My boyfriend and I came here after seeing great views, and they all proved to be true. The place was packed on a Monday night. Our reservation was for 8:15 and they seated us right away when we arrived. The sushi was definitely very fresh. We ordered the negi yellowtail roll, the spicy yellowtail roll, eel and avocado, their special spicy salmon roll, and spicy tuna roll. It was an easy, quick, and absolutely delicious meal. One of the better sushi spots I've been to in a while. And you can't beat the price! All that for only $44 (with tax). Highly recommend!
Love love love. Never fails. Sushi is so fresh. Portions are perfect. I usualy am not a big fan of miso soup. But i like it here. There is a reason why this restaurant is always busy and reservations are a must.
Food is always great. Service is always terrible. Go for the food, not the rude service.
The sushi was fabulous, and very reasonably priced. The monk fish liver appetizer was great, as was the selection of sake. The only down side was that we were hurried out at the end of our meal.
Very tasty sushi. Good dessert options. Reasonably priced. A gem in the neighborhood.
Definitely a must try restaurant. Best sushi in the neighborhood, excellent value, always top notch and delicious.
Mid-grade value priced sushi with good salads , and service. Excellent sushi in NYC is expensive, but this was B- level sushi , and priced accordingly. Service was good, and so is the restaurant if you expect ing mid grade sushi
Great little find! The sushi is fresh and the soups are delicious. they also have some great side dishes that are yummy and innovative, like the fried tofu. I went twice in one week and is my new go-to sushi place when in manhattan.
Wonderful fresh fish. I wish it was not so noisy and crowded but it is one of the very best places for sashimi and sushi that is reasonably priced. It is a neighborhood gem.
