi and rolls were all well prepared. The service was just a little underwhelming. Server had absolutely no knowledge of the menu at all and couldn’t give any recommendations nor answer any specific questions without first picking up menu to read off the ingredients. They were also dead in there but still sold out of their signature desert item. So it was an ok meal but nothing to write home about.
It was super hot in the restaurant. It could have been cleaner.
Temperature of the sun.
Every day sushi place with minimal value to service. This place won’t break your bank, but also lacks quality of food and service.
We love this restaurant, in my opinion the only downside is the noise level, it was loud! But it won’t stop us from going back.
Hard to eat outside with hookah bar nextdoor
The service was very slow. took 1-1/2 hours to get food when it was not busy at all. When we did finally get it, the dish which was supposed to be warm was cold. Love all the variety of sushi rolls, but need to work on service.
Food was great as always but service was a little spotty and slow.
Met a few local Planners for a business meeting. We ordered off the happy hour menu. Presentation nor flavor impressed us. First Spicy Tuna roll that came out was not flavored at all. It was just the tuna wrapped in rice. They offered to bring us out spicy mayo. We requested they remake it. The presentation and flavor of the second roll was not tasteful at all. Crawfish Dynamite was drenched in crab boil oil. The spicy edamame was good. Overall just wasn’t really impressed with the food.
Service started off poorly. Short staffed and waited for water and initial service. Food was great as always though.
They didn’t have any basic local channels to watch the stars game
Such good sushi! Does take a minute to get it but it’s so worth the wait! Server was nice and had good recommendations. Will come back when I’m in town again
I enjoy so much going to Sushi Zushi, my wife and I go at least once a week.
Their menu is very extensive but we always stick to the same dishes. If you like spicy food I highly recommend the Monterey roll and ask for some Chiles toreados, I enjoy it with a vegetable yakimeshi, they come in a soy sauce mix.
I can tell you this are not a Classical Japanese sushi restaurant but more of a fusion, anyway I LOVE IT!
We eat here every time we are in Dallas. It’s easy to get in and out of in a reasonable amount of time. Big menu with any combo you can dream of and they will build a custom roll usually too. The tuna tower is my favorite so I always get that one.
