Excellent! Our server Donovan was very attentive and helpful
Waitstaff seemed overwhelmed with minimal tables occupied. Need to ask for drink refills. Food came out at separate times...and didn’t order different course.
This was a great place. The sushi was excellent. The service was perfect. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We will definitely go again when in San Antonio.
Amazing sushi! Very knowledgeable server who recommended everything from apps to drinks to sushi rolls.
The food is amazing! The dining room can get pretty loud and tight, but the food is worth it.
Good food. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the crowd. Server Donovan did a great job!
Overall great, one roll was not very tight. Fell apart, remade very quickly.
This is not real sush6
The wait time was outrageous. Our server was very nice but the wait was going to be close to an hour AFTER we placed our order. We left after 40 mins of waiting when we were told it was going to be another 30 mins before we got our food.
My favorite sushi restaurant! Don't even worry that they have multiple locations - this is a GREAT place to eat! I picked all of the rolls for a group of 7, and they were super happy! Two of them were not sushi lovers. I got a cooked roll for one that he loved (we all shared it). The other one came in determined to learn how to like sushi, and he came away a fan!
Easy walk from the convention hotels, and definitely worth it!
Even with reservations, we had to wait 30 min to be seated. We waited longer for menus, water, and to order. After we had waited half an hour for our food, the server told us they were short some sushi chefs, so it would be another 20-30 minutes. They gave us edamame and pot stickers for free. The sushi finally came. It was fine, but definitely not worth the wait. The restaurant was very busy and apparently short handed, but the main problem was that they were all running around haphazardly not getting anything done efficiently. Including the manager, who was also yelling every now and then. We won’t be back.
Always a good meal and our server was great.
Improve ambiance and service. Weren’t busy, but acted busy. Otherwise pretty good
I ordered the yakisoba with a side of gyoza and California rolls. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant as it wasn’t too loud and the server was very friendly and helpful. I would eat at this place again if I’m ever back in San Antonio.
We were visiting for a conference. Easy walk from the Marriott Riverwalk down Market Street. Location was a little obscure. But found it in the corner of the International Building.
Austin, Ragin’ Cajun and Las Vegas rolls we so good. Good size portioned rolls with 8 pieces on each roll. They were overwhelmed with customers. But the service was poor and the timely delivery of the rolls was lacking. Otherwise we enjoyed our meal.
15 minutes to get water and another 45 minutes to get 3 rolls. Not great when there are only 7 other tables filled in the place.
Will only be returning to the sushi Zushi on i10 by then med center.
The food was good and tasted fresh. Our server was good but didn’t understand why they have the wait staff making drinks. Seemed inefficient and there should be a bartender making the drinks. Overall good and will be going back
Food was fresh, the drinks were great. Was super close the the hotel we were staying at. Highly recommended.
You can’t be in a hurry - the number of to go orders is tremendous- but the food is crazy good.
Great sushi and food. Subpar service and pretty bad atmosphere. Good meal all in all.
Customers were leaving and telling us not to eat there unless we were willing to wait more than 1.5 hours for our meal
Busy and loud. Sushi took a really long time to come out, but everything was wonderful
Great food and great service definitely will be going again!
Don’t bother making a reservation, the staff doesn’t care about them and will make you wait 30 minutes anyway.
Was looking forward to eating here and ended up walking out instead.
Are you kidding - it’s the best sushi in the world and that’s saying a lot! We love our sushi, we are from Houston and are so sad that they don’t have a Sushi Zushi there!!! So every year when we go to San Antonio for my wife’s Music conference we always, always eat there!!! It’s so yummy, just writing this review makes my mouth water and want some more right now!
If you are a sushi lover and never had the pleasure of putting one of their creative rolls in your mouth, you must!
Food was overall good but we where there for 3 hours for 6 rolls of sushi - it was not that busy and they had 3 or 4 chefs. The waiter was ok at best. Not enthused about this place and won’t return.
Excellent all around! Fantastic service, great atmosphere, and the food was terrific!!! The service was extremely quick, and the waitress checked on us many times!
Highly recommended! Can’t wait to go back!
This place sucks massively. Service is pathetic.
Manager is clueless.
Food is not that good.
First sign that we should have ran was white people making the sushi. Japanese is the best at making sushi and it shows.
Never come back here.
The place was BUSY that night! I made reservations days in advance however, food was great.
La calidad de la comida fue excelente, todo muy rico lo recomiendo mucho
The food was excellent, the service was terrible. My daughter and grandma finished their food before my wife and I got our drinks. I ordered a chicken dish that took 45 minutes to arrive and when it did arrive, it was raw and contained mushrooms (which I asked to be removed). The food was great and it was a great value. Tables around us were also talking about the poor service.
Went an hour before closing and the service was pretty poor. I’m sorry but it doesn’t matter if I am the first or last customer, we should all be treated the same. I ordered two hot rolls and I saw them sitting on the counter a solid 10 minutes before they brought them over. Had them remake them because they were cold. They rushed the remake and barely put any of the main ingredients in. Just rice and the cheap crab, no eel. Manager the roll off of our ticket but that’s not the point.
Excellent sushi! Collonade is a must to order! Cosimo a close second!
Very slow service. Ordered ribeye medium well and got what looked like a well done sirloin.
The sushi was good, no complaints. But it was not spectacular and I think it could’ve been. So if you’re looking for an average sushi place near downtown, this can be a place for you. However there are better choices in town and we probably won’t return to this location. Be aware that it has a very small dining room.
Loved food very helpful waiter good suggestions it was great!!!!!!!
We love sushi and this place was perfect!! Great sushi and best service ever!!
Service was friendly, food was great, and they even gave us a surprise for our anniversary. Great dinner!
