Went there for lunch while attending a conference at the JW Marriott nearby. Crazy good food and everyone I interacted with delivered amazing service! The shishito peppers were awesome...grilled lemon and a citrus chile rub on the outer edge of bowl was very creative and delicious. The chirashi bowl was just perfect...large cuts of fresh fish, shrooms and some roe. They had dozens of interesting rolls that I did not have, but definitely try next time I get to town. Great place!
Always great to get sushi here. Service was a little slow but it was a busy lunch hour after all.
My wife and I celebrated Valentines Day. We enjoyed the food, the service was quick and friendly, and we were able to enjoy a conversation.

Our waiter made our dining experience pleasurable. He recommended food and appetizers and desserts which were all wonderful. Our glasses were never empty for long. The food was really good.
The presentation is nice, but the sushi is just average overall. I had sashimi, my friends had sushi rolls.
Went for restaurant week and chose the Cosimo roll. Delicious! Ask for a side of the gyoza sauce to make it kick.

Food, wait staff and management all great except the front door host their weak link. Unfortunately, the host didn't know anything about their reservation system, so our arrival was akin to having no reservation. Management went well out of their way to make things right and after a bit we got seated and enjoyed a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back.
When we walked in and mentioned we had an open table reservation for 12:15, the two hostesses looked at us like we were stupid. We then proceeded to clarify and they talked among themselves to confirm that they don't do reservations. They then said "it's ok you don't need one" as the restaurant was empty... But we wanted our open table points. After we ate, the manager assisted us in confirming the reservation. This was honestly the first time at a sushi zushi that they hostesses were not aware that they did reservations but also were quite rude and didn't greet us when we opened the door. I'm not really a fan of this location and could see us not returning do to their rudeness.
Some of the best sushi in town. Happy hour rolls from 3-7 everyday even on weekends.

Sushi Zushi has some of the freshest sushi you will find in San Antonio. They also have an extensive menu. There are some minor differences from location-to-location, but they are all great.
Very good. 2 of our rolls were simply amazing (Cosimo & Bora Bora), and the 3rd was a little hotter than usual (Toreado with scallops). Also, the rolls were rolled much smaller than they normally are, but still good! (We visit your location at least once a month)
The overall experience was very enjoyable. Food was exceptional. Even those who usually don't like seafood or sushi loved it. The waitress was very helpful. We made reservations online,...when we arrived,we were immediately ushered to a table, while others had to be put on a waiting list. The only downside was the music....too loud, and too disco.
The two hostesses were incredibly rude; this ruined our dining experience. When we walked up to the host stand, we informed the two hostesses that we had made reservations in advance using OpenTable. They VERY rudely told us our reservation was not in the computer, and I had to pull up the confirmation e-mail as proof of our reservation. Only then did they acknowledge our reservation and told us, "Oh, I guess it has popped up on the screen. You all will have to just wait for a table." And wait we did (past our reserved time), despite taking the time to make reservations beforehand.
The food was okay (we were underwhelmed with some rolls) and our waiter was very good. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by two very rude ladies

Been here many times but first with a reservation and six people, Got our table as soon as we walked in but no server until I went looking for one in about 10 minutes. After that is was all good. Overall it worked great and the food was good.
Always excellent service and good sushi. Not the best ambiance but nor views but I go there for the food so its not an issue.

Went there twice within 3 days. Went with husband on Friday came back with a group on sunday. Reservation online was awesome and adjusted the seats to add 2 more upon arriving. Great!
My husband and I loved the extensive menu. Our food was wonderful and the sushi cold!!! We look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu.
I was going to meet up with a friend and dine in but ended up getting take out instead. The food was great as always!
Very nice. Waiter took all the mystery out of ordering. Simplified what was first a very complicated menu. Our first time in a sushi exclusive restaurant.
I reserved a table via Open Table but when we arrived at the restaurant i was informed that they do not accept reservations on the weekends. The restaurant was full but we didn't have to wait long. The menu was extensive and the prices were very reasonable. The food was pretty good and our waiter did a great job. We will go back.
I went to Sushi Zushi for a birthday lunch. As per their norm, the food was delicious and artfully arranged. The waiter was attentive without being over-bearing, and took the late addition of two friends without a blink. Sushi Zushi has been my go-to for Sushi for quite some time and will continue to be so after this lunch.
Dinner was good, a little pricy for the quantity of food we received and not kid friendly at all.
I was celebrating a going away dinner for a close friend of mine. I informed the manager & she went above & beyond to make the occasion memorable, I will definately be back!

The food was excellent; however, the portions were too small for the prices charged. This will make me reluctant to chose this sushi restraunt over other comparable sushi restraunts in the future.
Server's suggestion was the Jenn roll - very very good!
